This company is very unprofessional. The repair guy came out as expected we thought he fixed the dryer but no he didn’t even test it to see if it was even working. We called to let them know the issue and Franklin the repair guy told us he wouldn’t come back to our house because we left a bad review, very bad professionalism he still needs to do his job even if given bad review Franklin needs to be fired and Cathy the manger isn’t any better she actually hung up on us and we still have a dryer not working.

If I could give this company a negative star review I would. I have never left a review on anything in my life, but this company was so horrible that I have to do my part to make this world a better place by helping to take this company down. If this review helps anyone to avoid this godawful experience I would have done my job.The manager Cathy is probably the rudest person you will ever do business with. Almost as if shes never heard of the word customer service. Just nasty and perfectly useless after her technician completely misdiagnosed my fridge replaced the incorrect part and left my refrigerator inoperable after waiting FIVE WEEKS for the wrong part to come in. Avoid this company like the Coronavirus.

I can’t believe how consistent my experiences are with other reviewers. AHS also sent this company. Cathy was responsive to the first request, and the repair man arrived on time. Then, everything fell off the wheels. My son let him in, snd he left in less than 6 minutes before I could ask him a question. I called the number i had, which went to Cathy, snd her tirades began. How dare I ask how long this should take...why did I think I deserved my washer repaired when so many other people in the world have it worse...she said would contact the repairman with the question and get back to me the next day.Nine days later I asked if she had heard back, and she called me back. The screaming started again from the beginning of the call. She never answered the original question and started screaming about something new (AHS claimed the fix was cosmetic.). She sent me back to American home shield who told me cathys report said that I had intentionally broken my washer and sent me me back to Cathy.I tested her to tell her what AHS said, and she called me back to scream more. In my first sentence, she said unneeded to stop talking so I could let her speak. She went on for four minutes without stopping. Now, I don’t deserve to know what was in her report, I should be blaming AHS...Her “customer service” is truly abusive. I have two other repair companies who are A JOY to work with. Certainly don’t call these people if you don’t have to, and if AHS calls them for you, contact AHS and request someone else. I’m wondering if AHS is setting these first appointment up with low quality vendors to stop them from paying claims. My other experience ended up with appealing what the first vendor said, and the second vendor seemed to know what they were talking about.

American Home Shield assigned this company to repair my oven and refrigerator on 1/21. They visited and ordered parts and they never provided any updates and I had to call them weekly to check in regarding the parts. Each time I called they said the parts were not in yet. They finally called stating the parts came in at the beginning of March and came out to install the parts this morning on time at 11. The technician arrived and called prior to entering saying he left his tools at the office, which was one hour away (FIRST RED FLAG). He comes back after an hour and enters—-no mask over his nose, mask falling below his mouth and didn’t ask to wash his hands/no hand sanitizer (SECOND RED FLAG). He started working immediately and when he finished he said everything was working well and left.I checked and the refrigerator is not cooling still! And now the oven is smoking when I turn it on. Not only did this company not not fix my appliances, they provided a new problem. I called the manager Cathy, who was very rude and unprofessional when I reported the ongoing issues to her. Thankfully, AHS will assign a different company to resolve our issues. I understand why this company is rated so poorly. Avoid them at all costs!

Scheduling was super easy. Franklin was super kind, on-time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I don’t understand why there’s negative reviews for him. There’s only so much he can do, the rest you have to take up with American Home Shield Warranty.

Avoid at all costs. They will charge for a visit and be unable and unwilling to fix anything. This happened in connection with two machines. Not sure this company is in the business of repairing, seems to be a fee collection business.

1 star is too high of a rating. Very unprofessional, came a couple times and said they’d call us when a part came in to fix our ice maker. When I called them 2 months later asking where the part was the lady told us we should’ve called earlier bc they closed the claim. Then she said since she saw the low rating I gave them through my home warranty company, they weren’t going to come finish the job as retaliation. Hope the woman I talk to finds a better job soon.
