Russ did everything a professional in this business should do. After calling several companies, his was the most responsive. We scheduled a time frame and he texted me when he was actually on his way. He fixed my moms very basic refrigerator and explained what he was doing throughout while also giving me tips along the way. He also charged a fair fee. He actually had to do a quick follow up but did not charge us for it. I would absolutely recommend Russ and am so happy to have found someone I can call for all my appliance needs!

Great experience. I called at 10 AM with an issue with my washer/dryer going out, it was fixed with a 5 minute phone call. Before even asking to come to my home, Russ asked what problem was and talked me through a few troubleshooting options, which fixed it at no cost. I called North Center Appliance repair and they couldnt send anyone out, didnt try to troubleshoot my problem and wanted $69 for an online consultation to try and fix. Very satisfied with my experience with All Prop Appliance repair. Will definitely use them for any future appliance repair needs.

We called ALL Pro yesterday, and Russ came by to inspect our dryer today - it wasnt heating up. He only charges $25 to make the visit and do an assessment. He knew exactly what to look for, found the problem right away, had the fuse in his car for the repair, and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. The total cost was very reasonable, Russ seemed like a great guy, and very honest. Ill definitely call these guys again in the future.

When I first talked to Russ, who came highly recommended, about a washing machine problem, he suggested unplugging it for 24 hours to , see if that worked. Free, low-tech, no BS advice! How often do you hear that from a repair person?!?! I did unplug it and it worked....for a while. When it started acting up again, I called Russ back up who came out quickly, fixed it, was super efficient, professional, and pleasant, all at a very reasonable cost. Hes my go-to man now!

Have used them twice, (once for a stove, and once for a refrigerator) and referred them to several friends, also. Great service every time! Showed up the same day one time, and the second time he showed up the next morning after I called the evening before. Fixed the problem quickly both times, and for a very reasonable price. When my washer broke I called for service in the morning. By the afternoon Russ was out and fixed my washer. The service was outstanding, friendly and quick. I will be calling them the next time I need something fixed.

I have been using All Pro for appliance repair for several years. They are reasonable and provide maintenance recommendation. I usually have them maintain/repair my dish washer and fridge periodically.

Dont be fooled by their name, this place does not repair all appliances. Not only that, but they list dishwashers on their website, yet apparently they dont repair them. We called yesterday to set-up an appointment for this morning. My boyfriend took the morning off work to wait for the repair man. Yesterday he was told they could service dishwashers, this morning the man called him and apparently thats not the case. What a waste of a morning off work.
