Everything about PearMac in Cheyenne is perfection. From the moment I called to when I picked up my computer post-repair I was happy and felt taken care of. They went out of their way at every step and I cant say enough positive things about PearMac and their team here in Cheyenne!

We were passing through on our way to Montana and had an iPhone XR disaster. The phone fell off a car while driving and the screen was completely busted... we weren’t sure what to think about the damage but decided to take the phone to PearMac after reading the good reviews. They looked over the phone and fixed the screen for a very good price, best I’ve ever seen. They looked at different feature last of the phone to make sure it was working and completed the work in less than an hour. We were amazed, the phone works just as it did before and the new screen was properly installed. They even cleaned the speakers of a different iPhone we had for free as we stood and talked to them. Amazing service, very friendly, with quick work done properly. We are very happy!!

Most awesome electronic repair too ever exist anywhere in the world. They find the problem before you are aware the problem exists and they have it solved. Best nerds period!!!!!!!!!!! Then more!

I had a cracked iPhone XR and thought I would be out of luck and have to send it off. These guys were super friendly and very quick with the repair. They offered extra services and a screen protector which I declined but they weren’t pushy at all. The work was great and less expensive than sending it in to Apple. I would recommend anyone that has Apple products to go in and see them.

The guys their are really super cool/laid back they did excellent, really neat and clean job replacing the screen on my phone(really wasnt that bad but i wanted to replace it anyway) theses guys know seem like they know what their doing. If any of you Cheyenne need anything fix (technology related) take to these guys👍These guys are sooo cool Imana start going to them instead of geek gargage, I think I like thse guys a whooole lot better then geek garage.

I came in not sure I would be able to get my phone its repairs but they did everything to make sure I had everything I needed. Wonderful customer service and super informative. I enjoyed every minute of my time there while they got my phone back into shape.

I took my laptop to be repaired here. The guy is running the place were incredibly pleasent and easy to work with. They have the repair done with amazing speed and the work was done well. It was the least expensive computer repair that I have ever had and I will definitely be back.

Fast and honest! Ive been having issues with my internal laptop keyboard and I asked Jonny to give me a quote on how much itd be to replace it. He did some research and got back to me within a few hours. He also told me that it most likely wasnt worth doing, due to the labor involved, unless I was really sentimentally attached to the laptop (Im not). I really appreciated his integrity and honesty, as well as his speed!

I have taken my phone in multiple times and they always do everything they can to fix any problem and they are very understanding! Also the repairs are done very quickly and the employees really know what they are doing! Highly recommend!

I came into the store for the first time looking to see if they could help me with my rather old iPad that I wasnt able to turn on. Was told by another service center I needed a new charging port, but they didn’t have the parts. So I called Pearmac. I called ahead and as this is my business phone, they said they would fix it on the spot. When I showed up they said it was just dirty and 5 mins later and just $10.00 I was out of there and working great! Thank you Johnny!

Was very fast, professional, and kind service people. Great customer service, I broke my phone and they repaired it same day within less than 2 hours of when I broke it. Phone works great now! And never even had to leave the house!!!!
