Super customer focused and very reasonably priced. Hes always my first stop when I need work done on my wifes jewelry. I recently asked Ali if he could engrave some knives with a specific logo (custom, not stock). He spent a lot of time and money (for upgrades) to be able to engrave my custom logo. The picture shows the logo on a very small knife. The engraving is only about 3/4 of an inch tall. Pretty good quality for such a small size. Ill need to use a bigger object next time. Thanks Ali
