Called for possible repair of work from home computer tower, gentleman who answered seemed reluctant to want to do the work, seemed to suggest was going to be expensive and would be better to buy new computer, ended up going to other repair shops for assessments and solutions and got the information I needed, not impressed with this shop and would not recommend them.

Our laptop crashed so we purchased a new laptop. We went to B&B to transfer data from old hard drive to new laptop. When new laptop was returned not all of the files were recovered. After returning to the shop, Bob tried a second time and was successful. We wanted the old laptop back for security of data and possibly for grandkids to “play” with. After about 3 weeks and a couple of phone calls, I just went down and got the laptop parts in a box. When I got home and started to put the machine together, I noticed the hard drive was missing. After another trip to the shop the drive was located. The original purpose was to transfer data—that was done in two trips, but the whole process involved way too many phone calls and trips to the shop. I don’t think I would use this business again

Took my computer to Office Depot because they said they could repair it. After hearing it might be the power source and being shown the inside of my computer the tech says we don’t fix that. You can order one in line and take it to one if the repair guys in town or we can set you up with a new computer. Took it to B&B. Explained what was going on. No problem, we can fix it. Two hours later it was done. Very nice people, very reasonable prices.

They could provide a smile to those they ate serving. This action builds professional trust. But my computer works fine following my visit.

My computer had a ,catastrophic error according to the Microsoft website. I took it to Bob and he found the solution. It was not easy, and I am thankful for his expertise!

Was able to get on a cd from the military and fix the files so they would open and email he copies and was able to get all the files on the flash drive as well and saved my husband who is currently deployed. Honestly he spent four hours fixing files that opened blank to actually it being a file you can read email download pdf. He is honest. These days hard to find. I have lived in la, Colorado, and many other places and this is the honest place I have been.

Excellent service and excellent price. My brother-in-law recently passed away, and we were given his laptop and other electronics. We could not access the laptop without knowing his Windows password, and after asking around, we came upon B & B. Within no time at all, the laptop was accessed and reset. We had the same exact same kind of laptop that had a cooling issue. B & B figured out the issue that same day and fixed the laptop. To fix both laptops, with such a quick turnaround, I was amazed at how reasonably priced the services were. I will recommend B & B to everyone I know.

The hard drive crashed on my computer. The woman there was extremely nice, professional, and timely (only took 2 days to fix everything), she saved all of my photos including baby pictures of my son that I had not saved elsewhere. My computer is now running well!

Needed a 2GB vid graphics card right away and they had one AMD ATI Sapphire left. Very friendly and helpful. The lady who was there (owners wife?) was kind and personable. Not helpful at all, kind of arrogant, went there twice with nothing accomplished...They said fixing a laptop screen was going to be around $200. Which is very over priced seeing as you can get a replacement screen for $100 dollars, and thats on the expensive side. So, they wanted $100 in labor to undo a couple of screws and plug in a new screen. No thanks ill just do it myself...
