I booked St. Louis Corporate Housing in less than a week because I had a quick transition to St. Louis. Rich was very communicative and helpful in finding an apartment in such quick turn-a-round time. Additionally, the apartment I moved into, had some problems like it smelled of cat urine, Rich organized carpet cleaning ASAP and handled all problems very well and quickly.I would highly recommend for those coming into town that need temporary housing!

Rich was great to work with. I needed a month to month place quick when my family sold our house and Rich delivered. I checked around and STLCH was $1k a month less expensive than the other quote in the area. The move in and move out was easy and if there was every and issues or concerns. Rich replied to text messages immediately. Even after the lease while waiting for the deposit, Rich was extremely quick to respond and did everything he said he was going to do. This seems to be a rare thing now.

I highly recommend using STL Corporate Housing. Rich was amazing, he found us a great apartment, in a family and amenity friendly location. The setup was great, but there was much more than just furniture. The little touches, decorations, and thoughtful additions are what put it over the top. Leaving a bowl of chocolates in the kitchen, a case for the remotes, little cards with the WiFi password all over, and extra items in the bathroom. It wasnt just a furnished apartment, it was a home. It showed that they really consider their tenants and want them to be comfortable. Also, my employer required specific receipts for payment, and Rich was consistently on top of getting me exactly what I needed. I would use them over and over and would recommend them to friends and family. You will not regret it.

Rich and staff are beyond wonderful and accommodating. I moved here from the Chicago area with my dog. The apartment was perfect for us throughout our 3 month transition, decorated very nice with everything you would need to call it home. Every person goes the extra mile and more. Highly recommended!

Found an apartment for an employee on super short notice and they took care of everything from start to finish. It really took the stress out of trying to find accommodation in another state. My family stayed in a St. Louis Corporate Housing apartment for 3 months during our recent relocation to St. Louis. Communications were very good, the apartment complex was nice, and they worked with us on some challenging logistics during our move-out.This was my first experience using corporate housing. They get short-term rents in several apartment complexes around the metro area. The day of the move-in they stock the apartment with furniture, dishes, bedding, towels, and most of the day to day needs of an individual or family. They provided Cable TV, Wi-Fi, and took care of all the utilities. It was a very convenient service and met our needs perfectly.I highly recommend St. Louis Corporate Housing.
