I don’t even wanna put a star. I’m so embarrassed with my nails that I never ever want to go back. One nails is already about to pop off and I got them done at about 6:45. I’ve never seen the dip and the uv (gel light) be used at the same time and I for sure have never seen my nails look paper thin even with the tips added on. That’s not even all of it.. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Just don’t waist your time or money like I did!

This place was HORRIBLE. I came to get a mani pedi at around 4:30pm-5:00pm and didn’t walk out of the place till damn near 7:00pm due to my nail tech switching customers to try to get everyone out before closing. While I was under the dryer one of the workers stated that my nails were dry and I was only under there for seven minutes tops. Before I could even walk to my car my nails and feet smudged and rubbed off. I went back the next day explaining that a worker rushed me from under the dryer because the shop was about to close and they tried to charge me $10 extra for a color change. Fast forward, I get my nails and feet redone and my nails chipped the very same day I drove home AGAIN. I’ll never go back here. It’s unfortunate because they’re just about five minutes away from home but the lack of customer service is ridiculous.

Waited 3 hours and was told to wait another.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!! The service at Fingertips was the worst Ive ever received. The young lady that performed my eye brow service was extremely rude and was very unprofessional. Due to her unprofessionalism, this will be my first and last visit. There are entirely too many places that offer this same service with much better customer service.

As soon as I walked in, it felt welcoming. They greeted me with smiling faces, not blank stares you normally get in any other nail salon. She offered me coffee or tea, and she made my coffee for me. My nail tech was extremely attentive, spoke great English, & my nails turned out perfect! The music was great, I liked the design & the salon was very well thought out. I saw the other reviews on this salon, but was referred by a friend & Im so thankful I found it & wanted to leave a solid five star review!

Ive been there 3 times. 2 mani 1 pedi. 1st mani, 1 of the polishes I chose started chipping the next day. My pedi the next day was ok. I didnt have a problem. My second mani 2 nails have chipped/broken off. The polish is fading badly. I do not recommend going here ladies.

It is a wonderful place the ladies there are very nice and they always have a great attitude. They are wonderful at doing nails and I love the place will definitely go back again.❤️

Just had the most awesome pedicure Ive ever had bar non . Kim is the absolute best at what she does. Takes her time, with great attention to detail. This is definitely my new go to pedicure salon. Thank you Kim, you are amazing...🤗

Visited to get a simple acrylic full-set with gel polish. Ive tried three different people and no one can shape nails properly. I think square shape is pretty elementary. Had to keep explaining for the technician to correct my nails many times throughout the hour. $35 is way too much for the quality. I will not be back again.

Not my usual nail salon but they did dip powder so I gave them a try. I usually pay $30 for my dip powder and it can last me up to 4 weeks, and only because my nail growth has become too visible. They told me it would be $40+ which was a stretch but I trusted them. When it came time to do my nails 2 techs were going back and forth about who was going to do my nails (hint of lack of experience with dip powder). While doing my nails, my technician answered a phone call that turned aggressive and he was yelling with the phone on speaker right in front of me. The appearance of my nails were good but the application lacked thereof. By day 1 the top coat started peeling and over the course of not even a week of getting them done, I’ve had 3 nails (my natural nails that I spent the past 5 months growing) have broken off from the most simplest things like opening a door. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I constantly use my hands and I’ve never had nails break so easily. Also, I had gems (one nail per hand) and they started coming off within days of my service. It’s unfortunate because I love my nail color, shape, etc but the experience and aftermath isn’t/wasn’t $40+ worth. I NEVER ever do reviews, but in situations like these I feel others should be warned and spend their money (for dip powder) elsewhere.

Do not go here for gel set. Seriously, I am not even picky or expect my nails to be perfect when I get them done. This place is rude and terrible quality products. Im easy to please but Im never going back here, ever.

Went in and this lady didnt clean all the nail polish off my toenails. The water was very cold and she had an attitude problem. There was two other people who was available and wasnt no bigger help since they were playing on their phones. My previous experiences used to be good but these last two visits was awful. Miss the old people who worked there.

I took my granddaughter here to have acrylic nails applied for her homecoming dance. The acrylic was applied on her cubicles and the shaping was uneven on some nails. The polish was applied unevenly and looked terrible. The more the woman attempted to fix it, the worse it looked. The woman became angrier and rougher as she tried to fix the mess she made.While waiting, I had my eyebrows waxed. Several hairs were left on the outside ends of my brows. When I pointed them out, the woman became angry and pinched my skin with the tweezers causing me to bleed. She acted as if she couldnt see these 3 black hairs still there and offered no apologies for making me bleed or hurting me.We were still charged full price for the messed up nails.The next morning 3 of my granddaughters fingertips were red, painful, and swollen around the cuticles. My daughter had to take her to another salon to have the nails removed and completely redone.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Their services and nail skills are horrible. I had a pedicure and it was so rushed. They clipped my nails uneven and did scraped my foot. My polished came off twice. Never again!!! I would not recommend this nail salon. If you want professional services and a money worth pedicure, this is not the place.

I was so excited for this pedicure all week. Im 8 months pregnant, swollen ankles and all. The lady (who I believe was the owner) did mine in about 10-15 min. She didnt massage my feet or legs at all. And I had already cut my toenails (bc Im weird about other people doing that) So for $25 you can soak your feet for 5 min & get your nails painted. Very disappointed.
