The gym is VERY CLEAN and well kept especially with COVID. I LOVE ALL the classes I have taken so far and everyone is so nice! Rotha and Thomas are fantastic! Unfortunately, I am moving to another city and definitely will miss coming here! I highly recommend this gym for those looking for a great workout and a clean facility!
Highly recommend this gym. The owner goes above and beyond to meet individual needs. The space is clean and follows all Social Distancing rules.
I love everything about RC Health & Fitness! Their trainers are knowledgeable and push you to try harder. The family environment helps with accountability. I wouldn’t want to start my daily work out at any other gym.
