Lied about policy. Denied me access to recorded phone calls of conversations about policy. Made changes to policy after it was cancelled. Added charges after policy was cancelled and this is all documented. The owner Phillip Newton was very rude and disrespectful. Will be filing a complaint with Allstate Corporate and the Department of insurance. No professionalism and horrible experience overall. Do not use in my opinion and would not recommend using this agency for any type of insurance. Deserves 0 stars

Yvonne and Phillip at my local office are great!. Yvonne picked up the phone at 4:55 before a holiday and walked me through a new claim. They follow up personally when a payment is coming due and remember who I am as a customer

Allstate has been meeting my home and auto insurance needs for 12 years now, and Im very satisfied. They were extremely helpful when my basement flooded. I have had car windshields replaced several times with no hassle whatsoever. And Philip Newtons office helped me save some additional money on my home insurance policy renewal recently. I would definitely recommend them, 10 out of 10.
