The customer support is extremely professional and quick. A man by the name of Jose helped me figure out the best policy for me. Coming from a company thats so expensive its seems like I’m gonna like state farm.

I wasnt really looking for a new insurance group but a friend had a great experience with Ed Merklen/ State Farm in Cheshire and said I should just have Ed review my current plan. WOW, Ed was able to save me money and pointed out several aspects of my plan that hadnt been updated in a long time. (saving me more) I was able to easily bundle my car and home insurance seamlessly. It was as easy as a call, e-mailed copies of current insurance docs and one visit in person. I would advise all to keep your policies up to date and let Ed and his team see what they can do for you!
