The staff is very responsive, their window products are well made and we love the new look they gave to our 50 year old ranch style home. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and the installers were quick, thorough and left everything cleaned up. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Paramount Builders.

I do not recommend this company. I called them to get a quote for a roof repair, reroof and siding on my detached 2 story, 2 car garage. At first I was told theyd come out to quote the next day. Then within 2 minutes I get a call back to ask if Id like a quote on the house. I told them not at this time and I was then told they wouldnt be able to quote the garage then. Pretty unprofessional in my books.

They ended up calling me and told me I had an appointment on a day that I was at work it was very interesting I rate it a 3-star because I cannot read it a neutral I tried to call them and the number did not work they ended up calling me after they text me several times and i didnt text yes the reason why they called me was because I need new windows when I have new windows and doors with a new roof all less then 1 year old...They keep calling me this was 3 stars now you are getting 1 due that you keep calling me...

I used them on one project and I said I’ll give them another try, and they quoted me a price that was five times higher than any other companies I got an estimate from them (Joe) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Had a young guy stop while I was working outside and he comed charging toward me with no mask. I said not interested , and he stood there mouthing off to me about not wanting to sell me anything when I said then what do you want, he says my roof blah, blah...and gave me a 2 minute stare down. I am a older women so I cant believe he was acting so aggressive told me, I told him Ill go wake up my husband. he laughed and tore off in his car. Please train your people respect and when no means no.

Had new roofing installed just the other day. The guys that came out were here about 8 or so in the morning and done by 5. Brought their own trailer and hauled away all the debris from the job. Ran a rolling magnet around the house to pick up any stray nails. Im very impressed with the work ethic these guys have and love the new roof.

We made an appointment to get some gutter work done. The man came on time for his appointment, he was very nice I might add. However he proceeds to tell me that he can not continue with the appointment due to legality issues and that both homeowners must be present the appointment. We were never made a rare of this or schedules couldve been rearranged. Unfortunately we most likely will go with someone else.

The salesperson showed up in his personal vehicle with no identifying uniform or ID for the company. He did not present a business card or leave his name or number for us to contact him with questions. He did not offer a written quote and his measurements of our roof were highly debatable making their price range exceedingly high.

Just had my new windows installed and they are just awesome. If my wife keeps talking about them then I know they are just grate We are so satisfied with the hole experience and just love the windows. top of the line product and service. And as for the install crew PAUL did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable, kind, polite, funny, and just an over all nice person as well as very professional. A Paramount Builders sales rep knocked on my door this evening, while we are all under a stay at home order. To be clear, this was a cold call on your part; I did not ask for their services or request that anyone come to my home. I cant go visit a friend or elderly relative, hang out on the beach, or participate in any other quality of life activity, but your sales people are soliciting from door to door. How socially irresponsible can you be?

Just had my windows done yesterday. I love the windows! And the crew that put them in Window pit crew did a wonderful job with installing them, everyone was very nice. And Tess the sales women is so nice and took care of us very well with everything. And we will be doing business with them in the future.!!

Chuck did an awesome job with the installation quick clean and cortious, one window wasnt given to the installers, the problem was immediately addressed, so I still have to wait for that window to be installed, but with my experience so far with this company Im not worried about it at all. Chuck Tracy the installer was great. Courteous, friendly and helpful - showed me how to make adjustments should I need it.Sales rep Chris Hayden also was good. Very helpful and patient while we talked through services, options, financing and how I wanted to proceed.Production is where I have a concern and I almost gave three stars and would have if not for the other two portions. I work in the service industry and managing customer expectations and meeting them are crucial. Production failed on both. I realize what it’s like when you’re busy but making a call to let the customer you are behind etc is vital. Production failed here as well as on time delivery. They weren’t too late and may have been right at the deadline but I feel strongly that is ONLY because I had to make several calls to have them stay on it...to include calling/texting the sales rep a couple of times.

I had new siding installed by the Ellis Brother. They were very professional. The install took longer than expected but their quality of work was well worth the extra time. I look forward to working with Paramount builders again. I can just hope that the next crew I receive on my next project is as good as the Ellis Brothers.

It only took about 4 weeks for our windows to arrive and they were ready to come out and I stall them the next day! A great team of guys fro Atlantic Cable came and did a wonderful job on the installation. They cleaned up everything from dust to removing the old windows and they left my place clean.

Calvin, the salesman was knowledgeable about the product, courteous and very friendly. He had our best interest at heart. The workers were efficient, they did an excellent job, and cleaned up with care. We love our new roof and the gutters. We love the new Leaf Guard system, no more cleaning leaves from the gutter! These jokers are the worst. They came knocking on my door, and the salesman was kind and sincere. He was able to get me to schedule an estimate for gutters and trim. Thats when it all went down hill. On the day of the estimate, the guy giving the estimate was 40 minutes late, with no explanation. He walked around my house for 10 min, wrote a number on a business card and promptly left without explaining any options (or better yet, what the gutters were). We ultimately went with a different company for gutters.Fast forward a YEAR later. I am still receiving calls. I answer the same time and tell them that I am no longer in search of gutters and not interested in any services, due to my experience. This happens monthly. Today (July 8 2019) finally put me over the edge. After explaining that I already had gutters installed and was not interested, the operator got very aggressive. Kept trying to get me to schedule an appointment for trim, to which I said I am not interested. It ended up with him, almost yelling at me to, no matter whether or not I was interested, to schedule the appointment for an estimate. 0 for customer service. 0 for customer care. There are numerous better companies out there who are worth your money.If they get your number, you will hear from them no matter what you do. When they come to the door, best not even answer.

Trim work on my home completed in 1 day by the Ellis Brothers. This was the second job accomplished for me this year. Your people have always been courteous and helpful.

Absolutely horrible company well far as the people we were working with. We had them come out and give us an estimate on our roof Not only was the guy here over 3 hours which we helped him measure our home we gave him coffee we offered him food and most of the time he wasnt talking about the roofs they sent a twenty-four-year-old out who seemed like he didnt know what he was talking about he was a sweet kid though. My issue is that we gave him all of our paperwork for the estimate not only did he not give us an estimate before he left but told us that he would be in contact the next day his name is Justin and also had us in contact with the owner sister who also said she was going to help us out again we heard from no one I would just recommend if you really need your roof done go with it company that is going to get it done for you and not make you have to fight to get it they obviously dont need any more business

We worked with Paramount Builders to wrap our trim, install new garage doors, and also add some accent siding. The sales rep was professional, helpful, and explained all of the products. Paramount offers the best quality, most long-lasting product, so you are paying for the best. The installers were great--very courteous and willing to answer any questions. If they ran into a snag, they were willing to find a solution instead of leaving you to find another contractor to fix the issue for them. We were very happy with the final product, which was well worth the price.

This is a great company who stands behind their work. They are not the cheapest in town but their products are second to none. We had them install a new entrance door and 2 storm doors and the installation was perfect as was the products. I would use them again without any hesitation.

This company has top of the line products with a lifetime warranty. I have had multiple jobs done in the past that had to be continuously updated and redone but now I can finally be rest assured I will never need to replace my siding again. Dont give them your name, dont give them your number. They will never leave you alone even if you give in. Youll be put on an auto call list. I had to say no when they knocked the first time. I ignored their constant phone calls. I got called by a non-robot call number and was being pushed for an appointment for something I had zero interest in and said no to several times. They came over still and I had to make it clear to the salesman I wanted no contact which he was courteous about. If they dont leave you alone, demand to be put on their do not call and do not knock lists.

The experience we had from the time the sale rep, Steve Rocha came out to the installation crew, to the finance people and the warranty man Brian was absolutely phenomenal. They were all very professional and quick with the installation. We had 10 windows put in and they were in and our in approx. 4 hours. They made sure that all trash was taken away with them. This has been the worst experience. After 4 scheduled installation days the installer damaged my kitchen sink removing old window. After being assured by receptionist on phone someone will contact me about the repair. No one has called me Ive left several messages still no return call. Its going on a month now. I will never recommend this company to anyone. When they were trying to close the deal they came to my Home late in the evening, now I cant get a call to get damage fixed. There is so much more like being charged for a service that was not done and a promised credit for missing 1 of the 4 install dates where I called out of work and no one showed.

Offer a top quality product (siding) but too expensive

Paramount Builders installed a roof and windows to our house and we couldnt be happier with how it turned out! Our house now looks brand new. The windows block out the sound of the jets flying over the house and the roof has done excellent in the high wind zone we live in. John Conner was our sales rep and he was very professional and informative every step of the way (he really know the product). He came by everyday while the work was being done to check on the progress and to make sure we were happy with how everything was going. The workers showed up on time and didnt leave before throughly cleaning up. We had a great experience with Paramount Builders and our so happy with the product!

When you inquire w/ this company, even if you are no longer interested they stay calling your phone. Even though I told them months ago I was no longer interested I would come home to find multiple calls per week from them on my caller id...of course they wouldnt leave a message. Finally I said let me see what they have to offer & the guy they sent out here (Rob or Robert) seemed very creepy from the beginning because they greeting at the front door was awkward & once he was in my house im waiting to discuss my roofing options & all he kept doing is asking personal questions as well as had the audacity to take it upon himself to look through my family pictures I had sitting on the side which I forgot was there until he started looking through them. The whole time he was in my house I felt uncomfortable so once he did that & started talking about stuff that was not explained to me over the phone I told him I wasnt interested. He called the main office in front of me to tell them & had them on speaker...as if he thought that would change my mind.

Not sure what your employees think when they see the no soliciting sign on my door, or when I point it out. We arent selling anything is a lie when you are asking if I just want a quote. Thats still trying to sell me something. Solicting is seeking business of potential customers. Please inform your employees of this because next time I will have them arrested for trespassing. This is NOT the way to get business, and I can promise if I ever want any saufets fixed it wont be through you.

Paramount was very efficient when I called to schedule proceeding with installing more windows. They had appointments available within a few days. Once the windows were ordered and available they communicated well to set up date and time for installation. On installation day they were on time and finished within 2 hours.

My experience is with mixed reviews. When I initially sat down with the sales representative, Calvin, to discuss the possibility of installing a roof for our home, we walked around the house to get an assessment for what it would take for the installation. After he completed the presentation and calculated the amount for installation, my wife and I asked him for one of his business cards. He stated that he did not have any. He also refused to provide us his phone number just in we had questions in the future. Once my wife and I decided that we would proceed with the installation, he implied that the company policy was to not give a potential client a phone number unless they had agreed to make a sale. I found that to be very unprofessional. My wife and I continued further discussion concerning a new roof installation. After much discussion, we decided that we were going to proceed with the roof installation. When the installation team arrived there was a language barrier in articulating certain aspects of the work that needed to be accomplished. When the job was completed, the roof appeared o.k. A couple of days later I noticed a couple of areas where my shingles protruded up and buckled from the roof. After multiple attempts of getting someone out to my home I became frustrated. One excuse was, I totally forgot about you. Other excuses were, He didnt get back with you? Let me call him now. Subsequent calls were made and it was an EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING process before I finally got people from the Paramount Builders team to come back to my home. Keep in mind that by this time I had already agreed to the terms and conditions of payment, so I presume my job was now an afterthought. When the installation team arrived, they attempted a shortcut method of repairs and I told them that I was not satisfied. I contacted their supervisor about my dissatisfaction, and he told me that because of the cool temperatures my concern was a common complaint. I informed him that my neighbor across the street from me and my neighbor adjacent to me had roofs installed during the same time frame and neither roof looked as unprofessional as my roof. Their roofs were done by installation teams other than Paramount Builders. And they both looked professional and enhanced the community. My roof, on the other hand, stuck out like a sore thumb. So, I continued to tell the Paramount installation team to continue to determine why my shingles were protruding from my roof, since the homes adjacent to me did not have the issues my roof were experiencing. Because I refused to accept their explanation as to why the shingles puckered from the roof, to include the supervisors explanation who blew it off as just weather related, I demanded the team take a deeper dive into the problem. Subsequently, they determined that there were nails that had not been properly nailed down that caused the shingles to stick up noticeably. They corrected the problem. I feel as if I supervised the job instead of the appropriate supervisor taking the time and following up to address my issues and concerns. Proceed with CAUTION if you use Paramount Builders. Lastly, everyone knows that a new roof installation is not cheap. Prior to receiving the first bill for my roof install and before the balance was due, I paid my roof off in full. Would you believe that even after I paid the bill in full, prior to receiving my first bill and before it was due, they had the audacity to still send me a separate bill from their finance and billing department for an additional $50.06 for interest? Are you kidding me? A customer who pays a bill in full before it is due or even prior to receiving a billing statement is going to be forced to pay that fee! That fee should have been waived! I paid it! But the entire experience left me feeling less than comfortable, recommending Paramount Builders to any of my friends or relatives. When I get my windows upgraded, I will NOT be calling Paramount Builders!

The company is like a bad ingrown toenail that wont go away. I hate absolutely everything about Paramount Builders. If my choices were to get them to fix something on the house or live in a hobo community built of discarded cardboard boxes and trash bags I would pick option 2. Only giving them one star because google reviews does not allow a negative number.I have not, nor would I ever, do any business with them but they send hordes of salesmen that cover the neighborhood knocking on doors with the same tired sales pitch. Tell them no thanks and they come back. Tell them go away and they come back. Ask nicely and they come back. Scream and yell and they come back.And they call over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.I cannot imagine that this tactic works but they must get at least some positive return because nothing seems to stop them from doing it.

Meeting with sales rep takes a while. Calvin did point out benefits of adding roof ventilation that made sense to justify the trim job. Calvin helped adjust job parameters to stay within what I could afford. Trim crew arrived on timeand did a lovely job. Rehanging the storm door took time, but worth it for much quieter, smoothe operation. Gutter crew came two days later (earlier than expected). Color hoice for gutter cover matched beautifully with roof shingles.

Their prices are absurd...and to get just an estimate, a guy comes to your house and gives you a history lesson and slide show of the business that took over 2 hours! Be careful about leaving elderly or naive family members alone with these sales reps. They came to our house for a price quote on a new roof. At least we thought wed get a quote. Instead we got a three hour slide presentation replete with scare tactics, competitor bashing, heartstring tugs, tiresome leading questions, and personal history of the company owners grandparents. Also thrown in were lots of casual questions about our careers and living situation so they could guess our disposable income. Then they asked us what sort of monthly payments we could afford. This was before theyd even measured the roof to determine a cost. When three hours passed and we were no closer to getting a quote, we told them to leave.
