We have used Exterior Source for the installation of our new leaf guard gutters and replacement windows for our entire house. We had fairly quick service. When the installers arrived, they were very efficient. They left our home the way they found it. We are very pleased with them, and we plan to use them a third and fourth time. They are not the cheapest, but you have to play for quality.

We recently purchased our home, and the gutters were installed by Exterior Source. The sellers told us the warranty is transferred to us. We called and made an appointment because we had a small drip at one of our corners. Fred and Mike came out and not only fixed the leak, they checked all of our gutters and made sure they were clean. Excellent customer service. Im very impressed.

We were pleasantly surprised that we had our gutters installed about 4 weeks earlier than we were originally told. Exterior Source was prompt, respectful of our time, cleaned up after themselves and were professional. I would definitely recommend them for gutter installation!

Can not speak more highly of this company. They mean what they say, say what they mean and their communication is solid. While new gutters with gutter guard are definitely not the most exciting thing I have ever bought, I am really happy to have them installed on my 103 year old home. They look great and work even better.

We contracted Exterior Source to replace our gutters with Leaf Guard gutters and their larger downspouts. We were very familiar with the product from our last home. They installed in one day in December 2019. Great crew and work. (I delay endorsements on big projects.). We asked them to come back in October to shift a downspout. They promptly made the adjustment, and again the crews’ positive, constructive approach to customer service delighted us.

Funny story; I actually dont care for their TV commercial, the saleman/representative acts like its a bother to be involved with the commercial since he never puts down the coffee cup hes holding... I know he doesnt spill any coffee, but I keep hoping... Any case; I wanted to re-roof my gazebo with cedar shake shingles. Lowes and Home Depot did not have what I wanted so I checked Craigslist and found a listing for just what I wanted and at a good price. I called and it turned out that it was Exterior Source getting rid of excess supplies. I went to the store and bought the shingles... But here is the reason for this review, the folks were friendly, they helped me load the shingles, the place was very clean and well lit. If I was after the products they regularly sell, I would eagerly use their services. I recommend this business. Im posting a photo of the finished gazebo, the shingles were their product...

Getting a quote seems to be hard from this company. 5 days and still no quote. I left a message 2 times and not answer. Lost my business for sure. Mike Cole needs to learn better customer service.Re:Mike Cole came out and measured and spoke with me at our scheduled appointment on October 30th. We both know exactly what was going on. When he called on Nov. 2 he told me he had the quotes, two to be exact, and gave me the option of coming over or email. This makes your company look worse. No one knows whats going on over there. If I could take this star away. What a hassle!

Exterior Source installed Leaf Guard gutters on my house several years ago and a new roof about 5 years ago. Both perform and look good. I recently had them clean a clogged gutter and assess roof and gutter for potential storm damage. In both cases, they were very responsive and completed work quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend them.

Prices are in my opinion, are exorbitant. They have sole franchise rights and are without local competition for their Leafguard product. As such, they came in $2400.00 above a subsequent estimate for another manufacturers 5 product with leaf cover.

The price was more than fair as minor extras were taken care of. Crews showed up on time, worked quickly and finished on time. A perfect experience.

Was one of the best experiences buying a good product. From the start the young lady that took my call was courteous and kind. The installers were professional and also very courteous. I would definitely recommend Exterior Source.

We had some house wrapping to our home on Apr 3rd and 4th. The workers were great and on time, and was prepared to do the work. We had an issue with the water flow from the rain and how the some flashing was added to take care of the situation. But also to redo some flashing on the backside of the house. The cable vents were to be spray painted, but no one came back to do that, there were also issues by the garage door that no one followed up on. A email was sent on April 23rd to Andrew and he responded on the same day to have someone follow up as well. Safe to say it is May 29th and nothing has happened, but I am pretty sure our payments are clearing your bank. I hope this helps the next person who reads this. So far job was good to a point, but following up is a no go!Sincerely,Still Waiting!RECAP......The company has responded to my post and my issues immediately. I appreciate the fast attention. My rating has since changed.

If you are looking for a gutter cleaning service as advertised for this company dont waste your time. Their name does say they are a gutter cleaning service but when you call them you are told that they only clean their own gutters and the only thing they can do is to come out and give you an estimate for NEW gutters. False advertising? Bait and Switch? I dont know you tell me!

I am getting ready to put my house on the market and I had several small repairs and two major repairs that needed to be done to my Suffolk house. Mark Kluck spoke with me at length to determine what I needed to do and he explained each job, answering any questions I had. I had the roof, gutters, two windows replaced and some vinyl work done. The crews that came out were on time for their job, cleaned upon completion of the job, and were very pleasant to work with. If you are thinking of having any work done on your house or if you want to add on a deck, fire pit or a sunroom I would suggest this company.

Awesome customer service. We had a leak develop inside our window after LeafGuard installation. We really didnt think this leak had to do with the gutters, so we had a few contractors come out, and one mentioned that the roof overhang is moving the water down the gutters in such a way that its offloading water onto the house (nothing wrong with the gutters or installation). I called Exterior Source just to see if they could come look at it. Well, Mark came out to look at it THE SAME DAY and he came back the next day and FIXED IT. This is after 2 contractors looked at this mystery leak (2 months worth of trying to figure this leak out) They all had different resolutions (none worked) Mark fixed it in no time, RIGHT BEFORE A HURRICANE hit. I am just forever grateful. He saved our brand new hardwood floors from severe hurricane water damage, and one contractor wanted to remove all the siding and repair the window, extra thankful we decided to call Exterior Source and we didnt do all that

This place is surreal, your inside, but the offices inside are like little buildings, which even have shingles and rain gutters. Ive never been so tempted to start a fire to set off the sprinklers. I shant return for I cannot go back to jail.

Its been a year since I had my gutters installed and Im still super happy with them. Andrew Fuschini was great to work with!
