We went to Sams Club right after they opened for Plus members and it was great. No crowds and no waiting in line. We got in and out quite quickly. Positively the time to go!!!!

Store has everything u can imagine for great prices, especially if youre a member.... Only downside is their bread department. Wouldve liked to see a wider selection. Overall great experience though.

My mother who visits this store regularly often ask for someone to help her unload the heavy items into her car, they always tell her that someone is on the way, however after standing there for 15 to 20 minutes each time no one shows up, this is very inconvenient especially for someone 79 years old, we enjoy Sams club, but this is a matter that should be addressed.

Spend $250 dollars on a NEW vacuum from Sams. I get it home and it has someone else hair wrapped in the brushes. Absolutely gross! I bought a new vacuum not used.

I enjoy going to Sams Club for the most part... Things are usually fairly priced and there is always something I didnt plan on buying that I have to have! 😅 However, often Im looking for something and cant find it/its not in stock or they no longer carry it. And the most recent time I went on a Sunday and it was way too crowded for my comfort. There were some customers not wearing masks. My cashier did direct people in line to wear them though.

VERY clean, everything is ALWAYS fresh and available for us and the scan and go feature on the app the BEST thing ever!!

I was able to find everything I needed. The store is well organized, clean, and stocked. Not a lot of Cashiers anymore, so be prepared to scan and cart your own stuff. You must have patience with the person scanning in front of you. Overall, a good shopping experience!

Sams Club was great as always. I want to thank the attendant at the gas pumps for listening to other patrons and myself when we reported that a lady was smoking at the pumps. He handled the situation perfectly.

Great customer service agent solved my double scans on self checkout purchases.

I purchased a gift card at Sams Club Chesapeake today to give to my grandson for his 2nd wedding anniversary and when I got home, I didnt have it. Frantic, I raced back to Sams Club to see if anyone turned it in or if they could void those and Id buy a new gift card. Cheryl who works at Sams did everything she could but to no avail. I was upset but I knew it was my fault for losing it. While driving home I got a phone call from Cheryl at Sams and she reported that a good Samaritan turned in the gift card. God is Good and God Bless that person who turned it in!!

My go to Sams Club. Usually has a pretty good selection of products. Clean for the most part and the staff are usually pretty helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the online stocks can be way off from whats actually in store.

Just after 4:00 is definitely the time to go. No crowds. No waiting in line. Bread was non-existent though so, maybe dont go on Thursday

I got great prices on clearance winter clothes. So if your looking for clearance winter clothes head into Sams. Also they have great prices on all their blue jeans. The gas prices for regular was $2.42 today. Enjoy yall.

I have to ride to Virginia to shop Sams Club. Traffice is horrible going and coming back to OBX. Normally able to find what I need in bulk and non bulk. OBX shelves are mostly wiped clean of food and other items. Sadly Sams was same way. Was not able to get what I normally shop for from both Walmart (local) or Sams (VA). The grocery stores on the OBX are the same way. Bare shelves. Would have given a 5 star but due to same food issue could only give it a 4 star.

Got some good deals. All the lines were busy and one of the employees stepped up and checked me right out. Good shopping experience.

My experience at Sams club is always positive. The only issue that I have, and its mine alone, is that I go in to buy a $5 roasted chicken and end up spending $100 somehow. They just have too many things that I didnt know that I needed at the time.

It was good. First time there I didnt know no bags are used. Alot of variety. Snacks to clothing to appliances to furniture depends on what you looking for they have it.

I like the huge amount of items you could get, but it would be easier if we had bags. That way, customers dont have to carry one by one when they take the bags from the cart, to the car, and to the house.

Employees are extremely rude (other than the door greeter), and we waited in line for the snack bar for the berry sundae to find out the machine IS STILL NOT WORKING!! Attn: management.... put up a sign stating the machine is not working, we’re not going to purchase something else... that’s not what we came in for; please respect your customers time, get the machine fixed OR post that it’s down. Thank you

Horrible customer service. I called and they put me on hold. My son drove to the site and I was still on hold 32 minutes later. I had returned 4 items, they only refunded me for 3. when I pointed out their mistake , they wanted us to go back online. Spoke to Manager at the time and he was as Clueless and unprofessional as the rest. He walked away while my son was speaking to him. We pay $100 for our yearly membership. Definitely not worth it.

The workers at this particular location didnt have a since of urgency. Waited in thr member service line for almost 20 mins then was told that they didnt have the turbo tax software at the desk. So had to go and wait in another line to get that. So frustrating. Wish we were told to go to the right place the first time.

Didnt go in today; had to get gasoline. I joined because I have to buy diapers for my new grand. Looking forward to the savings.

I shop at Sams club online and in club constantly. Now with scan and go it makes in person trips fast and even more convenient.

If i could give them negative stars i would had a noon appointment to put two tires on and 2.5 hours later still standing and waiting. Never never never go here techs are very rude and you have to pull teeth for them to honor your warranty and i mean they don’t even look at your paperwork and will dismiss you. I hate that i ever purchased tires from them. I would have rather pay twice the amount for the tires then to come to this place. Do NOT come here.

I love Sams club because my hubby and I have 6 kids between us. Shopping in bulk makes life so much easier, but sometimes I do question the prices especially when I can find a cheaper deal elsewhere.

Scan and go I love it no line on paying.

The experience was pleasant until I reached the line to exit the store. While waiting in the long line to exit the store, I watched as the door greeter (who was later identified as Tammy )at the exit door seemingly Demonstrated varying ways to monitor the exiting customer’s carts. Some she glanced at the cart and scanned one item. Others she took their receipt and counted all of the items in the cart ( full carts and less full ones ) . Initially, I was unclear why her tactics varied because some had a few items and some had quite a bit . After further observing her I notice that she counted the items in the cart ONLY when the shopper was Asian or African American descent and those that were Caucasian she simply scanned one item in their cart versus taking their receipts and counting the items. As I got near the front of the line my theory was further confirmed and the mere thought of her discriminatory action was absurd and unbelievable. I recommend that in the future she is monitored for her discriminatory practices and she is taught to be consistent in her cart reviews. If she is checking the carts by individually counting the items for one then continue the same practice for all and not be discriminatory in her practice .*This comment is for the Sam’s Club located on Sams Circle in Chesapeake VA

We were there at 7:20 pm and it wasnt very crowded at all. Plenty of parking spaces and room inside to shop with comfort. The workers were socially distancing from each other and the customers.

Never had an issue with this store until today. The hours for Plus Members starts at 8 am and my wife tried to go in the store. The lady at the front told me that the store doesn’t open until 10 am. I told her that I am a plus member and because my card didn’t say plus member on. There is a scanner at the front so if there was any doubt about my membership then you could have scanned my card. I upgraded to plus one day before I checked out from shopping. I didn’t argue with the lady to cause a scene so I walked out and waited. You need to understand your position if you’re going take it and it definitely could’ve went a different direction depending on the customer. It will affect when I come out to shop now whenever I come to this location. Hopefully the issue gets resolved for other shoppers that may have experienced this.

You know about the great prices ... do you have the app? If so, scan your items as you shop and pay for them in the app, bypass the lines at the registers and go straight to the cart checker at the exit. They will scan a QR code that displays on your phone and youre done. BEST practice!

Totally, understaffed today. 3pm ish. Line for renewal of my membership...25 minutes..one person in front of me...seriously.Then I shopped for my 1 item must have, and more of course. Get through self checkout...only to see Ive been charged $20 over posted price on my tv mount.Service clerk went with me to see, basically told me oh well. We dont have any scan guarentee.Crazy.....
