I saw John. He is amazing careful, gentle and very careful. I just moved to Virginia and have had the same same nail tech for 5 years. I have found my new tech and I couldnt be happier. He made my nails feel like me. I work with horses and Im super rough on my nails. John made sure that they are super strong and very dainty. Im in love and will most definitely be back.

DO NOT get your eyebrows waxed here! The person never waits for the wax to cool enough which left me with SERIOUS BURNS AND SCARS on my eyes and around my brows. Its standard procedure to not apply burning hot wax to the skin. I have places to be and my eyebrows are scabbing and healing because a worker was negligent and in a rush to get it over with. It takes five seconds to let wax cool enough to be applied to the skin. On top of that, the place is quite filthy. They take you in the back to get your brows waxed and lay you down on this chair that looks like its been through 10 junkyards (stains, discoloring, NASTY). The space was just filthy and unsanitary, I felt like I was in a horror movie. This was just a ridiculous experience and I will not be coming back here. If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

This is my go to nail shop. Everything I can dream up, they have found a way to do, including this very complicated mermaid set. I use my nails to express myself, my interests, my pride.... so Im very happy with the service here.

I went to world nails and spa 2 times. My experiences were bad! Staff is very argumentative and rude. The first time we came we got shellac (after asking for tips and dip) and about a week later our acyrlc nails were popping off and breaking in half. We gave them another chance and the 2nd time agian they gave us tips and shellac after asking for dip... but this time 1 day after our appointment my moms gel nail polish was chipping off her nail. And 4 days after her pinky finger ripped in half. We went back for a fix and a staff member argued saying it broke because we got dip (when they gave us shellac) it took 58 minutes for them to fix one nail. We walked right out of that place after very un happy. Speaking of appointments they are very un organized and start nails 30 min after appointment was scheduled. Nails looked nice and thats is about it. I will NOT be coming here agian. Thank you very much

Set appt for 11am yesterday which was Thursday and today Friday they seemed to not be organized and remember when they set appointments. So inconveniencing to come to a appt you are told they didnt know they had. Complete waste of time. If you know you wont have enough people available for a certain time dont set an appt close to those times. Losing business for not thinking business like.

Very rude. Came in more than an hour before closing just for a basic pedicure, with very few people in the shop, they were very rude and said they had no time but they still had an hour & some change left during business hours.

Deserved a 5-Stars! I am impress of their wonderful work! I went with my mom for pedicures and dip powder and they are all so nice and friendly welcomed and take care of me and my mom right away! I love how they use disposable liner and disposable pedicures kit which are very clean and sanitized. I did not know they have hot stone massage and paraffin wax for feet. I will comeback and try their new top herbal pedicure too. I am very satisfied with their high quality service!

World Nails and Spa was so great, professional, and very clean throughout the whole store. This has been my first pedicure ever and my experience wants me to come back every day. The people there are extremely nice and they are very understanding about appointments. The complimentary water bottles are also a very nice touch as well to the whole entire experience as well. :))

AMAZING! Tony did my pedicure and full set today and I’ve never been so pleased with my nails before. He was kind and the rest of the staff seemed super friendly too. I found this nail shop by asking someone where they got their nails done and now this is the only place I go clean wripe everything done before they work on you not crowded do an very excellent job ask you to sanitizer your hands before u come inside also wash your hand before you get them gone very nice atmosphere

I have been to this shop several times and I loved it every time. Everyone is so friendly at this shop, the chemistry is just so well. I have had John, Tony and Tracy done my nails, they are all very skillful and they will advise you how to best go about getting your nails done. Especially the guys are such jokesters. I’m really picky about where I get my nails done depending on customer service and cleanliness. Well, this shop got both of that so I will keep coming back. Because a girl always likes to keep getting beautiful nails and getting compliments 🥰.

I tried this salon out tonight for the first time tonight. I took my daughter (her first time😀) and myself for manicures and pedicures. Our nails turned out beautiful and I am very pleased. I think I found my salon that I will continue to use for now on. You won’t be disappointed. Nice clean and polite salon.

I had an appointment for a pedicure and I really enjoyed my time. My nails were done great and I liked that they used the plastic liner in the foot bath. The reason why this wasnt a five or a four star is the selection of nail polish. I usually use essie or OPI, and the polices they had were mostly DnD, which isnt bad, but they seemed very old and overused. My toes started chipping about four days in. I just wish they had a bigger selection of colors and brands. It wasnt necessarily a bad pedi, just low quality nail polish. I usually like white toes, nothing too crazy. Besides that, everyone was COVID safe with barriers and things.

We came here because of the great Google reviews, and we were not disappointed! We had one basic and one spa pedicure. They were very thorough and attentive with the pedicure. Both types included callous removal, which other places always try to charge extra for. The spa pedicure included a hot towel wrap for feet and calves and a hot stone massage. Prices were reasonable and staff were friendly. I will be back!

I have had pedicures here before! They usually do a nice job. Miss Tammy was exceptional. She was very thorough, kind and professional. She takes pride in her work, an artist. I wasnt expecting the hot towel which other places omit now a days. Very pleased🌸😊

This was my very first visit after giving up on my regular nail salon after a very poor experience. Luckily there was no wait and I was immediately sat. Rebecca was my nail tech and she was very friendly and professional. I needed a gel manicure and pedicure with nail art. Rebecca made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the services. I will definitely be going back for my next pampering.

Had a pedicure and my polish didn’t last a week. My toes started chipping very quickly. I’m upset because I have a very important event approaching and my toes look awful. My nails where not the best either. I wasn’t very satisfied with this salon.

I’ve been to this nail salon multiple times, but this time I was not satisfied. I wasn’t given enough knowledge about the “dip powder” and it left a residue around my cuticles. The price for my nails were affordable and they do give cash discounts which was a plus.

My wife and I were looking for a new nail shop in the area and we found this shop while eating zaxby across from it. I just got the pedi and my wife got both mani and pedi. I gotta say, they did a pretty awesome job. We thought there was something different about this shop, like there was warmth, we felt like the employees actually cared, plus they always smiled. We loved how they also used the liner for the pedicure tubs and the pedicure kit is supposedly only used once, we like cleanliness.. We are gonna come back again for sure. It looked like they can also do very sophisticated designs for the nails I saw on the way out and my wife was in aw.

I enjoy going here to get my Manicure and Pedicures done. The place nice clean plastic bags so its very clean and the young Ladies in the place really do a good job. Its hard to find a place for a Man to feel good in and coming to Virginia from Maryland where I had to places . It took a good while for me to find one that did a good job , was clean and made me feel comfortable and this World Nails did it for me.They also open their equipment right in front of you and you know its only used on you. The water for your pedicure is in your own plastic bag and not a quick spray wipe type deal and they make sure you feel and look better than when you came in. Im very picky about the services I use and Ive been to some places and walked out , others I looked but never went and some I tried once. The western branch area has so many places to choose from but trust me this is nice. Youre probably asking what does a Man know but the first thing I look at in a Woman in is her hands and feet. So I cant judge if mine arent looking decent at all times . They have an happy hour also and I shouldnt have given this good review because I have the place to myself LOL. Trust me its really decent.

Nails went from worst to decent. Went in yesterday on a Friday (not busy) for acrylic French tips, told the tech exactly what I wanted which was 1/4 inch tip from my fingertip. She buffed them down not paying attention, and gave me nubs for nails. Couldnt even see nail length looking from palm view. Paid for service and tipped generously, but was told I was going to get recharged the next day for a take off and a full new acrylic set if I wanted them fixed. Instead of trying to fix the issue, tech argued with me saying that Saturdays are their busiest day, was told to just come back when manager would be there next day. Came back the next morning shortly after they opened and the manager was not even there. Was told by same tech that I had to speak to her over the phone and tell her my issue. Manager gave multiple excuses as to why I would need to try to come in Monday to get my nails done or even possibly later today. I have an extremely tight schedule, and im going out of state Monday, so the manager said that I needed to tell the tech to soak my nails and someone will take care of it shortly. A new tech took care of my nails asked me what the issue was before starting, and had the nerve to ask me do you think it was 100% her fault? with attitude. I replied yes. Then he asked me, have you gotten your nails done before? Has this ever happened before ? sarcastically. I replied no. This was my worst experience ever getting my nails done. I would highly not recommend going here. There is still debris all over my nails around my cuticles and underneath, and they said it would come off with soap and water instead of him having to take the time to remove debris.

I usually come here to get my nails done and have no issues but today I came and waited, with my feet in water, well over an hour. I waited the whole time the person I came with got her pedi done from beginning to end. There was a free worker who was just sitting in the back who came out said she would do me feet and left again. Customer service was pretty disappointing

I like going to a salon where the employees believes in taking their time and doing my nails properly.

First off, I was a walk in. Had a short wait, but that’s to be expected Was looking for a new nail tech, drove by, and decided to give this place a try. Had been going to Lavish Nails but had a small disagreement over an ombré design during the holidays so I decided it was time to move on. Was assigned to Rolanda- she was very nice from the start. I am very particular- use liquid gel, like them thin and natural looking. Rolanda did a fantastic job!! I absolutely love my nails-every time I look at them Im in awe at how pretty and natural they look. I was very impressed with her work and professionalism considering it took longer than expected. It was well over closing time and she maintained a positive attitude. I am definitely returning- Rolanda has a new client. Of course I’ll be sure and schedule an appt early next time. 😉 Im so glad I found a good nail tech. They really are hard to find. Definitely recommend this place.

First off, i had a 10:30 appointment and didnt get any service til almost 11:15. I brought my own polish and asked for gel top coat knowing i had to let the polish dry first. He painted my nails and then i sat for an hour because the lash lady wasnt on time and he left the gel coat for her. When she did show up, she put the ugliest thickest gel coat id ever seen on my nails, said 5 mins to dry, then came back and ruined my polish by rushing when they werent dry. And they started chipping within 2 hours. Lashes next, and they look like a 4yo did them. Clumps of glue in the lashes. 3 of the individuals came out before i even made it home, and no where even close to being applied evenly to both eyes. Terrible services! $86 wasted! Never ever again!

The lady working on my eyelash extensions did a nice job. Before they looked so thin but, now both lashes look so full and perfect!

I was told it would be a 15 minute wait and to pick my color which I did. I was indecisive so that took about 10 minutes after going back and forth sending pictures of the colors I had in mind to a few friends and waiting to get their opinions. I then looked around spoke to the one person who was already waiting before I came in and the 2 who came in after me. I started reading some emails and ended up leaving after waiting 45 minutes without any one checking on me farther or updating me on the wait time. I may or may not go back.
