Beautiful shop, kind technicians. 1st time, satisfied but no bells and whistles for me. My gel nails were not without small particles underneath so it caused the polish to lift sooner than expected.

Ive been a client to this business for about 4 years, Im not sure what happened on my last visit but my nails were done horribly I went back to have them corrected. After removing the acrylic nails I was asked to wash my hands, assuming they would redo the nails properly, I was then told to leave they no longer wanted to do business with me. I never made a big issue about my nails being done wrong I was very quiet and professional only to be insulted at the end as though it was my fault the nails were done improper. I left and went down the street and had nails in 45 minutes... professional businesses should never insult their customers, her excuse of not understanding English was very unacceptable.

Never going back. The tech made me feel awful. She commented multiple times how I hadnt had a pedi in a month and her regular customers come every 2 wks. Then told me my toe nails were brittle and proceeded to break of a piece. Then insulted my finger nails trying to drum up more business out of me. Icing on the cake was her whispering if I had cash for the tip instead of putting it on my card! I will never go back and afterwards repeating the story to neighbors. They knew who I was talking about and said she does this all the time. Not professional! Do not recommend!

Made a reservation for 2. I was taken 1st while my friend waited 20 mins. My tech left me in bags of wax to start someone else. Never got lotion or leg massage - barely got the wax wiped off. Been there many times but experience is inconsistent. Wont go back after this last time.

Every time I go to this place I am disappointed. Nice staff for the most part just lazy. Did not wash one of my legs. Did not remove all the nail polish from my toe which shows through. Never going back. I have been here since it first opened to present and I have never been so disappointed in a simple pedicure. My expectations are not that high.

Great place to have nails done! This was my third visit. Nail operators and pedicure operators did a great job on my nails and feet. They paid a lot attention to detail and made sure I liked the finish product. Plan to go again!

I don’t like this place at all, while getting my nails done the man who did my nails cut the skin on my picky with a file because he was filing my nails rough and I had to ask for water because I was getting hot and thought I was going to pass out because of my pinky being cut badly, then when putting on the acrylic he put a lot of it on and one of them was dripping off of the tip of my nail, then the lady at the front said that the original price was going to be $45 but it’s not because of the gel it’s because she said that my fingers are long so apparently if you have long fingers you’ll get charged $5 more. Do NOT Come Here!

I am extremely particular about my nails and this place has always met my standard. They are friendly and welcoming, very talented staff! If I can’t get an appointment with my own nail guy, this place has the only nail techs I will trust. Ivy does a particularly fantastic job! So many nail shops, it’s difficult to find a truly good one and Lady Nails is definitely a good one!

First time here. Walk in at 2:30 on a Saturday. They started the pedicure right away. Hannah took her time; I never felt rushed. Over 1 and 1/2 hours of pure relaxation. Ill be back!

The worst. I shouldn’t even put one star. I asked for a pedicure the lady didn’t even run the water for me she just started taking the polish off my toe nails, didn’t even take all the polish off. I asked nicely and polite could she remove all the polish, she got upset and started talking to her coworker about me. She was very rude from the jump. Also at the time I was the only black woman there, and 6 woman a different race came in the shop and she literally stopped what she was doing to my feet to take care of them. I’ve been here before and haven’t had a problem but a couple days ago when I went it was totally awful, smh. I walked straight out the shop, never again!

Staff and service was amazing! They took such good care of my little girl and were the nicest ladies. They did an excellent job on our nails and very welcoming! Highly recommend!

Went in, not so much because of esthetics, but because of my cuticles. Prior to service I explained what I needed done. The technician was very clear she did not want to cut the cuticle well. I told her to not complete the service, as I would just cut my own cuticles at home. For me the worst part, was that upon checking out I told the receptionist, in charge of payment, that I would not be coming back as the technitian refused. The supervisor, came straight to me and didnt even look at my nails. She right away started to defend her technitian. She said many times that the tech was senior in the salon and she knew what she was doing. I am not writing this to he vengeful but just to share my experience. I paid full price for the service and was very polite on my way out.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The lady who did my nails put one of my acrylics on sticking UPRIGHT and when I asked her to fix it she said no. Then she cut my fingers in 4 places with the nail file making me bleed! I will never go there again.

I will never go back. I will tell my friends and family to never go there. I went in for a fill, before I could finish looking at polish colors she was filing my nails. She did my nails, got to where she was going to shape them and said What kind of shape is this? Did you file them on your own? Very RUDE. Not to mention when she was done with my nails and about to paint them she didnt have me go wash my hands so she painted them with the dust everywhere. 2 days later the shellic started peeling off. Unacceptable. I was there less than 20 minutes. Worst place ever.

I have been a loyal client for about three years and have even brought my two daughters in for services. I had my nails done last week by a tech different from who I normally see. When I got home, I noticed that there was acrylic missing on the sides of some nails, and that my nails looked really thick and felt weird. I called first thing in the morning on my way out of town and left a message for Tina to call me back. She never did, so I called again and she answered. I explained to her that I was unhappy (my first complaint I have ever made there) She was very nice about it and got me an appointment for as soon as I got back in town. When I went in today. I was with a different tech from earlier in the week which was fine with me. She immediately used the drill to start taking off my polish and added more acrylic to where needed before using the drill again to try to make it not look so thick. She asked if I wanted to leave the two nails that had an ombre acrylic and I said that was fine. She also asked if I wanted a different color polish and I decided sure why not. When I went to leave, I was very surprised to be told that I owed then $15 for a polish change. (Tina expalined that it should really be $20 but since I didnt have the tech do two of the nails, she took off $5) I asked why I would have to pay for a polish change when they had to take it off anyway to fix my nails. Tina told me it was because I changed the color. I informed her that it shouldnt matter what color I painted them since they had to be repainted since it was filed off with the drill. She told me I was wrong and to make the nails look like they were not so thick, they would have just drilled from underneath. I told her that that was impossible. There is no way you can make the nail look thinner by drilling from underneath being that it is atached to my finger. She said she would ask management what they thought. Management came up and the three of us went round and round. I told them that I was appalled that they would lose a loyal client of three years over $15!! It made no sense to me and if there was going to be a charge, I should have been told before hand. Their attitude was they could care less. They just wanted their lousey $15! Even when I told them if they charged me I would never come back, all they can say is that I owed them $15. I am beside myself that this is how a loyal customer would be treated. I am in the service industry myself and I would never in a million years treat one of my clients this way. Time to find somewhere new.

Generally the service is prompt and friendly. However, went in to get pedicures with my daughter and for some reason they had the same person work on both of us instead of us being able to have them done together.

Great place to get Mani/pedi, waxing, etc. Clean, nicely decorated, I really like all the staff there.

I won’t be going back. Went to take my mom to get a pedicure and they had my mom soaking the entire time I was getting mine, while there were plenty of workers that could have done hers at the same time. Then while she was getting hers the lady was super rough, while rubbing her foot and ankle her entire body was shaking from her force and when my mom asked her to be more gentle, she didn’t. The staff doesn’t understand that the customer is always right. When we went to get our eyebrows done the lady told my mom she couldn’t have the shape she wanted cause it wouldn’t look good. Very unprofessional staff. And very lazy when it comes to service. They are awful and I would recommend going to instyle by village in across from tcc.

Hmmm not sure if I will go back. My first time and I was left soaking for 50 minutes. It was stated someone called in so they were short staffed. However, it was eight employees there.
