Went today 09-24-21and they did a great job on my f250. They are always extremely friendly and always professional. Happy to see the store manager from the grass field location is now the manager at this location. 10/10 would recommend to my friends

Last time I go. Shame on foolish me for giving them 4 chances. What was I thinking? I even ordered The most expensive package, and still found trash and dirt in between the seats. These pics are AFTER the $40 package. Only giving 2 stars because the guys are super nice.

Are use these locations all over depending on where I’m at I have an unlimited membership and it works really good for me I particularly like the battlefield location please to learn dillion is at the battlefield location his Customer service and the way he runs the team is top notch he always addresses me and I noticed him addressing other customers and always has a very positive attitude

Thanks to Nick Pepler for replacing the drivers mirror on my S10.The mirror came off while washing and Nick was kind enough to order and replace the mirror. Unknown to Nick or me the mirror was just hanging on by one screw. Thank you Nick for the excellent customer service!!! Ill be coming back to AutoBell soon.

Sometimes they scrub the front and back and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they they spray the wheels sometimes they don’t. It’s just not consistent. And you know when you see them who does what. I do go through it a lot.

I’ve only been to Autobell once before this but I definitely will be back. My car looks like the day I got it and it had been years since I’ve cleaned it. Thanks everyone there!

Don’t worry auto bell I’ll hand dry my car myself even after paying the extra for it. Only reason I come to this car wash. Not so sure if I’ll come back now

Attendants were lazy and had no attention to details. They were just going through the motions. The inside of my car doesn’t look touched In most areas. Flowers stuck in door and windshield that they said they couldn’t get off. It is very sad and disappointing when you pay $30 to get your car washed and you have to go home and re-do it. Now I know why my mom said she only tipped $2 the last time she went. I will never be going back and won’t recommend to anyone.

Sometimes you feel truly taken advantage of when you visit this place. My truck was returned to me and the dash was still full of pollen. When I pointed it to the worker he apologized and gave it a quick swipe. I’m not sure if that was worth $40.00

Yes I when to wash my car, but I think that was so rude that one of the personnel was making fun of me because I give them three dollars tip, I dont know why, but to this guy I was a bug that needed to be squash just because I didnt give him what he wanted.My experience wasnt satisfying but it was humiliating by an ungrateful person, not everyone can afford to tip big money in this days!

I padroni 40 bucks for inside and out today. It was the fastest car wash i have ever been in and you could tell becauae my car was stull dirty. These gyys dont even remove the floor mats . This place is the worst ever. Never coming here again!

Overpriced. $23.99 for regular in and out. Had to drive car myself thru wash.Never removed/cleaned floor mats. Workers running from car to car...no continuity. Can get same service for $5/6 less at Majestic.

Make sure its done right, minimum corrections had to be done again otherwise a pretty good deal for the location and time in and out.

My car was poorly cleaned inside. I had to ask them to vacuum the inside again and it still didn’t look any better. The dashboard wasn’t cleaned good. They spray piña colada smell inside but the smell only lasted a few hours. I will never take my car there again.

I like it here I’ve come here many times but, they need to clean better inside of the windows and vacuum inside better I pay a lot so I expect better service

Went for a car wash and vacuum. I have a dog that sheds like crazy so I didn’t expect it to get a detail vacuum. Most places I go to don’t bother with the dog hair, but they did really well here. I was pleasantly surprised when I got in and my car looked like it did when I first got it. I’ve been looking for a nice car wash and detail place that can somewhat clean the inside of the dog hair. This place did that and some. Just wanted to thank the gentleman that cleaned it. He did a great job. I made sure to remember his name tag, “Zaay.” Thanks again!

First time here and very impressed with the detail and care that Bow took with my vehicle. I purchased a very in-depth package and he was extremely knowledgeable about the products using and methodically went over my vehicle. Would go back everyday for the same level of care!

Had an unfortunate incident with geese flying over my car. Paid $10 for the drive through option. Got an OK clean, worth the money. Next time will pay more for a the wipe down.

Was disappointed worked on the inside while the outside dried in sun waterspots windows still dirty on inside 99% of the time no issues called customer service and was told we will note it not let us try to fix it theres to much competition out the for that kind of responce

You have to show the staff the 20 things they miss and then act like they are dreading to clean it. Cup holders not touched and so on attention to detail for $50

They do a pretty good job drying, but arent very thorough when vacuuming. If theres a particular place you want them to focus, keep in mind they work for tips.

This place has repeatedly done a good job. My cars normally pretty dirty when I bring them and they come out pretty darn clean after. Today a young dark haired lady did an exceptional well job getting all the dog hair out. Kudos!

Quickly friendly service by all employees especially Joey Manning! He was courteous and thorough. My new car was cleaned quickly and the dog hair and sand are GONE!

I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!! Only one person attending to my vehicle while every other one had two, the outside looked OK/No SHINE, not much attention or detail payed to the inside, so much dirt was left on my floors and dust in my console and dashboard. When I asked him why he said, The vacuums hardly work and I tried to get as much as I could. USE A BRUSH in the corners, then vacumm it up! This $29.99 SPECIAL is a RIP-OFF and I am VERY UPSET that I WASTED MY HARD-EARNED MONEY! I couldve taken my SUV through any car wash, wiped it down and vacuumed it for $12 anywhere else but I thought I was getting detailed service coming here! NEVER AGAIN will I visit this place nor refer them to anyone I know. The PROOF is in the PICTURES!

They did a good job my first time coming to themBut after they where done they ask if I like air freshener and said yes after that drive for a little bit before my next stop the air freshener smell was gone that fast.wish it last longer.

Great service for a really, surprising good price. I got my car cleaned exterior and interior, carpets shampood, all the door jams and little crevices scrubbed, and a fresh scent for $35. And my car was really dirty. Definitely recommend.

My vehicle has been sitting for a while because I’ve been out of the country. I took it to Auto Bell car wash and they made it look brand new! The staff was very friendly and paid attention to detail to make sure any spots with dirt were spotless. Caleb was very helpful and walked around the car with me when I inspected it to make sure all the nooks and crannies of the car were clean. I highly recommend coming here for a great car wash!

Slow. They move as if they have all day. Other than that decent wash for $20... Ive had way better washes for less. Ill keep exploring my options. Time is the one thing I cant get back

Thought I could do a quick ride through on my way to GA. Noticed the employee that guided me in at the start was also at the end looking with another employee as I was exiting. Thought they were admiring my vehicle but realized when I stopped to get gas, they were probably looking at the obvious scratches on my wheel. I returned and of course explained it was impossible for that to happen in the wash but.....it did. Some type of debris was in the rail and damaged my wheel. It was a fresh scratchin a couple of places. Denied my claim and gave me a # to call David Jacob. I called number to get insurance information and its the manager who is there looking at the damage. Questioned him as to why wasnt he the one talking to me about it since they are denying my claim. Asked him for his insurance information and he tells me Autobell is Self Insured, so that means I have to sue in small claims.Well it will cost me more than what the wheel is worth to sue so my venting will come in the form of this review. Not at all suggesting that you not get your car cleaned there, but beware, I will not take any vehicle there again.

Came in the other day with my truck which was extremely dirty especially my rims. When my truck was finished I thanked the kid that wiped it down and left. When I got home I looked it over again and realized how AMAZING it actually looked. My rims which are usually disgusting looked beautiful. My rims havent looked this good in years. If you go there ask for Michael!! (Tall thin one with brown hair)

Andy did an amazing job on my vehicle. It took a little while to get it started, but I was completely satisfied at the time and attention to detail he took. He was very thorough. Usually there are streaks from areas that aren’t fully dried but he got those areas without me even having to ask. Super friendly and did an awesome job!

The crew did a wonderful job on my car! Nick, Assistant Manager, was so sweet and his eye for detail was very impressive. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure each bug was cleaned off of the front of my car, but his passion for his work really shows. You can really tell that he truly cares about his customers and their concerns. I’ve never received this level of service or quality at any other Autobell before; or any other car wash place for that matter. Personally, I think that Nick deserves a Manager role because he is so passionate about his job and really cares. That’s a very rare commodity in today’s society, with this younger generation. They did not really clean the vechile to my expectations for the amount of money I spent. Trash was left along with part of the interior not being cleaning. The location on Cedar road is much better.

As you can imagine they were very busy today, to take out everybody out of there wish clean very well wipe down automobiles.

Fast service i did have to point out missed spots on the body. Later noticed missed spots on inside windshield.

Service is always pretty quick, the prices arent bad either. Sometimes the detail service leaves a little to be desired (couple of missed spots, usually interior) but usually they do an outstanding job. Nice waiting area inside and out with vending machines if youre in the mood for a snack while you wait.

It seemed pretty quick and to the point. I enjoyed going through the car wash, but my back window was left more smudged and harder to see through than before I brought it there. Not only that but my mirrors were all dotted up and not cleaned. I only paid 20 bucks but thats 20 I could have kept. I dont usually leave reviews but I hope this helps someone before they decide to spend their money there.

Very clean and well organized. Extremely busy most of the time. The employees have the hustle here and deserve a raise for working so hard. Very little parking space and no space for trailers and RVs. Handicap friendly. Clean bathrooms. Air conditioned wait room

They do a pretty good job. They are usually so busy they tend to miss spots but are good about cleaning any spots you show them. Havent found a place yet though that cleans the windows good, especially my front window inside. If I ever find that place Ill stick to it.

Got the managers special, the wash and clean was so so. Normally would have had them correct it on the spot, but my 5yo was completely ready to go by the time they had finished. If youre not one to speak up if not satisfied with a job, by all means look elsewhere, otherwise Im sure they would have fixed any issue if brought up. Would have just been nice to be done completely first time around.

I visited this location on 07/12/19 and purchased the super wash which is supposed to be interior and exterior. The car looked ok from the walk around but as I got into the car I noticed the push button was missing and sitting in the cup holder. This almost caused me to panic because I thought it was broken. As I drove off I noticed that the car was barely vacuumed and the windows were not properly cleaned. The next day I called customer service and left a complaint. Tim the store manager who refers to himself as the owner explained that removing the push button is a safety precaution and is done on all Mercedes. That doesnt make any sense to me and if this is the case why not make sure the customer is aware of whats going on. As the conversation went on he had an excuse for every issue I had. I explained that I didnt feel comfortable bringing my car back and wanted a full refund. The only resolution he could give me was bring the car back or take a gift card. This business is terrible I will not be returning.

I paid 52.45 for what suppose to be premium service and it practically look like it did before I brought it in. Took it right back and Im still cleaning off brake dust. Major disappointment Ive never spent this much on a car was and never again

Saw while driving on battlefield Blvd. Needed a car wash and drove into the lot, the attendant at the car register was very professional and attentive. The whole experience was incredible fast and the customer service I got was great. Would recommend to friends!

Paid 20 dollars for the wash and my wheels were still fairly dirty. Went home and finished the cleaning myself. Youd think at that price point theyd cleaned the wheels better. Wouldnt recommend and wont be returning.

Car wash knock factory installed trim off. Was offered a free wash and told I could go to Auto Zone and buy some glue. Windows are still dirty. This is not my first unpleasant experience with this location, but it is my last.

You might have to wait a few minutes for your ride to be dried but absolutely worth it.

I used to frequent the locations in Charlotte in years past and good experiences, this was my first visit at this location. Pricing was fair for what I received. The guys work quickly and efficiently, generally seeing them jog across the lot to grab towels, cleaners, etc. was reassuring to see, knowing my car wasnt just sitting in cue, but actively being attended to. Not enough benches outside to sit, but all else is great. And $25/mo for unlimited exterior only washes is a steal!!

Damaged my car and then give a crazy reason why they wont fix itProbably a $100 repair and a $0 excuse.
