MAD Mobile Spa is a 10 out of 10! Everyone at the shops was friendly and attentive. I showed up and was immediately helped. The waiting area is nice and cozy with plenty to keep you busy while waiting. There was food, games, and TV. I had an entire bag of Gummy Worms melted onto my cloth seats and in UNDER 20 minutes he had the seat looking brand new. Support this business!!

I had a great experience with the mobile detail service! I had originally scheduled the Bronze Plus SUV for my husbands truck, but after Tyron arrived, and discussing what I was aiming for, he let me upgrade to a paste wax on the spot. I was so happy with how everything turned out. The truck looked better than it did when we bought it. The whole process only took 1.5 hours, and was just a great experience. 10/10!

I scheduled an mobile appointment on their website twice for my car to be cleaned and twice it was cancel by them, but I was offered an in shop appointment, if I wanted to bring my car to get it washed I wouldn’t contact a company that calls itself a mobile detailing company. I will never contact this company again!!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received (bronze package). I arrived at the agreed upon time and they got right to work. The customer waiting area has cable TV, wi-fi and coffee to indulge in while you wait.

My 2019 Lexus never looked better!!! It looked better then when I first purchase it from the dealership. They where able to get the annoying water stains out my headliner that I made from trying to clean it my self and it was a light color headliner. First of all, my appointment was today (6.1.2021) at 8am, and the detailer (Tyrone) call me at 7:30 to let me know that he was a few minutes away!! Courteous and on time!! Once he arrived he introduced himself and asked about any areas that were of concern for me. The work was done in about one and a half hours and it was impeccable!! My car hasnt looked this good in years!! From the interior to the exterior (tires were dressed as well), the work performed was five star worthy. I will definitely use this detailer again as they were professional, fast but thorough, and detailed (lol). Tyrone at Midnight Auto Detail did a great job. He stayed an hour and a half past closing time to give my SUV the attention it deserved & needed. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance to him. Between my teenage kids and many weekends of travel softball there was plenty of dirt and grime. But he was able to get it back to how it looked when I bought it, and quite possibly nicer. Definently have a new repeat customer for my vehicles.

Alex did a good job on my car and even though I didn’t pick to have them come mobile to me the waiting room was very comfortable equipped with a tv, comfy sofa, clean bathroom, coffee maker, & games. I read the owners bio and it was very inspiring. Best wishes to you and your family.

Platinum Service I paid for was not worth the $300 price. This was my second time employing them and I went with the more expensive package because I wasnt totally happy with the job they did the first time. My SUV looked worse this time. Pay more.. Get less? I wont be doing business with them again.

I couldn’t get serviced 2 different times. Purchased a Groupon for Valentine’s Day & booked for mobile appointment. I’m within the travel requirements. Got a confirmation email & text the day before my appointment, so I assumed we were good.DAY OF... 7am appt. no one shows. I gave them an hour because weather was a little foggy that day. I called to check if they were still coming & his exact words were “did you look outside?” It did look like rain was coming, but why no one called ME at the time of my appt to let me know they were not coming, IDK. & that comment, yikes but okay.I did reschedule bc we can’t control weather & I really wanted the service. Plus at this point can’t get $ back from groupon. My new appt was today at 12p. The day is partly sunny so far & it’s a little cool for an April day in VA high expected to be 47. Got the same confirm email/text the day before, but was contacted today to reschedule yet again because it’s “cold”. & I’m no detailer, so by no means an expert... But, why offer services during this time of year if you can’t work in these conditions? Why not give clients a heads up the day prior if you know weather isn’t permissible? Because like I said, I’m no expert & it looks doable to me so I’m expecting you to come if that’s what the communications said. Plus I’ve seen others get detailed in the dead of winter.I wish I could’ve gotten the service I paid for. But won’t be doing business with them nor recommending them because time is $$$ & as a business owner, this should be known.

I was looking for a mobile detailer for my truck that was local. I was tired of sitting in those car wash lines and/or having people rush to clean my car and missing all of the fine details. Based on the reviews of this business I booked my appointment. I arrived at 8:30 and Tyron was very professional and ready to go! He took before pictures of my vehicle and was very thorough on what he was going to do and set good expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at the inside. Very comfortable, clean and had a nice home feel to it. My truck came out amazing. He encouraged me to check his work just in case I saw something that needed to be fixed. Needless to say I was a happy customer. I will definitely get the wax next time {I forgot about this lol}. My truck looks clean, smells clean and it was definitely worth the price...which was EXTREMELY affordable in comparison to these other companies who do a halfway job. My wife purchased a detail package for Christmas. I was able to book an appointment online and dropped the vehicle off. The owner, Tyron, greeted me and was very friendly. He told me what the service package entailed-didn’t try to hit me up with a bunch of upsells—only asked if I wanted the truck cleaned. Picked it up a few hours later and Tyron did a thorough once-over so it met my standards (his we’re probably even higher than mine). Friendly, Professional, and 100% customer focused. I’ll be bringing more vehicles to him.

This place was extremely professional and did an amazing job on my car I had a really strong Mildew smell from water that got in my car and I thought I was gonna have to make a claim with my insurance and brought my car here first and the owner worked with me and got the smell out completely and it’s completely dry and clean. I booked this company to do a surprise detailing of my moms car for Christmas this year. It was scheduled originally for 12/22/2020 @ 11am. I surprised my mom at her work at 11. No detailer in sight. I called 3 times before someone answered and was told their system was down and they were unable to get the address or call me to reschedule. They could have asked for the address then and there while I was on the phone. Instead, they rescheduled for 12/24/2020 between 11am-1pm (which was confirmed via email). AGAIN, I CALLED THEM at 12:57pm because my mom told me no one had shown up yet. They told me they had no record of my appointment for 12/24 despite the email confirmation, and that they were working a half day that day. I told them my mom would call to reschedule since it was for her. It was scheduled for 12/29/2020 @ 9am at her home. I have now been told that because I left a review on their site stating I had yet to receive service (a review which they never published to their site), the appointment had been cancelled. They said they had been professional and contacted me regarding everything that was going on. I have been told to get a refund from Groupon, which makes no sense as I did not book with Groupon nor do I have an account with them. All in all, I called them 7 times, got 2 answers to my calls, and emailed them twice while only getting 1 response. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND SOMEONE WHO WILL CONTACT YOU, LOOK ELSEWHERE.UPDATE 12/29/20: The below response from the owner is word for word the text they sent me today AFTER THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME canceling the appointment for today. They DID NOT contact me prior to any of my appointments to cancel or reschedule it. See attached photos for proof. They have blamed me for a review I left on their website, which expressly said would be edited upon receipt of services; a review which they did not even upload to their website. Whats unacceptable, is lying to your customer and about your customer. YOU DID NOT CONTACT ME, I CONTACTED YOU. I also had to call to get a refund, where I was told about 5 times that I used Groupon (I didnt, I used their website). Then when he finally settled on me using the website, he told me he would have to issue the refund when he was back in the office and when he had time. I asked him what what meant, when he had time. He said it again, and then followed it with by the end of the day. I still dont know if or when I will get a refund, but this place is NOT PROFESSIONAL BY ANY MEANS. If you want to see how professional they are, read their responses to negative reviews.UPDATE 1/5/21: I was asked to wait at least 5 days for the refund. I gave a couple extra days for New Years and Sunday and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. Its been 7 full days.UPDATE 1/6/21: The owner just called me confirm the details of my refund and apologized for the delays and miscommunications. He also offered some explanations as to why December is a difficult month for him. I very much appreciated this information and the apology. Due to this, I am returning a star to him. Thank you!

I am so impressed with Tyron! I wanted to get my car detailed before our baby comes home. I had called and asked for an appointment, and he said that they only work out of the shop on Friday’s. I asked when he was available to get it done ASAP, and come to my home, because I’m 38 weeks pregnant with two little children and I didn’t want to drive to the shop and wait. So he said that he would come early Friday morning, before he went into the shop. He arrived at about 6:30 AM, ready to go. I didn’t realize how disgusting my car was from kids and my pets, I was super embarrassed I let my car get that gross. Took them about an hour an a half of hard work, but my car looks amazing again. I cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work, lord knows my car needed it. Now we can enjoy our clean car, and I can bring home baby feeling less anxious! Thank you SO MUCH!!!

Absolutely Amazing! I called and Tyron immediately answered the phone. Answered my questions. Sent me a price list and did not leave me hanging/waiting! Very accommodating as I was running late due to my husbands car needing jumped (they even left it on the whole time like I asked to charge the battery for me). He still spent extra time on the car and made it look amazing! Very respectful gentleman and extremely well at communicating! Once the seats dried they felt so clean and fresh!! Not all grimy like when I brought them in. After they were done he had me look before I paid to make sure there was nothing more I wanted done that he missed. He even cleaned my sons car seat that was in the car. The space to wait is so clean and there’s candies to eat and tv to watch while you wait. Everything about this experience was fantastic. Wonderful company! Our 42 camper was dull from oxidation and sun damage. Ty came to our house and within two hours, our camper looked brand new. Tyron got my vehicle in at my schedule time and we walked the car together so he could explain what he was going to do and to let me know if there would be any up charges before he got started. It was fast and done very well. They got some old stains and had the car smelling brand new. They were even able to come the same day I called. Definitely will use again.

Called for a last minute detail Friday. They offered a 6 am Saturday morning appointment which was perfect for me. They showed up at my job and 25-30 minutes later they were done. Very detailed cleaning in such a short time. Carpets were very clean and my leather seats looked new again. I felt the pricing was competitive and they have a loyalty card. After 5 same services you get a free one. This will be my go to detail company. I will try their wax service next time.

I would give 10 ****** if they would allow it....I have been using MAD for about 3 months now and I have 2 vehicles so I see Ty at least twice a month....always very respectful and very courteous to me and my belongings that are in the vehicle....pricing is great and he will never charge you for something you do not need....great guy and business thank you so much see you next month
