I have used East Coast Carpet Care for a number of years and at multiple apartment communities being in the property management business.The office staff is always professional, friendly and accommodating. And the same goes for the technicians when they arrive to perform the job at hand. I highly recommend them for any carpet care related services you may need either commercially or in your home.

They were selected by building management to clean our carpets, and they were definitely the right choice.The tech was polite, personable and took great care around our furniture.And he didnt mind when the cat tried to supervise.

Carpets cleaned well however some of the dirty smelly water was poured into my bathtub I had previously scrubbed and cleaned since I’m moving out. Now the whole house smells like dirty water. I think it would be wise to make sure all the techs know to dispose of water outside or have some sort of cleaning solution to pour down after disposing the water in the house. My place smelled clean from top to bottom. Now I have to go clean the bathroom again. Attention to detail is paramount. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Never used their carpet cleaning service but word of advice… If you’re going to allow someone to drive your company labeled van around, at least ensure they are a competent driver. Whoever you had in a van traveling down NorthHampton Blvd. today almost killed 3 people in less than a quarter mile driving erratic. Embarrassing.

We have used East Coast Carpets for years to clean resident apartment homes. They do excellent work and pay attention to every detail. They also do dryer vent cleaning which has been incredibly helpful. We have been working with John for years and we found out he took a couple days off. We were heartbroken, because he is a favorite. A technician Micah came out to do some work for us. He was professional, had a great attitude and was wearing his PPE which we all appreciated. We also appreciated his positive attitude and will to help us on short notice. Thank you to Lisa and her team! They always make us feel we are a priority going above and beyond.

We have used multiple carpet cleaner companies over the years but we have had the best service from East Coast Carpet and I cant say enough positive things about Mike T. , he always ensure the jobs are complete 100% and if there is a last minute request or any issues he ensure to address them before leaving. Ive had my cars cloths seats cleaned, ceramic tile cleaned, dryer vents cleaned, etc. Every technician has been professional, polite and efficient. The office staff remembers me when I call. They make me feel like a friend. Amazing company!

Didn’t notice to after tech left he didn’t do on side of beds behind bedroom doors or full step I didn’t think I had to check behind person but 160 was a lot not to do all of open spaces. Next company I know to check behind. Disappointed

The two guys who showed up to clean my grandmas carpet did a horrible job, they were only here for about 15 minutes and it looks like they only ran the carpet cleaning machine over her carpet with no cleaning products. Now she has dirt lines going through her carpet .I guess the guys who did the work just didnt care.
