5 stars!! I came after reading the great reviews about Samantha (they are all true! She’s great!) and had the best experience with the entire team! A crew descended on my car like I was at a Pit Stop and they checked everything and changed my oil so quickly I couldn’t believe it! It was definitely the fastest oil change ever, and it’s great I didn’t have to get out of my car!It seems they recommend other fluid changes pretty consistently but I said I only wanted an oil change and there was zero pushiness. Excellent service, professional crew. Thanks to all for the great experience! If I lived in that area (I was just driving through), I would only go there for oil changes!

The team at Valvoline was amazing this afternoon! They were quick and knowledgeable and so sweet to answer all my questions and concerns. I was in and out in about 30 min and I had my transmission fluid, radiatior fluid and oil changed! The guys made the whole thing run so smoothly. 10/10 would recomend and definitely do again!

I went to change out the skid plate on my truck for a bulkier aftermarket version. The manager greeted me and had me in and out the shop within 15 minutes and refused to charge me for the awesome job he and the team did! Ive been going to this location for only about half a year, but they are CONSISTENTLY great! Highly recommended!

Im just writing a review , not that the service was bad more like the ppl, I went today for a oil change which I always do ,but they were training someone and I didnt mind but what got me is the way they treated the man they were training .. they kept apologizing for him and I said over and over I dont mind waiting.. I felt bad for this man and if I was him I wouldve left because ppl should not be treated any less then human ... after all was done the woman came to the window apologized again and stated that her day was awful just cause she had to train this man ,while throwing in some cuss words , mind you my child was in the car with me .... Im very disappointed in ppl its obvious this person is trying to make a living but the ignorance of the ppl he is learning from was ridiculous... do better as humans!

My goodness what a pleasant experience this was. The Assistant Manager Ms Samantha was such a breath of fresh air. Everything ran smoothly in and out in record timing.

Spent over $100 on an oil change in my 2018 Honda Civic while they were changing the oil they took my air filter out to show me to try and sell me a new one I normally would have got it changed but I will be getting rid of the car with in the next few months. I was happy with the speed of getting it done. A few weeks later I used my car to jump start another car and I noticed that 2 of the bolts that hold the air filter box down were broke and they were the only people that have been under the hood of my car and they never said anything about it.

All the technicians were very helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure I was in and out.

I went to Valvoline 3 times within the week for an inspection the guy that gives the inspection is never there.An employee by the name of Cody was very very rude on the phone and in person.

First time weve ever been to a Valvoline Instant oil change. Im used to an hour or so at Dunn Tire. To my surprise they waved us in within a minute or two, asked us what we needed, then proceeded to change oil, check lights, and check fluids while we waited in the car with the window down. Manger gave us $5 off a new air filter for the engine, joked with us, and we were done and on our way in 17 minutes. Incredible experience. This is our new oil change place.

Ive gone here many times. There are always different people. This last time they put 63 psi in both left tires. I asked them because my car reads each tire and the girl told me my car must be wrong and they double checked each tire and said nope each tire is at 34 psi. I took the car to the dealership the following Friday who said we let some air out of the tires they were actually at 63psiDont chance having them ruin your car just for an oil change

These people at the Harlem location are absolutely wonderful. I take my car there every year for New York state inspection and oil changes. Although they dont do repairs they always alert me if there is something going on with the car that I should know about. They are extremely honest which is at a premium these days. The manager that I dealt with on my last visit went above and beyond for me period and extra Plus for me is that there are women mechanics working there. I love women mechanics.

Great service, in and out pretty quickly, competitive pricing on my Sprinter van, and the manager Lauren seems to run a tight ship here. Much better than my last experience at Valvoline. In fact worlds better. This is how it should be!

Fast and easy car maintenance. They check and fill all fluids with an oil change. And even check the tires. But be careful with them evening out your tire pressure. They always take too much out of mine and the pressure light goes on for being too low.

By far the best care Ive ever gotten at an oil change shop. They found my tires had been over inflated to 52lbs when i purchased new ones just the month bfore....i was livid. They released the air down to 38 lbs as shd have been. They washed my windows, chatted about other items i might would need later..nothing shoved in my face yo make a sale. A female is the manager and also another shop employee is female as well along with two accommodating gentlemen.I will go there for all my oil changes from now on.

Absolutely horrible service!!!! Waited 45 min from start to finish.....I was the first one waiting in line and they let two cars doing oil changed next to me go first. They were gone whill I was still waiting for all the techs to stop talking about personal stuff and realize they havent started on my car. No regards for customer service

Outrageously Expensive ended up costing $60.00 for an oil change. Filed a how was our service online survey with them asking for a call back. No one did so I called the manager. He didnt want to hear about it. Even when I told him I had a fleet of service vehicles that I was moving to some place cheaper. Young kid probably making minimum wage. Id advise not going there the place is dirty the waiting room is small.Anyways was not willing to give into possibly lowering my price to 1/2 which I can get nearly anywhere else. My fault actually shouldve asked what the price was before the drained the oil SOB.

Just came from there to get a Synthetic oil change because its cold out. Didnt know my oil cost $68 dollars. Everytime I buy it its $25 at most. Think they lost a customer.

Fast service and well trained. They may seem pushy but its because they know what theyre talking about. It is very expensive but if you want a cheap service you go somewhere where the people arent trained right and dont have a quality product. They dont make comission either so they have no reason to lie to you.

Absolutely awful experience. Came in for a quick oil change, got nothing but attitude.Yes, all autoplaces upsell but Ive never encountered anything as forceful as they were. The oil I needed should have been $45 at most (which was already overpriced) but the manager kept hounding me to get the $75 one. He ranted and yelled at the poor employee that was trying to help me and outright refused to let him change the oil unless I got the most expensive one. When I put my foot down he sent me packing and I took my money with me, since he clearly did not want it. I wish Id seen these reviews before I went there. My advice, save your money and go anywhere but here!

Terrible they ripped me off spent over $100.they were supposed to do an oil change my car knocks more now than it ever did.plus the mechanic took off my sticker that I had on my windshield from Dunn tire. Took it for himself for a free tier rotation I was like why are you taking it off.

We needed an oil change for our daughters car. The tech also upsold us an air filter. After all was done and my husband was driving home, a piece of plastic from either the air filter or the housing broke off and became wedged in the air intake valve. This made the car high idle at almost 8000 rpms the whole ride home. When he did arrive home, I called Valvoline and explained our situation. We asked if we could bring the car back, but felt it was unsafe to go all the way back to Cheektowaga (we live in Tonawanda). We asked if we could go to the location on Sheridan near Millersport. I then called that location and spoke with their manager, Brian. He didnt want us to even drive the car that far. He made arrangements for the manager from Harlem Road, Tony, and himself, to come to our house, to look at the car. Unheard of!!They came and looked at the car, and although they were not able to fix the situation at the time, I cannot say enough about this level of customer service. They are to be commended.
