This lab did a great job getting me in and out. Pamela was a pleasure to meet. She made me feel at ease. I barely felt the stick when she drew my blood. Thank you so much to all the lab technicians who work their tails off everyday providing critical health information to patients like me. Healthcare wouldnt be the same without people like Pamela.

The Labcorp located on Gunbarrel Road, Encompass Rd, and downtown inside of Erlanger make it a common practice to staff only one employee. My doctor’s office tried repeatedly to obtain my lab results but were unable to get the phone answered by Labcorp. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was told I needed to call Labcorp and ask them to fax my results. I called 8 times and the phone was never answered. My doctor appointment was cancelled due to not having my blood work. I went 7 days prior to my doctors appointment and was told by the Labcorp that was enough time to have results back to the doctor. I had to drive to Labcorp just to be able to speak to someone. I have waited for this dr appt and anxiously awaiting these results. It was a very frustrating and upsetting experience. I now have to wait another week to be seen by the dr. Labcorp has little value for the quality of service they provide to patients. In fact, since my appt was cancelled, Labcorp made a set back in my health care. I would never advise anyone to utilize Labcorp based on my experience. If your lab work is needed for a surgery or to see a dr I have no confidence in Labcorp to provide the results or answer the phone to assist the office.

Dont bother getting tested here if you are getting your results directly. They use an antiquated verification system that doesnt work and dont give you a number to call to try and fix it. They make you fax a request and then might call at their convenience. A very deficient system. Makes me question how good their testing is?
