THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DO DRUG TESTSI paid for parking after my school / TrueScreen sent me to Any LabCorp. They turned me away.

I waited in the main lobby for at least 30+ minutes after signing into the kiosk. There was no one at front desk to answer questions or anything. No one came to check on the patients at all while I was waiting either. So I ended up leaving. 2 hours after that, I received a text message saying that they were ready for me after I left and was at home. Needless to say, I didnt return for my lab work that day because I live almost 45 minutes away. They definitely take their time. Too much time

Inside the Erlanger Medical Building. Park in the visitors garage and from the foot bridge in the 1st floor, walk straight down and then turn left.The ladies working were all super friendly. They had me in and out in no time. Not to mention getting the blood drawn was quick and painless (I’ve had my fair share of bad pokes and disgruntled nurses)

Called the day before, called the day of, no one picks up. No one was at the desk. You just check in and wait on your own. Once called, turns out they dont even drug test. Still had to go to another location.

It takes an hour from the time you check in cause theres only 1 taking blood! Its so uncalled for!!!! Theres 30 waiting on 1 person!!!!!!! Why is everyone going to lunch at the same time!!!!???

They are good about getting you in and out of there pretty quick

Their phone number and google have the hours today, thursday, at 7:30 am, it is now 7:47 am and no one is here. Considering most people that do early morning labs have to fast, this is very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

OMGosh! Slowest lab work Ive EVER seen!! Try to go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else!!
