Very poor customer service. Scheduled a glass repair appraisal at my home between 2 and 4 pm today and no one showed. When I called office receptionist said a technician was unavailable and they would have to reschedule eight days from now. She said they knew about delay last week but for some reason did not call. So now Ive waited at home this afternoon and am back to square one finding a reliable glass company.

This place rocks! They have great staff and perform quality work at good prices.

Had an appointment for estimate on a cracked window April 16, 2021. 2 men came to do the estimate. I was told Wendy would call me in a few hours with an estimate. I have not heard from her. The main reason I would not hire this company, no matter what the estimate was, is the non professionalism and rudeness of the older man that came to measure the windows. I simply asked what size a window was and he replied angrily, they would not tell me this as this was a free estimate and they were not measuring to have someone else do the job. I stated I was wanting to know if the windows were all the same size, in case I had to replace all of them. I dont think someone else would use his measurements. His comment was completely inappropriate and rude. I decided at that moment I wanted nothing to do with this company.

I hired glass doctors to repair a cracked house window (rock thrown from lawn mower) and to fix a curio cabinet that had broken glass.Very reasonable price and looks great.

They arrived when they said they would, cleaned everything up, were very courteous and charged the price as quoted when complete. Very good service.

Theyre quick and super, super nice! They keep you updated in real time when theyre done installing, waiting for the glass to set, and when you can pick the truck up.Theyre less expensive than competitors, more friendly, and have better turn around times. This is 1000000% where you need go for glass work.. always...

The men called before coming and arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional. It seemed like only minutes and they were finished. I am very satisfied with their work. I got a good deal for the price

I called to get an quote which was quickly arranged. The estimator came a day or two later. That’s where the quickness ended. The estimator told me I would have a quote possibly by that afternoon. I didn’t receive one. I even called to ask about it last week, and I was told I would have the quote by the end of the day. It’s been over two weeks and I still don’t have a quote.

Pretty much middle of the road. Took them 6-7 visits over the course of 2+ months to replace two windows and some screens. Really inconvenient to need to leave work that many times for such a simple replacement, maybe they are more of an auto glass company then residential.

Pros:- I got my windshield replaced.Cons:- The final cost was around $50 more than the initial quote I received (that was after we discussed the first bill that was $100 more than the initial quote).- Once I got my truck back I realized it was coated in a layer of dust, dirt, and sweat stains. The truck had been washed the day before.- The interior (arm rests, center console, dash, etc) also had a new fine coat of sweat stains and grime. I know its hot right now, but maybe an attempt at cleaning would have been nice...- I also found a couple of new scratches by the antennae and on the drivers side windshield frame. Maybe those cost extra?I cant say with any certainty that my experience would have been any different with another vendor, but if I need any other glass work done in the future, Im going to give someone else a shot.

Great experience! We tried 5+ companies to get our work trucks window replaced and they were the only ones who could do it in under a week! They were so kind and worked with our schedule to find a day/time to get it fixed. Then the gentleman that came to replace the window was super personable. Thrilled to have been able to work with them.

Terrible Customer service, waited over a week to get back a quote with promises that I will be receiving it every single day. At one point I called four consecutive straight days and kept getting promises of a call and I never received one. Don’t know how this business will last long with very terrible customer service.

Terrible very unprofessional and the only girl that runs the show kept telling me she was out but answering like she was there, thanks for the help NOTT. Plus she had an attitude. Very upset with my experience.
