I give Auto Glass Now a strong 5 star review. I had two vehicles with cracked windshields, gave them a call and lined up an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately with my schedule, I had to delay getting one of the vehicles for another day. They were very accommodating despite my sporadic scheduling and had both vehicles done within an hour of drop off. They also were cheaper than anywhere else I had called by almost $150. Normally I tend to steer away from the most economical choice, but my experience was top notch. If you want it done well, affordable, and fast, then stop calling other places and come to Auto Glass Now. Thank you guys for the excellent service. Owner needs to start handing out raises.

If you need this type of work performed then Chip and Chris are the men to see. They had me in and out in under an hour and even went a step further. I woke up the day of my appointment (for windshield replacement) to a sunroof that had leaked all night long and it was still raining. I mentioned it to the shop owner Chris and after finishing with the windshield he took the time to check it out for me before i left. All it needed was a quick vacuuming and VOILA! I was good to go. He didnt have to do that but he did. These guys are great. Fast. Clean. Efficient. Quality. Highly recommend!

They were quick and professional but I did have to take my car back for them to vacuum the debris from the work they did.

Auto Glass now its a good place a lot better prices than most businesses who replace windshields they want it half the cost of what it would have cost me from say like Auto Glass they want it 409 I think it was before taxes Auto Glass now wanted 209 it was still have to cost it was like 238 and some change for the replacement of my windshield the ladies who work the front desk was very polite professional they said it takes about an hour to me it didnt feel like an hour it took probably less than an hour so thats a plus side I recommend to get my windshield done from them

I called and got a quote on Tues 4/20/21 and made an appointment for Saturday 4/24/21 for my Ford F-150. On my way to my appointment Sat. they called to confirm that I was keeping my appointment. I assured them I was and was on my way. When I arrived after I got checked in the receptionist went to the back and came and asked me if my back glass bolts in?? Thats an answer that i have no idea about!! After informing me that my back glass indeed bolts in they informed me that they couldnt install my back glass and id have to reschedule for Mon-Fri. When I asked why this wasnt explained to me earlier in the week when I made the appointment the lady said she had no idea that she didnt take the call!!! Then informed me they tried calling me Friday afternoon, but did NOT leave a voice mail as I was at work and NOT allowed to have my phone and also FAILED to mention when she called on my to my appointment!!! This is very unprofessional and I cant believe I had to drive 29 miles one way in the rain all for nothing!!! If I had read the reviews I would not have scheduled appointment with this company!!! Like a few of the reviews say...its only 20-30$ dollars more to go some where else with a more professional experience and company. REALLY consider your options before deciding to use this place!!!!!

Had great service here. However I have tape of some sort on the out of my windshield. Not really a big deal. Except no one told me what it was for. Or when I could take it off. Or even if I could take it off. I guessing on where it is, has something to do with weather sealing. So, please reach out to me. And let me know what’s going on. That’s my only issue with this place. Otherwise a 5 star for me. And will update to that. Once I know more. An edit to my comment. After a little thinking. I realized the tape on the outside of the windshield. To help protect it, until the sealant had dried all the way. So, I will be giving them an extra star.

The ladies at the front desk are so nice! I have used this company twice because of the great price and their ability to quickly replace my windshield on my lunch break.

Waited 2 hours to have my glass installed to find out someone picked up my glass for what ever reason and had to wait all weekend without it. Never went back on monday got it done elsewhere 75 $ cheaper

I had an appointment at 12, got there about an hour early and they said they’d try to get me in early. Surprised by the speed And professionalism. Had me out the door ready to go before 12. Beat any other competitor I called So I would definitely be coming back for all my replacement needs. 10/10 definitely recommending to anyone

I researched around 5 local businesses, for windshield repair / replace services. Auto Glass Now was by far the most reasonable. The CCR stayed in consistent communication with me, & was extremely flexible & helpful. Auto Glass Now got me in the next day, I had scheduled an appointment for 1pm, got there at 3pm, & they still got me in & out. A young lady (nose ring) checked me in - EXTREMELY friendly & helpful. A different lady checked me out - again, EXTREMELY friendly & helpful. Brainerd Rd. Chatt. TN! I would recommend this business to everyone in need of services they offer. Most affordable for sure, and the service was VERY quick. Buuut...had my back glass for about a month and was on my way to take my daughter to school when it just shattered out of no where! Busted all over my kids and everything like it was insane. I’ve never seen a back glass just explode like that. Anyways, they ended up putting it in wrong and did not want to replace it for me even though it was their mess up. All in all, don’t go here!

Maybe try not calling customers saying we have your glass and can get it installed at any time if its not true.Uodate: got a windshield and now one of my windows is magically whistling... loud so now I get to listen to that for 10.5 hours also I noticed they accessed the back of my car when I was getting my FRONT windshield replaced. Unacceptable they had no reason to be in the back of my car. Lastly, they claim to be a walking someone else who was there for literally 2 minutes got their car pulled in after I waited close to an hour if not more. So the lesson here save yourself a headache and go to safelite its only a $20-30 difference.

Paid $64 for them to fix my windshields small crack, they said they could, he told me if it was too deep then he’d have to replace it but he said it was small enough to just fill. They didn’t fix anything. The crack is still very visibly there. Wouldn’t recommend.

I went in today for a walk in appointment for my cracked windshield on my Toyota Corolla. Not kidding at all when I say I was in and out within 45 minutes. Not only were they cheaper than safelite, the quality is amazing. I am literally still speechless on how clear my new windshield is, it’s so clear I am definitely scheduling an eye appointment soon because after I got my car back I could see better than before and my mind is honestly blown away! Had my passenger window replaced. I have rain guards on my windows. Auto Glass Now would not reinstall rain guard because they did not take it off the window. They did not remove the window, but they installed a new window. They could have charged me for the install of the rain guard.

I showed up one hour early and they took me right away it took about 30 minutes . The people are really nice 😊😊

Worked with Acura to get me in on a one day window when passing through town. They came to acura and installed b4 acura do do the calibration. So far Ive had no problems with my new windshield.

Take cash or a debit card because there is a 4% upcharge for credit cards which is becoming pretty standard, not a complaint, just letting people be aware that cash or debit card is the way to go. Pleasant experience with Auto Glass Now Chattanooga. Not only were they less expensive than other options, they were able to install my windshield the same day that I called. I will definitely use again.

The staff was friendly and courteous as well as a very flexible schedule. The lack of cleanliness after the job was extremely poor. There were glass shards all over the inside of the vehicle, grease on headliner, and smears a over the windshield. The employees that performed the job cut our interior and molding around the windshield not to mention all the others mistakes. Do not use this service and if you do then make sure you have no damage!!

Terrible service got there at 830 after pre ordering my windshield was told at 930 it would be here at 1030. At 1130 i ask about they called some one to find out that my windshield had been there all morning. Manager didnt seem to care that they waisted half my day. No one wanted to own there mistake. Never again my advice pay a little more for a windshield take it to someone who cares

Wow is all I can say!
