The store was so helpful today. The employee audria was so kind and patient trying to help me return some Amazon items. I wish every interaction when out public was like that. Such a nice store and nice employee!

Went in with an Amazon return via QR code. They refused to ship it out with the original packaging and asked that I box up my packaged box (~$13) in order for them to ship it back to Amazon returns. I have never been asked to repackage my original package from Amazon. Seems like a money grab, especially with a $13 cardboard box. Would not recommend this store for Amazon returns.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and they are always friendly and quick. Today I called to ask about a service, and although they couldn’t provide it, Linda gave me an awesome recommendation for a place right down the road that could do what I needed. Excellent customer service!

Lost Items: Do Not Drop Amazon Returns HereI visited this store 2/11 and asked if they could take a USPS return to Amazon with a scan code. The young man said he could do that, scanned the item and set it aside. 3/14 I have not received credit for the item. I called this week and was told that ‘they receive calls like mine all the time; it’s the way Amazon processes it.’ No, it is not the way Amazon processes returns. This store is doing something -wrong-.I have returned items to Amazon using scan codes in Chattanooga at the USPS (two different sites), UPS (a different store), Whole Foods in North Shore ( several times), and Kohl’s out off Gun Barrel. I have returned items to Amazon using the scan codes in Indianapolis at USPS and UPS. On every other occasion, I received credit within 24 hours. A month has passed. This UPS has lost my items and god knows how many others. Avoid this UPS. I don’t know what the problem is, but there is a glitch in their system and I am out about $50.Update 7/14: Never received credit for Amazon package dropped at this store.

The past two times Ive stopped here, I had problems with a guy named Josh both times. The first time, he wouldnt scan my code on my phone, and forced me to pay for a label. The second time, he wanted to scan my label, and he couldnt get it to scan. He said he couldnt ship it, and I would need a new label. The next day, I took the same package with the same label to CVS on Signal Mountain. The young lady manually entered in the number and accepted the package. Package shipped in a couple of minutes. The guy named Josh at the UPS store is just lazy and not very customer friendly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Visited this store for an Amazon return. I had already paid UPS for the shipment back to Amazon. They wanted to charge me to print the shipping label. Do yourself a favor and ship FedEx

Everyone is super helpful. I have a po box there and have almost daily packages shipped to that address. It is usually busy but thats because they do a good job and have a convenient location.

I visited this location recently and the customer service was excellent! Lets just say my knowledge of creating marketing material was laughable. All of the million questions and concerns I had were met with a friendly and helpful response. Linda, the manager, and her son were instrumental in guiding me through the process. Much appreciated!

Thank you!!! Super great staff!! No questions ask but scan and stick. Unlike the east ridge location where they turn people away! Same box just got shipped at this location that was turned away at the east ridge location. Thank you again! All locations should be the same And not trying to up-sell more filler just to open the box and then try to sell you tape that they just ripped off. Again thank you for the stress free experience that you have provided!

Darlene is highly competent and deserves a raise, she assists two to three customers to the other clerks one, we keep using this store because of Darlene, she makes usually mundane shipping a quick and easy pleasure. Keep her - she is great !

I desperately needed a package that arrived in my hometown in Texas after we made it to our vacation cabin in Alta Mont. The cabin was in between this location and another, so I called both UPS stores before forwarding. The staff at this location were very nice & helpful on the phone so I chose this one. When package arrived the staff put it aside for me so it was ready and waiting when I arrived. And as no fee came to them - they couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks Chattanooga team!

Drew is the best and deserves a raise. The online printing site wasnt responding, I had an hour to print some documents for my client, and he pulled off the exact specifications I had for a print job with only my frantic instructions over the phone and the pdf I emailed him. AND he helped me keep my costs down. Good on ya, Drew.

They have been managing all my mail for my company for almost 4 months now and they have been great. Always easy to get someone on the phone and I feel like they make it a point to make sure I get whatever I need. They have really taken a big burden off my business as I am always traveling seeing customers. The perfect place to go for help with the little things for small business.

Angry old woman wouldnt notarize a few documents I needed because I had a temporary license absolutely screwing me over, I had a flight in a few days to go to an appointment where I needed the documents. Good thing I went to a different UPS store and guess what it was no problem at all, grumpy old woman just wanted to ruin someones day very unprofessional.

The clerks must work on commission. I tried to return some tires that I bought on Amazon, and the clerk tried to sell me an $18 box to put them in. After I told him I knew they just put shipping labels directly on the tires he threw my paperwork down and grumbled something inaudible. He then printed me my receipt and handed it to me without a word. I floored by his rudeness and arrogant nature. Had I had more time I would have said something to a manager. Also sucks that theyre closed on Sunday.

Their printers dont take a flash drive or have access to email or any type of cloud storage so you have to use their computer if you want to print anything which they charge a $3 access fee for. Then they charge a printing fee as well.

Super inconsistent with pricing, and they literally charge for so many things that other UPS stores do not. They charged for a dollar for like 5 packing peanuts. And printing one slip of paper. Even though they’ve never done this the past 15-20 times I’ve used them. Also very slow.

Only concern is the feeling of being upsold to double boxing instead of only the original laptop manufacturers shipping box. The employees claimed that UPS insurance would probably not cover shipping damage with only the manufacterers box.
