Held my truck up at a delivery site for over 12 hours with no help. Reason we were late was due to shipper loading too long. Broker basically did nothing to help he was Waiting on the customer For 12hours?? After we delivered this load, he blocked my number, wont answer my emails, when calling the company line I give them my load # and they then hang up the line. Never working with them again. I rather dead head 100 miles that deal with Lucas again. Be careful, book at your own risk.

Awesome Broker, the CEO Steven, manager Zack. And Mark stack have been beyond helpful. They have been fantastic, they truly care about the drivers that haul and do a good job for them. I have been working with Lipsey Logistics for over 6 months now and have had a great experience since the very beginning. we enlisted on a power only drop and hook project and have had no issues with them. The rates they provide are above the normal market and enough to cover any hick-ups like when we would have to wait for a trailer to be made available for us to take. Our Broker David V. has and always been a great help, great with communication and clear with his expectations and the kind of service he expected from us as a carrier. There were some honest mistakes from us but after talking things out with David we were able to move forward and get to understand his expectations more clearly and were able to provide him and his team with excellent service. His tracking team is always great with communication and easy to get a hold of if anything goes array and they are very quick to finding a solution towards any issue. In terms of payment, as long as all paperwork and their requirements for payment are made, it is quick and easy to be paid whether is either their normal 30 day payment or quick pay. if there are any questions on payment their accounts payable is also easy to get in contact with and get a detailed response on payment updates. Even after having a very hard year in terms of the trucking industry as a whole, Lipsey has been amazing in helping our company not only grow but also have a consistent flow of freight to keep us in business even with the current circumstances of the pandemic. if you are a carrier and need a great broker for freight, Lipsey logistics is a great place to look for your freight needs. Of course nothing in life is perfect, especially the trucking business but Lipsey Logistics will definitely work with you to find a medium to meet your needs as well as for them to satisfy their customers. Nobody care about detantion... 9 hours o tatal detention, the broker(Christopher Harris) who i booked the load is saying he is on vacation, i booked the load whith hem on Wednesday and on friday when i asked about my detantion hes on vacation, and 2 weeks later still in vacation, Lipsey Logistics is a mob....

Very unprofessional.We booked a load going to TX and after few minutes they called us and told us that they sold it to to someone else for $ 300 less.What a great way to do business.Cheap carriers will give you cheap services but obviously they dont care.

Absolute joke. Someone snagged load hour before we came in. I called in requesting info, new pick up number, or at least an honest response as to whats going on. Received none of those. Didnt even give common courtesy to give a call back to say they screwed up. If you want 0 communication, to be lied to, and to have a load continually reposted on DAT board fishing for a cheaper truck then youd be okay to do business with this company.

These people are horrible communicators, trying to get in touch with them is like pulling TEETH. Never AGAIN!!!

Ive been a driver going on 3 months and so far there have been no issues. I get good miles and get home when I ask. They always have runs and miles. Working with Ricky, Eddy and Joey has been a good experience. Definitely suggest this company if there is a driver seeking a job.

Theres a reason why there are so many low ratings on here. The company is very unprofessional because of their womanizer Present. They are behind paying and are poorly managed. They dont have a clue how to deal with employees and will let you go just because they dont like you. If you are a pretty woman you are safe as the womanizer loves his women.

Never trust these brokers!One time they stole our trailer, used it for their load without letting us know.One time we booked a load, it was late pickup, we told them to make sure they dont cover it with someone else that can pickup earlier and of course they did, once we got there load was gone. Had to call them 25 times and still wasnt able to get anyone on the phone. Their afterhours ether doesnt exist or doesnt work at all. If you want to be treated fairly get a load with a different broker!

My truck was 8 hours at pick up, i couldnt get no one on phone to check what is going on, now three weeks already they are refusing to pay detention!!!

Dont book with these people. They will lie to get the freight moved. The refused us layover and detention on a load that we did everything right on and cost us two days sitting on my truck. Sean in dispatch is a liar and the whole company in my opinon sucks. Wish there was a button for negative stars cause that is what they would get.

Is there an option to give them a negative star? My first experience booking a load with them was bad. Load was double booked with another carrier and my driver happened to be the second truck that showed up to the shipper. Suffice it to say, we didnt get a dime for the whole ordeal. They claimed it wasnt their fault which I highly doubt. Decided to give them a second chance a few weeks later. Booked a load on Friday afternoon, waited around for the rate confirmation to come through, it never did. I called them multiple times, no response. Never heard back from them, no follow up or anything. Driver wound up having to lay over the whole weekend. They are filtered out on my DAT searches.

And here I always thought Blue Grace 3pl were the worst manipulating load brokers out here. I guess Lipsey has them beat..

Never trust them specially for quaid I book load with him and they never give me answer and block my trailer 11 days and gave me only 450 also never picking up my phone and very unresponsile

This company is the really bad company!From my experience avoid taking loads with them!They are not professional, rude, and not paying detention and layover by the rules of trucking!When you drop the trailer 24-36 hours if it is more hours they will not pay full detention or layover!I got for 6 hours and 22 minutes only $50 and lost all day long beside the agreement!Dont book loads with drop trailers at all!

This company screwing up every body around. dont even try to do business with this company . if you thinking yes - you have to show up in their office they not picking up phone calls drooping your phone calls, they give their cell phone # but after you screwed they blocking all phone # from you calling to. This company is doodoo. My driver showed up to the delivery 10 minutes late and they kept him there for 5 hours and they did not pay us detention since we were late. Very unprofessional company who was ducking my calls and would not let me speak to an account manager because they knew I wanted to give them a piece of my mind.

Will keebler and stephanie at lipsey are great people to work with i have not had any problems with them allways done what they told me they were gonna do.

I was in the middle of getting information on a load that this gentleman CALLED ME WITH. Just after asking the man to clarify a few words, due to bad reception, i was hung up on. Not only was I interestedin taking the load, i was more than capable of doing the load because of the position of my truck being in Florence, SC 35 miles away.I would be very weary of who you deal with at this company, it is obviously run by inadequate, inept and rude people, judging by the way i was treated on the first phone call ever from these people.Will not suggest to anyone, unless it is to advise that they steer clear of this company.

I have worked with several brokers over at Lipsey Logistics, Callum Sears, Will Cathey, Doug Hayes, and Most recently with Greg Lehr . Loads are for the most part simple, there are some issues as you would expect when you work in this business. We have not seen eye to eye on everything but we have been able to fix any issues we have had.

I just have to say one thing about Lipsey Logistics... They dont have a clue what that word even means! My account was handled by a Mr. Micheal Knaby, and let me tell you that unless you dont want any of your products on time or handled in a timely manner then by all means let him be your guide down a path of disaster. By far the worst experience Ive ever had as a business owner when trying to have my products processed not only did they not show up on time but they were delivered to the wrong company. Found Lipsey after working with a sister company of theirs. Very impressed with the communication, speed, and service provided.

A one star is actually a compliment to this company. They are rude, language was filthy. They booked us on a load and put a delivery date / time that was not correct. We didnt find out till they dispatched our driver 77 miles to the pick up. We called the receiver to verify the delivery time when they opened and found out the broker lied about the set appointment. The receiver did not have any delivery times left for the next day which was Friday, her next appointment was for Monday. We called Lipsey Logistics to let them know the load would not work for us due to it could not deliver till Monday. We ask for a Truck Order Not Used and the broker Lipsey Logostics refuse to pay us. They was very rude and I would highly ***NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY** Trashy--

Nicholas Xoinis denied detention because we did not accept mp, which is not true. The broker did not send us the rate con until we accepted the MP. We kept giving them updates for the load, they did not respond for 2 weeks and finally they said the detention is denied. Some brokers will make up BS to deny detention. we waited 8 hours at the delivery!

This broker never provide correct information of load. All the time they lied about weight, pick time, delivery time, detentions and layovers.In every 2nd load of this broker we face issues of timings etc etcThey never pay for detention and layover and if you call them they will hung up or put you on long hold.BE CAREFULL WHILE BOOKING LOADS WITH THEM.

Booked a load and was told by broker its a drop trailer UP TO 24 hrs from the time driver gets there...trailer was kept for 44 hrs, broker wouldnt answer the phone after the fact..i wish i read these reviews before booking.
