First, our toddler removed his diaper and smeared dark diarrhea all over his carpet. Keith and Darlene arranged to come AFTER HOURS to make our son’s room healthy for him to sleep in his own crib that night. Darlene was even able to get up 98% of the dark stains on the carpet. We have a very large oriental rug and pets. We had the rug cleaned little over a year ago by the premier rug cleaning place here in town and spent TWICE as much as we did with Xtrax— and it still smelled. David and David both did a phenomenal job on my carpet! They were quick, efficient, and professional! My carpet was in rough shape from 2 kids, a husband who tracks in grease/ oil from his job, and a cat. They brought it back to life! The guy was on time, and he called me beforehand to say he was on his way (which I appreciate). He did a wonderful job on my terrible carpet and also cleaned my beautiful hand-woven area rugs. He moved the big stuff and put it back. And bcs of the way they do it, the carpet wasn’t wet, and I didn’t have to wait for anything to dry. Will definitely call them again!

They did an excellent job restoring our carpets despite the age and wear. Very nice not to have soggy carpets and be able to re enter a room after they finish up. Employees were helpful and friendly, will use them again in the future.

Fifteen years on no professional cleaning on our two carpets. Our attempts were not great, so we called Xtrax Dry. I was impressed. They did a great job, very efficient, and we did not have to wait for the carpets to dry. I think Ill get them back before another 15 years.

After a free demonstration on years-old stains (treated several times before) on the carpet of our condominium common areas, we decided to enter into a maintenance contract with Xtrax. They are off to a good start for the first two months and have even made additional trips out to treat new stains in-between the regular service dates. Their dry clean method is much more effective on stains and the residents do not have to worry about dry time. Their rates are reasonable as well.

First time using this type and this company for carpet cleaning. After online research, this company and another in Nashville are the only two in Tennessee that provide this environmentally, pet, and family-friendly type of cleaning.Have 3 cats with sensitive stomachs so this service was put to the test! It still uses a little water but is very dry by the time they are done. I was very impressed at how well it does clean and leaves a light and fresh smell. Ive used traditional cleaning with the hoses and had hose marks on the corners of my walls. Ive also tried the dry chemical cleaning, which seemed to still be damp for hours. Both of these types always seemed to get the carpet dirtier faster after it was done. The cleaning took hours but has been fantastic! I will never use another type again!
