It’s real funny to read some other reviews for carpet cleaners in Chattanooga and see negative reviews ONLY for this company. They have really bailed me out of some issues and always work hard to show up when scheduled and always do a quality job. I have used other “highly rated” cleaners in Chattanooga and they are a joke compared to Affordable. If you use someone else, that’s completely on you!! This is the best hands down and I have used multiple other companies in Chattanooga

John and the whole Affordable Carpet Care team are amazing to work with! They are professional, friendly and do an amazing job! They can clean anything! They even did my couch and made it look brand new!! Highly recommend!!!

Cant say much about their service but their driver about ran me off the road not once but twice today on my way home. Definitely wont be using their service with their reckless driving.

The tech was over 2hrs late and did a rushed/substandard job after getting here!(I feel like somebody robbed me!!)This isnt the 1st time I had to contact them to find out if they were even going to keep the appointment. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to get the customer service and product you deserve.

In and out in under an hr. Apt smells great. Wish I had known about them sooner; a clean carpet makes whatever you own look better. Cant wait to get my Christmas decorations up this year.
