Worst service ever. They did not clean or follow their checklist of items that they guarantee to clean. All they did was mop the floors and vacuum, even though they were hired to clean the entire house professionally. Dust and dirt left everywhere. Couldn’t tell that the bathrooms or kitchen was even touched. Glitter in drawers, dust and dirt covered blinds, windows, chair rails etc.Manager refuses to reschedule another cleaning, return calls, or refund us so that we can hire another company.Avoid this place at all costs or good luck getting a response from them or a re-cleaning. They should just close down!We tried our best to work with them to get re-scheduled. They would only schedule and then cancel or never show up (without calling us to tell us they are canceling). This happened numerous times.Shawn/Sean is the Manager…..good luck getting him on the phone. He made us a lot of promises to get us re-cleaned for MONTHS…and still nothing. Almost $600 paid and we have plenty of photos to show what they consider “clean”….perfect proof that they did not follow their checklist nor did they even bother cleaning any portions of the house beyond maybe vacuuming and a quick mop, fyi the floors were still dirty.Update 7/14/21 - Sean, We have TRIED calling you. You won’t call us back and reschedule. After 3 months, you still have not shown up to correct this issue. We have posted a complaint with the BBB and the city. Your voice mail is full and we left many messages with your “call center” for months. You can reach me via phone…..trying answering it.

BEWARE—My wife and I used this service because she received a promotional deal for a 4 hour cleaning at a lucrative price. Not only was the cleaning itself subpar, but they billed us nearly DOUBLE the amount they were supposed to and have refused to return a single phone call to discuss the billing error. We are now on week three of trying to get our money back and these criminals still have not gotten back to us. The only time we have even spoken with anyone, we had to pretend we wanted to book another cleaning. That person agreed we were incorrectly charged but never followed through with a call back.This company has horrible customer service and feels like a bait and switch that cost us hundreds of dollars. I would absolutely not recommend MaidPro under any circumstances—they are unprofessional, unresponsive, and will take your money. If I could give them negative stars I would.

THIS COMPANY STEALS FROM YOU. Please, take it from my mistake and do not hire this company. They quoted us for a deep clean, came and missed the entire downstairs of our home. We tried to call, text, email and explain the situation. The CEO even told us we would hear back from him. He now forwards our calls and is keeping our money. This is roughly $100 in cleaning services we paid for that they skipped over. How is that right? How can you operate a business like this? I will happily change my opinion of this company if they do what is right and call me back and clean what I paid to be cleaned. Its outrageous to operate in this fashion.

I was so pleased with the service and attention to detail I received today. I have had a lot of renovations in my home recently and needed a deep cleaning. And it was top notch - care and consideration was given in every aspect of cleaning my home! It has been a stress-free process from beginning to end and I will definitely be using MaidPro regularly.I also like the inspection sheet they leave behind detailing all the work that was done. My most recent experience with MaidPro was absolutely great! My home was thoroughly cleaned from the squeaky clean bathrooms to the shining hardwood flooring. The products used didnt leave an overbearing scent but just a very light scent of cleanliness. I will use MaidPro again and again!

Weve been using MaidPro for over a year, and have consistently have excellent results. The management team is responsive and flexible, the team members have been friendly, attentive, and open to feedback. Communication is never an issue. The very few times that Ive had a concern about a detail of a clean, the team has been back in less than 24 hours to fix the issue. No sighing or irritation about it, either. Im comfortable leaving my house key with them as well, so they can clean when Im not here to let them in. (The best thing on earth is coming back from vacation to a cleaned house)

I was so disappointed. They didn’t clean half of the things on the list. Charged me for full time (even though they finished 1 hr early). I messaged the manager immediately, he didn’t even apologize just asked when I was available for a “reclean”. The “reclean” was a joke, she didn’t even stay half an hour and nothing was cleaned the way it should be. Also- the manager never contacted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the “reclean”. I’m sorry, but if I’m spending over $300 for a clean house, it should be clean when I walk through the door. I absolutely will never use this company again and I definitely will be telling everyone I know to avoid them.

I have used a couple of other cleaners in town and never booked them again because I felt the service we received was not worth the price they charged. Editing as Maidpro decided to give me an automated response without asking for any further details:We needed a deep cleaning of our home before posting it for sale so we chose this service as it had good ratings. They sent 2 women to clean, 1 of which was an illegal immigrant who was on her phone more often than cleaning & ended up stealing my fiancée’s medication. We learned that when you make a police report on an illegal they aren’t able to give you any information on the person either so they easily get away with crime.It’s very unfortunate because the other lady was great but it’s inexcusable to pay $40 per cleaner per hour to have an illegal whom has had multiple reports of poor service sent into our home to steal from us.Maidpro, the service would be under either Matthew Wilson or Martha Brown. I can also give you the address to her home in a private conversation & i have the printed police report on hand.

Not a happy ending here. Cleaning lady used a Scotch Brite pad on the stainless steel microwave door.....scratched it all up. Mgr agreed to fix issue but once total cost to replace the door and control panel was over $180.00 they refused to re-imburse me...but did agree to give me discounts on future cleaning - not going to happen.Well, I am out the $180.00 and my time for replacing the damaged door on the unit.Will NOT ever do business with these folks....and advise you not to either.
