The gentlemen that helped me was very thorough and helpful. Apparently when I had gotten my oil changed the precious time at another establishment, they stripped the oil plug. The gentlemen at Pennzoil worked through the issue to replace it instead of turning me away. I will definitely be back and specifically ask for him. He dont remember his name but he drives in from Lynchburg. Highly recommended.
