Great experience here. Took my car to a closer mechanic, they told me I needed a fix desperately. Took it to Troys for a second opinion, they told me both that I didnt need that fix for at least another few months and that they would charge me about $400 less than the other guys. Fast and professional. Only taking my car here from now on.

My experience with this garage is a Godsend. They are so well put together as a property that it is no wonder the business deserves respect.

I cannot begin to describe how Happy I was with the service here. Prices were unbeatable, best way I can describe the quality is they worked on my vehicle as if they were going to be putting their own child in the back seat. The staff is extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. I had had about 252 of them haha. I would absolutely recommend Troys Auto and Diesel, and I will not be taking my own vehicle anywhere else.

I had an appointment for my car inspection. Within a couple of minutes after arriving, my car was driven into one of the bays. My car was ready in a timely fashion. Office staff was superb! I will be using their services in the future and advise others to check them out.

This shop is new to me. But I drive away with the feeling that this could be a long term answer to good car service for the future. Pleasant people. Clean, organized shop and office. Days away from leaving for a planned trip, Murphys Law strikes mid afternoon. An engine light comes on the dash with a note that something is wrong with the DEF system. I drop by the shop and Troy has it wired up for surgery within 5 minutes diagnosing the problem. Can you leave it? I say, absolutely. The next day I get a call. Done, come and get it. Im impressed. I brought Troy a car Monday after the Christmas holiday, without an appointment, with an issue that another repair station said would cost over $3000 to repair. Troy immediately took my car, ran some tests on it, and determined the issue.....with the result being a $0 fix !!! He was clear in his explanation, and so polite, honest, and professional that I will bring my business only to him from now on. Finding someone like Troy makes me feel very fortunate. In April, 2019, I had my 2012 Toyota Highlander in here for some routine maintenance work (listed by Toyota for the 60,000 mile check up). I also had to have wiring added to the existing tow wiring - to accommodate towing a camper with an electric brake system. Not only was the work done quickly, but also correctly. I pulled the camper back from Texas without incident. The people that work there are not only skilled, but also personable. This was my first experience with them. Based on this, I would highly recommend them.

The transmission in my 2008 Avalanche has been slipping but there have been no trouble codes from the OBC. I took it to Troys to have the transmission pan dropped to see if there were indications of metal shavings. He had the truck up on the hoist before the scheduled time and the work completed ahead of time. He took the time to talk to me about what he found and the short and long term implications.The cost was less than quoted because while waiting for the work to be done, I noticed he gives a 10% discount to military and first responders. ThanksAlso, his shop is kept meticulously clean. I saw no sign of oil or dirt anyplace. The office area and rest rooms were spotless.I would recommend Troys Auto and Diesel to anyone. Bob Canar

Shop is conveniently located, veey responsive, and knowledgable. The owner of the shop will actually take the time to talk to you and explain what is going on, and the front staff is extremely respectful. They were able to fix a problem for me that would have cost 6x what i was charged at the shop if i had taken to a dealer. Highly recommend.
