Amazing! I had just left my house on a road trip and driven by Ace when half of my malfunction lights turned on. I panicked, pulled over and called the dealership. They said they’d charge $130 to run diagnostics. I didn’t want to take the risk of driving further, and having remembered that I had just passed Ace, decided to visit them instead. I am sooooo thankful I did. Jay and Nick could see that I was upset and reassured me that they’d check out my car immediately… and they did. They ran diagnostics, checked fluids, and found that my car battery ground had come loose. They adjusted it, and lights turned off. They then drove me car to make sure it was ok. It was. They said they were happy to help and that I was ready to go. I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t accept any payment! The service was quick, thorough and the team could not have been more professional and kind. They took the time to explain every detail. Needless to say, they’ve got a permanent customer! I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you, Ace! You saved the day! I can’t thank you enough!

Called Ace Auto Center Express the other day to inquire about getting an oil and filter change. Spoke to Robert and was informed that they were full up but they would fit me in. Requested work was completed in record time and they went above and beyond by checking other things that I had not even considered. Highly recommend this shop. Great work at a fair price.

I came in to get my oil changed and was greeted by friendly, professional staff who helped me right away. Robert got me checked in and after my car was worked on, he let me know what additional repairs my car would need in the near future. At no point did he pressure me into making any quick decisions while explaining what my car needed. I will definitely be using them in the future!

They change my oil last week and now my car is leaking oil. I called and told them what my issue was the only thing they told me we are having technical difficulties., i cant help you with this call back later.I call back 5mins later. They told me the office is close and sombody will get back with you soon.i ask how soon couldnt give me a definite answer.

By far one of the most unprofessional businesses Ive had to deal with. They completely forgot to pick up my car for interior & exterior detailing, and didnt have the decency to call me. I had to call them, and all they could give me was that two people had called in sick and they must have forgotten. The woman I spoke to asked if I wanted to re-schedule, to which I said no. They had wasted enough of my time already. In addition to forgetting my appointment they still charged me for a service I never received. Now I will have to waste more time on this lame excuse of a business to get a refund, or report fraudulent charges to my credit card company. Stay away from this place!

My brakes have been squeaking since I got the car over 3 years ago and to find out my rotors were deformed causing the squeaking issues. I’m so glad they got them replaced for me and the price was so affordable! I have been quoted doubled the price everywhere else, they are a great place to go. I highly recommend them!

I had a simple problem that I wanted to remedy and wanted to give Ace a try since theyre located next door to where I work in their latest location. I wanted to replace the spare tire on my Tundra and delivered the tire and spare to Robert. The staff was super friendly and I was able to learn more about the services they provide. We use ACE Auto Center Express for all of our regular auto maintenance needs. They keep our oil change on track, provide us with new tires as needed and conduct regular vehicle inspections to make sure our fleet is in exceptional operating condition. ACE also conducts all of our vehicle washing and auto detailing. Their car wash and auto detail team is superb and always have our fleet looking pristine. It is great to have a one stop shop for all of our fleet vehicle needs. Need new brakes, done! Cracked windshield, repaired in a flash. Check engine light comes on, they diagnose remotely. Love the ACE team and all of their mechanics. Super convenient auto garage location also at the old Edgecombs garage, near Wegmans and Mill Creek. Our team is thankful for ACE!

They do great service in a timely manner. My cars alternator died and I had to be towed to them. They repaired my alternator within hours of it being towed. They were kind and considerate of my time and money. Definitely recommend!

I took my friends car into ACE and had a full car one over. They checked the AC, changed the oil, did a tire replacement and wheel alignment etc. My friend says their car is running like brand new and were really happy with the job that ACE did on their car repair. They also did a full auto detail which made the car look like new also. Love working with the car care team at ACE! Great local business, cant wait to go back.

The auto repair team at ACE is great to work with. Love that they are small locally owned family business. Everytime they change my oil they also check my tires and fluids, and make sure my car is running smoothly. ACE is the only garage where I am taking my car and I trust their mechanics!!!

Had a rattle from a loose heat shield and the mechanic (Nick I think) fixed it for me in less than 20 minutes and I had to ASK to pay him so I’ll be back for all further issues and service.

Solid local company. It’s a lot easier on the brain and wallet then taking it to Mercedes or Lexus knowing I would be walking out with 1k bill every time. Most importantly I leave knowing I can trust the work that was done and supporting a local business at the same time. Thanks for another positive experience.

I took my car to Ace Car Care Center to have the car washed, waxed and the interior cleaned, and Im so glad I did! As a courtesy I was given a ride home while the work was being done and then picked up when the car was ready, which was a big convenience for me. They did a top-notch, meticulous job on the car. Gracious people and great service.

Stay away. They just inflated labor to replace a starter for my 22 year old daughter. They took advantage of a young female with out of state plates. My mechanic in the northeast said it should have cost $250 less than they charged. Her first visit was good but not this time. We will not go back.

Today my husband visited Ace Car Care Center for the first time. He had an oil and filter change and fluids checked. He was very impressed with the professional and courteous service he received. Everything was clean and organized. He would highly recommend this car care center for your auto needs.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online for an oil change. When I got to Ace, they were ready for my car. Personnel were friendly and quite efficient. The oil change was completed in a very timely fashion and all of the cars fluids were topped off! I definitely recommend using their services and I will be back.

I took my car there recently for a couple of repairs (replace sun visor and reconnect loose engine shield). They were prompt; they did excellent work; they were quick; and they bettered the initial quote because it took less time to complete than they had allowed. A real pleasure to do business with them. Great detail shop! While we were away for Thanksgiving, someone spray painted our daughters car with some obscene phrases! I called from Florida and they picked the car up, detailed it, and returned it within 4 hours and they were located 30 miles away! Unbelievable service, they also detailed the wheels and tires for free! They have found a life long customer!

I am absolutely blown away by the service here at Ace Car Care Center. I was greeted warmly, seated in the waiting room, and offered a bottle of water! They quickly moved on to my car wash and the results were fantastic. Crystal clear windows, silky smooth seats, and dazzling headlights!I couldn’t be more happy I drove in from the University, it’s just a hop and a skip away and some of the best car service I’ve received in Charlottesville.

Let me tell you- ACE Car Care was FANTASTIC! The service was incredibly fast, yet they were meticulous in making my car look brand new! I just had a quick wash service but after taking a look at some of the other services and their extremely reasonable prices I will definitely be making plans to take my car back in! HOLY MOLY! These dudes were so nice and cool! They helped me in a flash and I had no issues. I’m not a big fan of automatic car washes, they never clean my car well enough, but this place is awesome! Super glad my friend recommended this place to me and will definitely be coming back!!!

ACE is the BEST in Cville, they are quick and efficient - my car is constantly dusty from our gravel driveway and is a dog hair dumping ground from my 2 Pyrenees & Newfoundland - which is sometimes very time consuming to get all of it up. I went in for a “quick wash” but after checking out their pricing I upgraded to a full detail && my car looks brand new! No dust, no dog hair!Incredible!
