I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE I PAID 200 to get my car tinted and now I have to pay 160 to take it off and fix all my seals because this dude broke them all and he blocked me and doesn’t want to come face to face he’s a fraud and a low life dude. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I saw tint plug off IG and brought me and my dads car to him . He was very personable and professional. I was watching his work for a while before I hit him up and he did not disappoint with our cars . It’s really true when they say you cant get better than my dude!

Terrence Dorsey cut 3 of the 4 window seals as he was fitting my tint. It cost me 186.00 to replace them with USED parts. I paid Terrence 340 dollars to remove and re tint my windows. I asked that he refund the amount of the parts. I replaced myself to save labor. He refused and said he didnt do it. I had to return twice because he left glue under the new tint. There is still glue under my driver door tint. I spent over 12 combined hours waiting on this guy to do the work. The texts and pictures dont lie. He tried to blame it on me.Just to clarify, He did not cut them the first time. He cut them the second time and it would not be seen until inspected closely. Whether or not it appeared cut to others is irrelevant. They were cut. I did file a dispute and the dispute was denied because I used cashapp. Cashapp does NOT have any buyer protection whatsoever. Terrence did NOT offer a refund in any manner.And the fact I had to come back a second time to begin with should speak volumes.See more bad reviews from others on the BBB website.So where is the 100 percent guarantee? I didnt ask for all my money back. Just the amount that you cost me to replace the seals.

I’ve taken 2 cars to tint plug and they both were flawless . I recommend him to whoever I know. It really doesn’t get better than this tint company in Charlotte.

He broke my window seal doesn’t want to own up to it and his tint has bubbles and scratches everywhere I have to pay now to get my car not tinted. I have proof of everything no receipt was given and no refund either I have everything to show he’s a liar. He laughs too because he knows nothing going to happen. Just watch out for this very unprofessional person.
