The ask was that I drop it off when I left on the trip, and that it was done when I got back.The team was easy to work with, understood what I needed, and did an amazing job. When I returned the STi was better than the day I picked it up at the dealer new. I was so impressed that when I picked up my new Focus RS, the first thing I did was drive it right over to them and schedule the same treatment for it.Bottom line: My car is my baby. Eddie and his team installed paint protection film and tinted the windows on my 2018 Tesla Model S when I bought it new. Excellent job on the front end and even better after-care! Fast forward to 2021, when someone scuffed my car and transferred about 2 sq. ft. of brown/tan paint on my black bumper, I thought I’d need a $2k bumper replacement. On the off-chance he could help, I went back to Eddie after three years and he was able to completely remove the paint-scarred old film and install new. My car looks perfect, and at a fraction of the cost Tesla would have charged. He even detailed my car while it was in! Highly recommended, without hesitation!

Exclusive Detail did an amazing job on applying a nearly whole car PPF wrap (full front, and sides) and NC legal tint film to the windows and rear glass on my new car. I can hardly tell where the PPF lines are unless I bring out a magnifying glass. All edges can be fully wrapped around - are fully wrapped around. They also re-applied the stock/factory PPF on top of the xpel PPF on my flared rear wheel arches for additional protection where its really needed. These folks were a pleasure to work with and they cared about your vehicle as much as you do. The car looked amazing after I picked it up, I was shocked. It looked better than new.You *need* to simply visit them with your car for an accurate quote - you need to hold an in-person discussion on your goals and desires so they can properly estimate how much work needs to be done (Do some spots need paint correction, do you really want PPF on certain panels, etc.).It was difficult to pick out a time and understand their schedule until I was able to visit and discuss in person. An online quote is not very useful for PPF because you will be comparing apples to oranges with other installers anyway. Remember that these services are an art form, and a quality install takes time and experience. If this is what you want, exclusive detail certainly delivered it to me! People that know, know, and as a result their schedule was a little busy for me at the time - but this is the trade-off for the quality I was after.I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Brian and his staff have been wonderful. He arranged to have my new car picked up at the dealership and brought to his shop. I had him do a full frontal PPF and total car ceramic coating. He also tinted all the windows. He was kind enough to deliver the car to my home when the job was completed. The job they did was flawless. Within a week my PPF got a small tear from a flying rock on I-77. Brian replaced the film at no charge. I feel the they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend.

I called just to ask for a quote on a simple ceramic coating to submit to insurance and was told they had no time to do so for a couple weeks. I was told they had no administrative staff and would have to schedule an in person appointment to get a simple quote and that would take 2-3 weeks!? I just wanted a quick email quote to submit and then I would be happy to come back 2-3 weeks from now to have it applied! Business must be really, really good....customer service - not so great.

I bought a new 2016 car in another state, not realizing the tint on the car was after market. So I had to find someone to strip out the tint of a brand new car. Brian spoke with me on the phone and was more concerned about satisfaction than making the sale. Ironically, that sold me. He directed me to the dealer who refused to guarantee the defroster if the tint they put on was removed. Back to Brian who did an incredible job removing it and cleaning up the windows. To add a bonus, the lady working the front office was extremely welcoming and understanding with a good sense of humor. The short story is that I went to another shop (that was informally recommended by Tesla rep) and they tried twice to install a paint protection film with a poor installation. They embarrassingly sent us to Exclusive Detail. The workmanship was superb as Brian takes great pride in his work. That and the excellent customer service combine for a great experience. We had the self healing clear coat service & very impressed with the shine. Having a black car, we had some scratches from the car wash. They were able to buff them out & hopefully this will protect against that happening in the future. Very happy with customer service here!

Dropped my Tesla Model 3 Performance for some protection work: Expel PPF for the front, Xpel Ceramic for total car protection, Ceramic coating for the white interior seats and rims, and finally, wheel bands. Brian, Ann and team did a tremendous job! Brian kept me informed throughout the process and let me know in advance of any delays (e.g. doing the window tinting at a later date). This service is more expensive than the competitors but I chose Brian because of all the positive reviews. However we didnt really connect. He didnt seem like he cared to too much for me, yet young and older females came through while I waited and he was very charming to them, even telling the young lady her service (whatever it was) was free.I had tried multiple times to get an appointment for tinting but I guess they were busy all summer. Initially I tried to contact through the website but the website was down. At that time I asked if there was any flexibility on the price. He called and said since I had informed him about his website being down he would gladly give me a discount. But a few months later he forgot all about it. I was persistent though and he did take a few bucks off. I expected a little more. Window tinting seems good although it was expensive. Seems like a very profitable business.

Wow, great staff and great service. The first thing that impressed me was their website. It is so easy to navigate and it answers any question you have about tinting or detailing. They definitely put time into it, which shows they care about the customer experience. The actual face to face experience did not disappoint. In person, I was greeted with a warm smiling face. I had to bring my 7 mo son with me, and even though their office is not really meant for you to wait (most customers drop off their car and come back), they were so accommodating. They dont try and up charge you at every turn. They simply explain the differences in the product and let you decide. The actual job went quicker than I expected and my car looked fabulous. My car had A LOT of dog hair in it as well as dirt caked into the fabric. Brian and his team did a fantastic job of cleaning it. It looks practically brand new. Wow! Brian is a consummate professional, and knows his craft very, very well. I was experiencing a problem with my windshield on my 2008 Lexus ES350. I noticed that during rain events (particularly at night as other headlights would shine on my windshield) I would see all these streaks running down my windshield, making it VERY difficult to see. I had taken it to several different places to have it professionally cleaned to no avail. I had tried cleaning it with the best products I could buy at Auto Zone, I had even tried cleaning it with straight white vinegar. No luck. Id had several people tell me that my only option was going to be to replace my windshield.On a chance, I found Brians company on Google. I saw some good reviews, so I thought Id take a chance and call them. They were very friendly on the phone, and asked if I could come in that same morning (which I did). I met the staff, including Brian, and already knew I was dealing with pros. Brian immediately saw the issue, and started trying different approaches. He was stumped at first, and we came close to determining that my glass had been etched permanently. However, Brian was not quite satisfied, and asked if I had a few more minutes so he could try a few things. Thinking I had nothing to lose (since I was getting the feeling I was going to be buying a new windshield) I let him try. BAM! 10 minutes later, problem solved! Brian had determined that it was some sort of concentrated cleaning product that had come into contact with my windshield and left a very durable residue. He used a combination of several products and techniques (which he demonstrated for me) and the streaks were totally, totally gone.If you need someone who is an expert in detailing your vehicle, you need to look no further than Brian and his staff. I am beyond impressed, and I will absolutely be back to have them detail my entire car. I am one very satisfied customer.*incidentally, their prices are very competitive too!

I dropped off my 2011 F150 Crew Cab to Brian in rough shape. It had been on construction sites for the past two years, and had accumulated lots of mud, concrete, paint over-spray and overall work related abuse. The engine bay and under-body was a wreck and was in desperate need of some professional attention.(EDITED 05/25: Its been 24 hours now since I picked up my truck. I have noticed some mud, dirt and grime left on the truck. The very top of the truck is noticeably dirty, and feels as if the polish and wax was omitted. The under-body still has golf ball size chunks of mud and sand. The bed of the truck is still dirty and the hinge in-between the tailgate and bed was untouched and filled with debris and dirt. Not what I would expect for a $450 detailing job. The areas Brian did clean were done well, the interior looks great, but unfortunately I paid a premium to have the under-body detailed, and it was only partially completed. Next time I will do a closer inspection of my truck before leaving. I changed by review from 5 stars to 4 stars.)

I have a white 2008 BMW M3 and I am very picky about who I let near my car. I used to wash and wax it myself every other weekend, but since I went to Exclusive Detail and met the guys there, I trust them with my car (I still wash it myself frequently, though. I recently had Exclusive Detail install Expel paint protection film on my new Mazda 6. From start to finish, Brian and his team were extremely professional and passionate about the quality of their work. He examined the car with me after installation, covered the warranty and care instructions, and answered any questions I had, noting that if I wasnt 100% satisfied to give him a call anytime. I actually followed up on that offer a few days later on a concern I had about a possible trouble spot at a compound corner. Not only did Brian and his team correct the issue, but they made me feel like I was their top priority, working with my schedule, and doing an excellent job to address the problem so as to minimize the inconvenience on my part and ensure no further issues arise. During these conversations, Brian was always quick to respond via email or phone call. I am very pleased with the product and quality of service I received from Exclusive Detail and would highly recommend their services to others in the future.

The gist: Unrivaled customer service, integrity, and professionalism. The story: I brought my 2015 Subaru WRX to Brian to get tints installed almost as soon as I drove off the dealership lot, almost 6 weeks ago. Brian was friendly and professional from the start. When he noticed that my rear windshield looked odd, he he called me and told me to come back to the shop to check it out with him. He showed me several imperfections in the glass and told me to take it back to the dealership to ask for a replacement, as he was concerned it was a safety issue. He didnt install the rear film because he wanted to make sure my glass was perfect before putting the film on. Brian kept the custom-cut film for my WRX plastered to his wall for over a month while I negotiated with the dealership to replace my glass under warranty. When the dealership was dragging their feet, Brian helped coach me through the negotiation process and ultimately, the dealership yielded. I got my new glass installed (for free!) and took the car right back to Brian, who installed the final film 1.5 months after I initially went to the shop. I cant say enough about his patience and professionalism. This is a guy who didnt know me, or owe me anything other than a few tinted window films, looking out for my (and my cars) best interests - that kind of service is rare. I recommend this shop as highly as I can, both for tinting services and for detailing. Thanks, Brian - I wish I had more cars to bring to your shop.

GOT THE FOOD SMELL OUT.A crockpot of meatballs fell over in my passenger floorboard, when someone almost hit me on the way to a Christmas party. Meatball sauce...dried up in your car is a smell I was certain I would NEVER get out. No matter how much I paid. But one trip to Brian and it was gone...I mean GONE. i have a very sensitive nose.Highly recommend.

I recently had my car detailed (full polish/Zano treatment/interior detail) and I couldnt have been happier with the results. My all highway driven car was in pretty rough shape and Brian did a phenomenal 2-stage polish and it really brought out the shine of the paint. Furthermore, I spent at least a half hour when I came to pick up the car discussing proper methods to keep the car looking as it does right now. Brian really treats his customers with a level of respect that you dont often find.

I called Brian to get some information on having the windows of my car tinted; he was very up-front about what kind of tint would suit my needs best, how soon he could get the job done, and the pricing. It was a very quick turnaround and I am extremely satisfied; Brian was courteous, respectful and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him!

Brian and his team did amazing work on my black 2001 BMW Z3 Coupe! 13 years of oxidation, swirls, and scratches were magically lifted via polishing and paint touch up and whatever else Brian did to give the car a true show-room quality look. Brian took the time to discuss pros and cons of different tint option, as well as what percentage of tint would meet my needs and capture the look I wanted. I went with 40% Ceramic film and the application was flawless! Ive had many of my other vehicles detailed at dealerships, car washes, and Detailing by Tim in Charlotte; as well as tint application through Autoshield & Sunstoppers and I regret that I wasnt referred to Brians Exclusive detail earlier!
