Mike did an excellent job on the installation. I was in and out the door in 45 minutes. Very clean waiting area. Highly recommend!

I got an appt within a couple days of calling, and I got right in at my time. Everyone was friendly and professional-Mike and Randy worked on my car. It was ready when promised (90 minutes). We did the sides, back, and sunroof on my 2018 Sonata using XPEL Ceramic Plus film at 35% (NC legal) except I did just 80% on the sunroof.Very cool that they use a computer and film printer to custom cut the size and shape needed for your windows. Very precise!Film looks good. Some bubbles are apparent. I am told these will self-resolve as the film dries, and to check back for bubbles still there after 7 days. This is the first time Ive experienced that with tinting (at least that I noticed) but for now I take them at their word that its just part of the normal drying process.Initially it looked to me like the tint was lighter than Id expected, but after parking next to my older Sonata at home (which also has 35% tinting done elsewhere years ago), they look pretty similar. It looks good, and the IR/UV/heat rejection is excellent, which is what I was most interested in.I thought they did a great job--so much that I decided to bring my wifes SUV over later the same day to get her front driver/passenger windows done (rear windows were already factory tinted but not the front). They did a great job with those too! And the difference it made with the heat inside the SUV was significant--it was much, much cooler on the ride home on this sunny 90 degree NC summer day!

RANDY WAS great! I never tinted windows he showed me his car and different heat levels. I chose the highest sun blocking and paid over 500 for it. But I was confused when the women called me and asked about darkness I didnt have a clue I thought it would be the same as his truck with the high sun blocking but it wasnt. You can see right in my car. Her customers service was 200 to take it off and 500 to put back on. There is no way these seems fair when me and randy already had a conversation and he didnt do it cause she confused me big time as to what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for.

They guided me with what I wanted. Im very pleased with my window tint! I didnt have to wait long. Very polite and courteous people! I highly recommend Sun Stoppers!

Had never had my windows tinted before and took my truck in to get the tint corrected to legal standards. Mike and Randy are awesome. Brought my wife’s Fiesta in to have tint removed because it wouldn’t pass inspection and have new tint installed. Took them about and hour or so. They are definitely efficient and their quality is top notch. I’ve never had any other tint place clean up after themselves and wipe down all the spray they use. Huge THANK YOU to Sun Stoppers on S. Tryon for saving me today! I had my Range Rover tinted at the Sun Stoppers in Concord about 2 weeks ago and this morning (Saturday) I got a call from my renter on Turo telling me the tint was peeling on the passenger window. Sun Stoppers in Concord told me they couldnt fix it until Wednesday and there was nothing else they could do. My renter wasnt happy about this but I called Sun Stoppers on S. Tryon and they were able to get my renter in to re-tint the window AND had him out of there in less than 30 minutes. HUGE THANKS AGAIN!

Randomly stopped by this location to get a quote on window tinting for a vehicle I had just purchased. When I walked it I was greeted with a smile, I got my quote and they got working in my truck right away! I only got the front windows done but it took maybe 10 mins to complete. I had an 8 o’clock appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. They were patient and kind in explaining the tint quality and dimness, because I’ve never received one before. They got started on my car as soon as I told them what I’ve decided on. The whole process took about 30 minutes to do, which was faster than I thought!! I sat and watched it being done, which was really cool!! They took their time and you can tell they take pride in their work and love what they do, it’s shown through the quality of the tint job!! If any mistakes were made, they just started again, no problem! Definitely would recommend and go again for any future vehicles I want to get tinted!!

This review is for the Sun Stoppers Auto West 9300 South Tryon Street in Charlotte. I took my 2020 Supra in on a Friday to get a quote for my windows being tinted. The guys there took the time to explain the different tint shades plus the different film levels that reduce heat transfer. I went ahead and got the car done that afternoon and they did an excellent job. Everything turned out great and I will be taking my Jeep back for them to do the same window tinting.

Called and scheduled an appointment over the phone. I did not ask for a quote as I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted in terms of heat resistance and privacy. Showed up the following day at the shop and I was greeted immediately upon entering and was explained all of the options available to me with no pressure to buy the most expensive options available. After all my questions were answered, I picked out what tint and heat resistance I wanted for my car and was out the door in an hour. I even even got some compliments on my car while I was waiting. Cordial and efficient at they what they do at this location. I will 100% be bringing the wifes SUV in before the summer is over to get tinted as well. After dealing with another shop that didn’t show up to their own office in time, twice, and had issues with the back windshield. I headed to SunStoppers and they got me in and out super quick. The back windshield is a weird shape but SunStoppers already knew of the issues and even has a back windshield in their office to do the job properly off the car.SunStoppers will be my go to tint shop from now on. You should do the same!

I called they said $300 which was way overpriced but anyways they said to just come in and they will do my truck and it takes 1 hour I drive all the way there for them to tell me they are booked up like really why lie I went to tinos window tint in Gastonia way better price and quality and got me done day I called

And failed bc of tint so i came here and they got it done for me but when i went to get inspected it failed so i had to bring it all the way back the back glass was too dark wouldnt pass and i was lile i just had this fixed but the two guys there made me feel right at home while i waited and they pulled my car right in too fix the mix up...now thats customer service thanks guys

This is my first time being at their shop. I made an appointment randonly one Saturday. They fit me in and got started on it right away and had two guys working on my car. They knock it out within an hour which is great because I had a lot of things to do after that day. Their price were reasonable. They had a discount available that day. I ended up getting their ceramic film and so far I love it. In the end. It was worth the price for all the convenience and professionalism that they showed me. I had an overall good experience.
