Went in saying I would like my window tint removed and replaced with tint just legal enough to pass my state inspection and damn did they deliver. Picking car up from the inspection, the guy said my tint was right up to the limit and barely passed. They did exactly what I asked! That was a year ago. My tint is still just as perfect as the day they did it. I highly recommend Eclipse. When you want something done right, let a lady do it! (No offense guys, you know shes awesome) ❤️

Joe and Kevin tinted both mine and my daughters Jeep Wranglers. They both look amazing! My daughter has leather seats, and the tint keeps them cool. Mine is a soft top, which can keep heat inside, but the tint keeps the seats and steering wheel from getting too hot. Great customer service! Highly recommend Eclipse!

Pros: The tint is great and the cuts look perfect (which is the most important part). It was completed in 2 hours. Staff is friendly. The price is reasonable.Con: There were spots and runs of window film application solution not cleaned up off the dashboard. Not a huge deal but annoying.

Made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. When I arrived there were 3 other people waiting and 5 additional came after with the same appointment times. I made an appointment because I didnt plan on having my car there all day however the way they operate they overbook, ask everyone to drop the car off and youll get your car back some time before they close… not what I was expecting! I would never recommend this place because of that... that is terrible customer service and I went somewhere else and got a great job for a lesser price And my car was completed By 12:30 p.m.((Fast forward to after the companys response))Dearest Eclipse: Your response is so professional...I feel so bad that I didnt waste money with you... I brought my car in first thing in the morning and it was done by lunch time. Joe mistakenly put the more expensive film on thinking I had asked for it and when he reread and realized he had made a mistake he instantly apologized and only asked me to pay for what I asked for. As of now I cannot speak for the quality of the job because it is not been a full 3 days(It looks good so far) but the professionalism and customer service is unmatched.Update: There was some minor things that needed to be fixed in my tint and they made sure that I was a priority to get it fixed. They fixed it fast and right. If you have any doubt on where you want to get your tent done this is your sign to do it at Eclipse. They carry high quality tent, they are amazing at what they do, and the customer service is next to none.

He says there is only one window; he probably forgot the biggest window in the m850 coupe is the rear window, which he messed it up. I complaint at BBB because I want everyone see that you are not customer oriented small company. You have to admit that it is not the film was defective, it is your workmanship. Let me post my receipt too so people can see. Walk away from him before he messes your cars windows up!

Very bad workmanship on a tint job and worst customer service. I gave it a chance to that business because its location is closer to me. Very bad mistake!I asked him to install ceramic films to my new BMW m850 coupe. After installation, he told me to leave the car 24-48 hours under sun, i saw some white spots on the rear window and he told me they would go away. I left it outside and then after 2 weeks, the white spots get bigger and bothered me. I called him. explained the situation; he asked me to bring the car back to check ( I sent him the photos, he wanted to check again, he thinks I will bring the car anytime he wants.)After taking car to him 2nd time, he said the films needs to be changed. So i keep taking car to him and he asked me to bring back again to remove and get a new installation. I asked my money back because I dont want him to cut my rear window defroster while removing the films.After 1st tint job, i dont trust his workmanship anymore. I will take my car to a different shop, will pay removing fees and get a new installation.I already paid him $370. Walk away before he messes your car windows up.I attached the photos. He probably write the film was defective and asked him to bring back to change it. No, it is not the film, it is the workmanship and installation job was defective. And how can he give me 100% guarantee that when removing the film, he wont cut through any defroster lines, or make another defective installation? Again I made a bad decision to leave the car with him, paying $370 for tints, now i have to pay extra to remove these garbage films and his workmanship, get new films installed somewhere else.

Call around to price my car to be tinted, the price I was offered for a high quality tint was unbeatable, the owner is very upbeat, arrived without an appointment , they was able to fit me in, and complete the car within a reasonable amount of time.

This was my second vehicle tinted by them, wonderful job both times. My first was a 13’ BMW 535xi, second is 18’ Dodge Charger SRT. My second car was previously tinted as a “gift” at another shop, it was not up to par as they did not clean the windows prior to tinting which left visible bubbles & tint glue. Out of frustration I decided to get it redone by Eclipse. They had to remove all tint, cleaned the windows very well & tinted it all the way around. They did have to keep my car overnight as the tint removal & cleaning took longer than expected but the outcome was worth it. Overall, when I tell you my car looks AMAZING 🔥 I am very pleased with their work! They will continue to be my “go to” for tint.

I compared prices with most places in Charlotte and Joe was competitive with his price and his customer service is what made me choose to take my car here.He replaced my rear windshield (which was covered in bubbles) and it looks great! Eclipse has done all of our window tinting in our commercial buildings for the past few years, and their work is always exceptional. Joe recently came out to tint 6 windows at our new building in Huntersville. Joe was professional and even knew the grade of tint the business park in the area allowed, saving me that headache. The window tinting is fantastic. Not having the sun glare directly into the first floor of our home is beyond amazing and we can actually sit and watch TV now with the windows open so we can see the kids playing outside. What I love even more is the privacy we have gained… Since we live on a corner, if we had our blinds open you can see straight in, but with the tinting we now have amazing privacy. I have not come across any defects nor can I see the edge of the film as it is perfectly cut against the window frame. Talented!!! Upstairs is next for sure! Thank you

We all love our dark tint..sun blocking and grand..but NC Laws are strict and passing inspection is impossible. But for the last four years Eclipse Tinting has been my hero. In one day, I was able to have my tint removed, pass inspection and have it reapplied. Eclipse Tinting has tinted our whole downstairs as well as Master Bedroom. Not only has this lowered our electric bill and kept the house cooler, but the lack of glare on the television is wonderful. Efficient, affordable, and good customer service. I’ve never done any window tinting before so I wasn’t sure how easy or hard the process would be. I messaged the company through their FB page and they got back to me within a few hours in which they quoted me a decent price since I was just doing the front side windows. I gave them a call the next morning thinking I would be scheduling for time in the next few days or weeks. Joe told me someone rescheduled that morning and I could drop it off in that hour. So I came and decided to wait and it was only 30 minutes. No bubbles, looks like a very clean job, comes with a lifetime warranty and good quality film. Joe was professional/respectful. Would definitely recommend him.

Over the last couple of months, Ive had Joe and his team tint both my cars as well as several windows in the house. They did excellent work and were competitively priced compared to other quotes I received. Waiting time at the shop for my car tinting was minimal and he arrived at my house on time, knocked out the tinting and did a great job cleaning up and putting all furniture back in place afterwards. I made an appointment to get my tinting removed from a used car I purchased but no one was there during the appointed time. I waited about 45 mins, but no one showed up. I took a half day off from work. Luckily I was able to get another company to remove the tint for me so the day wasnt a total waste. Pricing and reviews seemed great, but dependability is key for me as a customer. Especially if I am using PTO to visit your shop.

After battling the the sun glare in my house for far too long, I called Eclipse Tinting on a friends recommendation. Joe was extremely helpful in explaining the different tint options and benefits. I contacted Eclipse via Facebook Messenger and Joe replied quickly and gave ma a very reasonable quote so between that and the fact they were right down the street from me, I decided to let them do my brand new 2018 F150.I contacted them on a Thursday, wanting to get it done before the weekend, so they told me if I could drop it off Friday morning, they would fit me in. Dropped it off in the morning, and when I did, Joe saw where I worked and said that he was friends with one of my colleagues. That colleague also has an F150 and I’ve seen the quality of his tint job, so once I realized it was done at Eclipse, I knew I had picked the right place.I told them I wanted the front windows to match the factory rear doors. I also decided to add a strip to my front windshield. Again, the quote was very reasonable. They called me in the afternoon to let me know it was done and I picked it up shortly after. When I saw the truck as I was pulling in, I said WOW. I am overly impressed with the quality of their work. All lines were perfectly straight. No bubbles, or imperfections of any kind. Joe was very rude & disrespectful. He yelled at me on the phone, cursed at me & said I called him a liar after giving him a call about my two small back windows. I took some before pictures, and the pictures that I have look exactly the same of the tint he supposedly fixed. I was simply calling to ask a question.The fact the he’s the owner, he has poor costumer service & doesnt respect his costumers. I would never use his service again or recommend anybody to him at all.

The owner told me to stop by in 45 minutes, I reached their location 5 minutes late and he told me they cannot do my windows, I was like what, you cant do my car? he said no, they gave the spot to someone else. I just dint buy that, they obviously didnt want to do the job because it wouldve taken a few hours. He shouldve just told me on the phone and I wouldnt have wasted my time driving from where I was. I found a way better place with very good customer service. Would not recommend this Eclipse place to no-one, if thats how they treat new customers then nobody should go there.
