OB was my sales guy, he was very knowledgeable on all that the store had to offer. I went in on a budget and he knew how to get me quality sound within that budget. He was easy to work with and was open to adjust things as I needed. We only had one thing that came up during the install that wasn’t discussed and he called me right away to advise me of the issue and extra parts needed. It was great not having a surprise when it was time to pay. I will definitely recommend the store and OB in the future.

OB was AMAZING! He (and all of the others I encountered while there) made me feel at ease with the entire transaction and spent extra time at pickup thoroughly explaining the details of the stereo system we had installed in my daughters car. Today I went in to purchase a new car stereo! Not only did they give me the perfect stereo for my needs, I literally walked in and walked out within 1 1/2 hrs. They originally said itd take 2hrs. Cool, because everywhere else I went wanted to schedule an appointment or charge outrageous prices. From start to finish the service was reputable! Any one of the guys can assist you, but Ahmad was the BEST! BTW I did go early in the morning so dont go in there expecting to get out quickly if theyre busy. Certainly worth the wait.

I initially called to get information about getting Apple Play in my daughters car. I spoke to OB who is so knowledgeable and has the patience of a Saint. I found myself unable to answer some of OB’s questions, so he explained every little detail to me so that I not only knew what he was talking about, but also so that I could make informed cost effective decisions. He was very trustworthy in that he didn’t try to up-sale me and make me purchase the most expensive piece of equipment. Lastly, when we came to pick up the car, he took the time to walk my daughter through on how to operate her new system, explained the warranty, and provided her his contact information. He even through in a couple of small extras for free that made my daughter so happy!!! OB provided AMAZING customer service and although we only worked with him, the guys behind the counter were also very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend this business. They had the most reasonable quotes for stereo installation in the area and were very professional and responsive in our communication prior to arriving. There was a line out the door when I arrived at opening but I did not wait more than a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and made sure everyone was accommodated in the order of arrival. The staff member who helped me at the counter was extremely helpful and stayed true to the quote I was provided earlier. I was in contact with Han throughout the process and he was both extremely helpful and professional and made sure to contact me with clarification questions and updates. I took my after market radio & hardware to them but some parts I had were not right. Tech OB informed me of such, showed me the wrong parts & informed me they had parts in stock. OB took his time with me and gave me multiple choices with a very detailed break-down. And the prices was the bomb. For brands like Memphis and Rockford Fosgate. Installation was quick and the staff was AWESOME. He walked me to my car and we listen to the new system to make sure it was what I wanted. I was greeted by Ob as soon as I got out of my car and he saw I was using a rollater to walk with. Service was very good. Just had a radio swap and RCA jack replaced on 1 speaker. Cost was cheaper than 3 other places I checked with around Charlotte. Wait time was minimal. Stereo sounds great. Same stereo just replaced due to some tech issues, but it sounds great. They did a great job. Just had it done today, so, so far Im very satisfied. Thanks Ob and to the installer also, great job!!!

Car Play for Infiniti QX60I recently purchased a 2019 QX60 but really wanted Car Play. Called several shops that said they couldnt do it. Then spoke with OB at Car Stereo Warehouse. They had not done one for a QX60 before but he took the time to do some research and found an Infiniti certified product (from Unavi) and sent me the info. I ordered and brought it to him. They did a awesome job and this thing is great. I now have Car Play and it almost impossible to tell it is an aftermarket product. Highly recommend both Unavi and OB & his team at Car Stereo Warehouse.

Quick install. They are very busy, but I do recommend you double check everything is working how it should be. Since they are so busy they had to make a few adjustments after they thought they were done.
