Edit: Tom and his team came by and repaired the tint. Looks much better.

Refreshing to find a company with such outstanding service. From the very first phone call asking for a quote to their following up to make sure that we were satisfied. They came highly recommended by many people and I quickly found out why.

I have been going here for years. I loved the tint. My last time going was 2 years ago. The price was fair and the work was guaranteed. I have not had any issues with bubbling whatsoever. They did a great job. So far I have 4 cars that were tinted here in a span over 5 years. I would recommend these guys.

Columbia LocationVery professional staff. I have been using them for years. They stand behind their work. I wouldn’t attempt to use another shop. My last Vehicle tinted was a antique 1972 Chevelle. It looks amazing!

Not the quality of work that I would have expected from a 3M dealer. Side and rear windows looked ok, but the windshield with the most expensive tint (Crystalline) was full of trash and creases. I contacted their Columbia shop to ask for a receipt and to have the front windshield redone and received no reply. Looking for a shop to redo the front windshield.

Very professional job done in a timely fashion. Quality products. Nice clean waiting area/lobby.

Tom did a great job on my classic muscle car so I had them do my home and office with security tint. They know their stuff and are perfectionist!

Went to get my 4 day old new car windows done. Had issues with bubbles but was told they would go away in about a week. Now that the tint has fully cured you can really notice all of the pitting and on my driver side window what looks like a trapped hair or scratch. I highly doubt they even cleaned the glass before they applied the tint. I am so disappointed and no long have the trust in them to even go back get it fixed by them. Go elsewhere.

Fast friendly and knew what they were doing

Despite not wanting to help put any more money in Tommys pocket, a friend wanted 3M film for his car, so this morning (Sept 24 2015) we headed to Mr. Tint (Charleston) to drop it off. Well, apparently Tommy has enough money because he doesnt even have someone man the Charleston shop anymore. I mean, why even pay rent for a whole building if you arent going to have someone there to tint cars, answer phones and give customer service from open to close?? Anyway, we showed up at 8:20am (knowing we were early), waited til 8:40 before calling, got the Columbia shop (charleston forwards their phones pretty much all the time since nobody is there) and the girl (Sarah I think) first implied it was our fault because we probably missed them since we were late. ❌ beep ❌ wrong answer since we were there 10 minutes before they were supposed to open. After explaining this to her, she told us that she would call the installer and call him back. Waited until 9am (20 mins later, 30 mins AFTER they are supposed to be open and 40 mins after we had been waiting!) and called them back. Girl in Columbia said that they have been incredibly busy this morning and that she would try to get the installer on the phone while we waited. She came back and said that there was a miscommunication bc the installer left the shop before 8 this morning since he had a commercial job to do and that they wouldnt have scheduled someone to drop off a car at 8:30 since nobody would be there.Custom Car Stereo has quality ceramic tint and now has my friends business. Oh and before all of this, he called Mr. Tint THREE TIMES to schedule in the first place. Left his info first 2 times and was told hed get a call back. Third time he waited on hold while the girl from Columbia shop called the installer to get an appointment time. Seriously, if you arent gonna run the Charleston shop right, dont run it at all!Also, dont let the website fool you, they dont have locations in Aiken, Augusta or Sumter. Those are dummy numbers that go to the Columbia shop, so they look like theyre big and reputable, but you wont get any kind of face to face customer service unless you want to drive to Columbia. Which, it appears is the case for the Charleston location now, as well.
