Very, very impressed with this business! I was in the market to get my new car tinted and looked up a few companies to compare quotes from Google . I called a few and they were helpful but when I called up Rays Tint, the customer service over the phone was very professional and informative. I genuinely felt I could trust their services, so I set up a appointment and my car now looks great! They did a amazing job! Ray and staff explained the details and process before application, helped me decide the best tint for my ride and got my car completed in no time! Very cool place, cool people, cool energy and good environment! Also forgot to mention they have a very nice waiting lounge area! I called Ray he gave me a price, got me in the the same day. He jumped right on my Truck and had me out in less then an hour. He has a really nice waiting room with comfortable sofas so if you want to wait on your car you can. He had PPE and hand sanitizer so I know he cares about my health while I was in his shop. Brought my Civic Here about 2 and a half years ago and was a great experience. Cheap prices but high quality, they use carbon ceramic window tint which doesn’t fade, almost 3 years and still the same dark color that I had done at the time. I’m about to send my other car in for a tint job sometime this week. It takes about 1hr-1hr and a half depending on how busy.

We got our vehicle tinted here. Came back a week later about bubbles in the tint. Was told it hasnt been warm enough for the tint to dry. Called and left messages and even went by and no response. Will never do business with this place. Its been 2-3 months later and its still has bubbles and it is warm out.

Worst tinting business in Charlotte. I had my windows tinted on February 1 and I still have air bubbles on all of my windows. Ray assured me that the bubbles would go away the more my windows are exposed to sun but I have yet to see any better results after 1 month. I went back to see if he could press the bubbles out and he told me that there is nothing that he could do at this point. He said that he felt like he did a flawless job and he could not give me a refund. He even attempted to charge me an extra fee when I told him I was dissatisfied with the tint job and asked him to completely remove the tint. I then asked him for a receipt and he was unwilling to provide one and stated that he do not give receipts on illegal tint jobs because he does not want to get in trouble with the law and he is trying to cover himself. He also said that he can’t satisfy everyone and that I was in the 5% of unpleased customers so he would not be able to give me a refund or take the tint off. If you are looking for a quick short term tint job go for it but if you are looking for quality and professionalism and tint that will last please consider other legit businesses.

Omg! ❤️My truck looks amazing!!! Millz did an excellent job tinting my Jeep! Perfection! He replaced the tint that was previously done by (John Champion from Champion Window tinting in Huntersville 3815 laurel berry lane )who did a horrible job. The next day, we called my friend Alia’s tint guy, Millz from Ray’s Window Tinting and he told us to bring it right on in. He pointed out all the flaws that was left from the previous person that tinted it. Millz not only removed the tint, he trimmed and cleaned up all the molding along the edges of the window that the previous tinter damaged. I came back to pick up the truck the very next day and was completely blown away!!!! My Jeep looks beautiful!!! Millz did an outstanding job!! He put 5% on all the windows except for the front 35% . Things started off great! Met with Ray personally last week to discuss tinting my car windows, he explained his services and we set an appointment for this morning at 11am. Showed up at 11 today and the gates were locked up. I waited 15 minutes and called a few times before he picked up the phone to find he forgot about our appointment, he sounded like he was just waking up. He asked if we could reschedule, I told him I would find another place. There are plenty of places to get your windows tinted, and the customers time is just as valuable as yours. Be cautious setting appointments with Ray!Update: The owner has responded with a well crafted narrative, all i can do is shake my head. There was no mention of this company policy at the time of setting our appointment, if he wants to double down with imaginary policy to protect his google review rating instead of making things right with the customer that is his business. The fact remains, Ray has lost a potential customer and income due to his negligence. I would suggest an appointment book so you can keep track of your commitments? Most small business owners i know keep one and never blame the customer for their forgetfulness. Glad to go elsewhere, providing your services can never be deemed a favor to the customer who can always recieve quality service elsewhere. Let this be a lesson! Thanks!

It’s been about a month & I haven’t had any issues yet. I came here and got 20 on my windows. It’s a very clean job... NO AIR BUBBLES (I can’t stand to see a tint with bubbles ... like what’s the point). I got there at 4:30 and left at 6. I have a sedan. I didn’t get my front window tinted but I may go back. The only complain would be this: I’m not 100% aware of what’s all involved in the process but apparently there is liquid involved. When it was all said and done I saw a few drops of whatever liquid they used in my back seat. Woulda been nice had that been wiped off but again, wasn’t a big deal at all.
