This company has worked hard since day one with and for me. I was sent to Mrs F. Taylor I was in the shelter with my daughter and I was a mess but she treated me with respect and dignity and she knew her job. She explained the process and even helped explain what I didnt understand on the application. I called her ubsessadly every day sometimes multiple times a day waiting for the results of my application and she would answer or call me back EVERY time and I could tell she was super busy but she was patient with me. When I finally got in her and her assistant Mrs. Paulina were hands on they always addressed every issue I had with respect and diligence. This year has been rough but I made it because I had the privilege of having these people on my team. Thank you The Arc and thank you Ladies! Ps somebody should give them their DUE (a raise bonus or something!) they save this company thousands of not more! You cant put a price on what theyve done for me nor this company but they deserve it

The companys housing & residential services are very polished however the advocacy department definitely needs structure with there interviewing process. I was treated with the most disrespect EVER AS BLACK MAN.UNREAL!
