Theres No Place Like Home and when you stay at RMH of Charlotte thats exactly how youre treated, Family. You are Respected and Admired and Appreciated...The staff are Amazing Folks and Volunteers are there to assist in any way requested..Everyone is there to work together as a Real Team and, I might add, one of the Best and most Dedicated Teams ever. Thank you RMH of Charlotte for bringing Peace and Contentment to so many. GOOO TEAM.

What a warm and welcoming place for my daughter and son-in-law when their daughter had two open heart surgeries. A convenient and comfortable stay close to Levine helped immensely. The wonderful staff, great meals and just a place of calm meant so much. Can’t say enough about this awesome place. Thank you!❤️❤️

The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte has been a huge blessing to me and my family. It allows us to get much needed rest while our son is in the hospital. The staff is very friendly and the volunteers keep the place cleaner than Mr. Cleans teeth. An added bonus is the meals that are provided most evenings during the week and breakfasts during the week ends. Thanks to all of you who have donated your time and money to make the Ronald McDonald House possible!

Was there for a meeting and I dont think I can properly express just how amazing this place is. From the moment I walked in the front door, I felt calm and at peace. There were a plethora of photographs covering the walls in the areas I passed through that simply took my breath away. I never encountered any guests but can imagine that anyone requiring the services provided here will feel like they are wrapped in love, peace and hope.

Weve only started, but what a wonderful charity! Our son has a traumatic brain injury and for us to have a safe place for my family to stay during his recovery is such a blessing. Eat more Big Macs America!

Worthy of support...great people coming and going....families from all over the world are helped and encouraged...its all volunteers who keep it running so smoothly. ..excellent facilities. . Beautiful grounds...close to hospital...actually walking distance to uptown shopping....a blessing of God without cost....you will want to be part of this .....

Stayed here for a little over a month when my son was in the NICU. Great place to be, they take care of you in a huge way!

My job volunteers once a month to bake cookies. I enjoy watching the families faces when they see fresh baked cookies.

Am amazing place that offers such a thing sanctuary for families of sick children. They have the pantry available, and provide meals everyday. Its a great place to volunteer! My 15 year old learned a lot.

Awesome place. Staff was caring, nurturing, and loving during my sons surgery. Made my family feel welcomed and right at home.

We were welcomed with open arms, Buck Snyder and Staff do an outstanding job by going above and beyond for the Families that pass through. We were truly Blessed by the love and compassion from the Management staff and especially the Volunteers who take time from their daily lives to help those of us who had no other means. The entire Kline/May/Elkin Families owe you everything. Everywhere I go I encourage anyone who visits McDonalds to put a few dollars in the donation box for funding.

We are so grateful for this place. Not only did it help us financially to be able to stay here ($15 suggested donation per night), but everyone was super nice and pleasant. We loved that we could walk to Levines Children Hospital from here to give our preschooler an energy break! So many hotels within close driving distance were quite expensive since its near downtown, so this place helps so much. We had a five night stay and appreciated the meals provided at dinner time. My husband packed me a plate and brought it to me while I stayed with our daughter. Im so glad that families have this as an option to be a bright bit of hope in an otherwise stressful time.

Very impressive place for all the good that they do. I had the pleasure of cooking breakfast and it was a great experience I would definitely donate time again

My family and I spent 3 weeks at the Ronald McDonald House while my daughter was in NICU at Levine Childrens Hospital. We are so grateful for this place, it felt like home and the staff were so polite and caring. The facility is beautiful and has everything needed for a comfortable, lengthy stay. I do not know what my family would have done without this house during those difficult days in our life. Thank you so much; I donate my change and sometime more in the Ronald McDonald box everytime I go through McDonalds, and I encourage anyone who is willing to do the same. The support this house gives to families facing very difficult situations is so immense. Again, thank you.
