I would not recommend going here I talked to 1 of the guys here about fixing a issue that my phone had because it kept on rebooting and also the back glass on my iPhone 8 Plus needed to be replaced so I had brought all of that up when I initially dropped my phones off so I leave my 2 phones with these people and when I go back to pick it up the back glass was still cracked because they acted as if I never asked them about replacing it but said they could replace it but for more money so they charged me 160 dollars to fix a rebooting issue on my phone and I know it doesn’t cost that much to fix that problem because I called around afterwards and it was way cheaper to fix then what I was charged so I was robbed basically.. and I was going to trade my iPhone se 2020 model to these people but I changed my mind because first the guy said he would only give me 40$ dollars for it I said no he Asked my best offer I said 160$ He said 100 we agreed on that but I had to move my service to another phone since I would be selling it to them and they even tried to charge me 80$ dollars to move the service when boost moves you service for you for free which is crazy. so I came back a few days later to do so and when I came back he said I can do 50 dollars and I said no and kept it who offers someone 50$ dollars for a 400$ dollar phone that is in excellent condition I wind up selling that same phone for 150$ just don’t go here they might be hurting for business so they steal money from people which is sad

I had the very best experience! I’m late on making this review but I wanted to make sure I share my experience I had 2wks ago. I was unable to activate a phone my brother gave me. I called this location and was told to come in they could activate it no problem. They activated it with no problem and even sold me the new AirPods Pro at a very very very good price!! I got a case and privacy screen protector all during my visit. The customer service was A-1 especially with the young lady who assisted me. Thank you guys so much for everything!!

Where do I begin. I drop my iPhone and completely destroy the screen. After taking it back to the store, I was told I needed to pay 350 for a replacement. Nonetheless, I came to DTown after speaking with my sister. Not only did they fix my phone, but they are totally professional. They gave me a window of thirty minutes and delivered. So, if you have a damage phone, come here. I only paid 80.00 dollars. Cheaper than any of them cell phone repair shops in the mall. Plus they fix computers too.
