So grateful to Casey( I hope I spelled that correctly), who took very good care of me. She replaced my iPhone screen in less than an hour for a fair price and with great customer service. The screen looks amazing. I pray I don’t have anymore tec issues but if I do, I will definitely come back here.

After recommending my mother to this specific location. I wish I would’ve never mentioned this company. It’s my mother’s birthday weekend and she was looking for a screen protector for her new phone she just purchased. I have recommended several of my colleagues and family members to this business. I once had experience excellent customer service here, but after witnessing what was said to my mother by the man who works there on September 11th 2021 at approximately 1712 military time. My mother entered into the business only a few moments after the first customers had been greeted by this particular employee. His initial greeting wasn’t so friendly in fact rude to the point I’m here writing this essay. He stated we are closed while still assisting the people ahead his demeanor and attitude was not necessary. Instead of saying hey we are close what is that you’re looking shopping for I can take your information and you can stop by here first thing the next day and the person that is will be more than welcomed to assist. No instead he insulted the CPR franchise by saying you would be better off going to another establishment. Which would be T-mobile. The audacity of this employee working for an established company to sabotage the branding! After witnessing my significant other work tirelessly establishing and branding his company I feel you should hire people to uplift and help the company instead of destroying what the founder and his team has done. In fact this franchise has lost all promotion(word of mouth)from my family, my colleagues and myself included. I will not ever recommend this company to another person. Did I mention this was her 60th birthday! Shame on you!

I love CPR because they are diligent with every detail. They completely clean your screen, look it over thoroughly and spray, wipe, spray, wipe and are very careful applying the protective shield over the phone. Very kind, professional and efficient. Cant get any better than that. Pay the price for the life time $10 replacement...its definitely worth it.

Today I did a very stupid thing. I wont go into the details, but I would be remiss if I didnt take a few minutes to recognize the kindness and effiency of the staff at Cell Phone Repair on South Tryon. They resolved my issue quickly and I was on my way in no time. Before today, I didnt even know they existed. After today, they have a new and faithful customer. Thank you gentlemen. They cant fix stupid, but they sure know how to fix a phone!

CPR Cell Phone Repair immediately did emergency response on my old cell phone and got it charging back up so that I could use it the same day. It needed a battery and they were able to get me one at one of their other locations. Very friendly and excellent service. Thank you CPR!

Wish I could give it 0 stars but do NOT come here for iPhone screen repair, firstly it seems as if they use cheap Chinese seller screen and lcds because I’ve had to pay 159 plus tax TWICE for a screen repair because the screen will start glitching if you use your phone too much and if you try to take it for a warranty repair, I was told that the store has the final day if they can warranty it EVEN IF the screen has no physical damage or even scratch on it so I’ve dumped $300+ on repairs and still have a broken phone.

Previous service was good, but expensive. For a second service, they quoted a price of $100 in the store to replace a battery, but the price on the website for the same service is $80. Ran into the same issue when having the back glass replaced several months ago... Price in store was more than on the website.UPDATE: The second service I looked at getting there was a battery replacement. The CPR website said it would be $80; when I asked at the store I was quoted $99.99. Instead, I purchased a replacement battery and tool kit from Amazon for $18.60. When I removed the case, I saw that the back glass that had been previously replaced by CPR less than four months ago was already separated from the phone nearly halfway around the perimeter, which tells me that they either did not install the adhesive correctly or they just used the remainder of what was left on the phone when they put the new glass on. Dropped to two stars for this - disappointing quality. My DIY battery replacement went great, by the way. There are excellent videos on Youtube that take you through it step-by-step. I dont see myself using CPR ever again.

I needed to have my Mac Air battery replaced. i sent an email to request a quote. They got back to me the following day and i was able to pay online for the battery and service and schedule a day/time to bring my laptop in. They were able to replace it within a few hours and called me right away when it was ready to be picked up. Everything is running great and was so much better than paying $1200 for a new laptop. It’s working as good as new!One final point - they were set up for social distancing and sanitized my computer when I turned it over to them and also when they returned it back to me.I highly recommend CPR!!

I had a great experience getting my daughters cracked phone screen replaced. I emailed about prices. They told me the price & asked for me to go in to pay for the part needed & said it would take a week for the part to come in. It actually came in in 4 days. It took the man around 90 minutes to fix it & he did a great job. I will definitely be going back for any issues like this. They were very professional & stayed in contact through email & phone calls.

Service is fast and everyone is nice. Unfortunately, I had to take my phone back twice because the screen wasn’t working after getting it fixed the first time. The screen they put on my phone this time has tons of scratches on it but it works and I’m hesitant to take it back a third time.

Michael the owner was in the front when I showed up. Tried his hardest to find a cheap replacement screen for my old tablet, and just couldnt, and was honest about it. My cell phone had a problem in the charging slot, and he found some pocket fuzz or Styrofoam piece in there, removed it, and it was good to go. I will definitely be returning here for future help.

I was sold a $50 dollar screen protector and it was put on at the store. Later at home I noticed a minuscule, almost invisible chip in the glass, up and to the right. I had this thing for less than one day, put it on my dresser to charge, and when I woke up the next morning it had three or four hairline cracks stemming from the chip.I was told that not only was I not to receive a refund for a product that broke in under 24 hours but also that I was a liar. They offered to give me a replacement to the tune of 10 more dollars but why would I want a product I now know is junk and why would I give more money to people who fleeced me and called me a liar?

They had to order my Mac battery and called me as soon as it arrived. I took it that same day to have it fixed. They worked me in even though they were very busy, and fixed a couple of other small things at no extra charge. I highly recommend them. So much better than dealing with Apple.

Needed both my iphone screens repaired, didnt take long at all.

Excellent experience. I was having a problem with my iPad charging port. Only one of my chargers would fit and it would only charge if I held it in place. The metal inside the charging port also looked mangled. I was sure I was looking at an expensive repair or total replacement. Turns out a small metal piece from the charger itself got dislodged and stuck in the charging port. CPR not only fixed it, but they did it in under 5 minutes FREE OF CHARGE!!! I will be going to them for all my future repair needs!!!

Awesome Service! I was actually recommended to go here from my cell phone provider. The insurance that I was paying for monthly wouldnt cover the damages for my phone. From the time I walked through the door, Marlon, was very professional and knowledgeable. He got my phone repaired in a timely fashion and my phone looked as good as new. The icing on the cake was the cost for the repair was cheaper than the deductible that I had through my phone insurance if they covered it. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a phone repaired. Ask for Marlon!

I have purchased two refurbished phones from CPR (one for me, one for my sister) for amazing prices!! We have run into a few little issues (as u may expect when buying used) and they are always extremely helpful and fix the issue at hand very quickly (no more than 2 hours) and thus far, everything has been covered under our warranty. I love CPR and will always go to them for any of my electronic needs as well as recommend them to everyone I talk to that needs work on their phone, tablet, etc. My only complaint is... they need a pretty lady or two!! hehehe ;)

The owner took my phone in for repair 45 minutes before the store opened and I am so appreciative. I tried to open the locked doors and didnt realize the store wasnt opened until 10am. He kindly opened the door to see if I had a question. After confirming my phone was likely repairable, he let me in and took my information so I didnt have to come back again to drop it off. And the phone repair went smoothly with quick turn around.

I had issues with my phones charger port and turned out I just had debris in it. Chou cleaned it out for me, and now my phone charges perfectly. Highly recommend this place

I went in to ask about repairing my cracked screen. I was shown that the crack was only in the screen protector and not the screen itself. The tech had my screen protector replaced and I was all finished within a few minutes.I am very glad that he was honest with me about it only being a damaged screen protector. If I have any other cell phone repair needs, I will go to his shop first. I like working with honest repair shops. I would recommend this place to my friends.

My phone would not charge, had to wiggle it until it connected but at one point there was no connection. I went to ATT and they said it broke and needed to buy a new phone, at least $500. Went to CPR and told the guy the same thing I will CPR; he said its lint and he fixed it on the spot for free. Saved my hundreds of dollars and was honest, makes ATT look terrible.

I left my phone out during a storm and it was completely drenched. I take to the store the next day and the tech informs me thTbthey would have to keep it for 24 hours. The next day I come back and he was able to not only get my phone back up and running but he also was able to retrieve all of my information on my phone. I would recommend that the gentlemen get a promotion.

Got my phone fixed quickly in time for my conference call!

Did a good job repairing my screen, 1 month later Im going about my day, pull my phone out of my pocket and the tempered glass I purchased was cracked along with the screen right in the center near the earpiece. Was told by 1 technician it was covered under warranty if something happened to it as long as its not dropped or physically damaged when I picked my phone up the day of the repair. Now Ive got another technician telling me its not covered... Trying to charge me another $100??? Really? Whether the tech is right or wrong, something should be done with integrity.

Came in to get a cracked screen repaired. They did a great job, looks as good as brand new.

The staff is really helpful and attentive, and he was able to fix the problem.

Update: After another child cracked their screen, we worked with CPR again. They fixed it and we had great service (Rating changed from 1 to 3 stars). One day later, the screen is flashing and the Fingerprint ID not working. Well bring it back today and see if CPR sticks behind their warranty. I think they will - and the rating will go up again if so.CPR replaced the screen on my daughters phone. Upgraded the repair with a special glass covering on the screen at stores recommendation. A day later, the iPhone screen cracked again without much of a bump. My opinion is that it was repaired incorrectly. CRPs adamant its not their fault. Wont stand behind product or service. Same issue as a previous reviewer. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

They were able to repair it in a efficient amount of time and was pleased they were even able to fix it considering the damage that was done. My service was very bad. The people there were really nice but i dropped off my phone around 4 and didn’t get it till 6. My screen was cracked and i wanted to get it fixed. i got my phone back the colors were all off and now when i type on the keyboard i have to type hard or it forgets letters. It takes so much more time to type.

Had my phone fixed a few months ago. It was simply to remove my stylus that my son inserted in backwards. They said they would repair it in 30 minutes so I decided to leave and grab some lunch (since I was doing this during my lunch break at work). Came back and they said that they cracked my front screen trying to get the stylus out. They told me that I would need to pay for it to be fixed. I said absolutely not. Argued with the guy for 15 minutes; he came back 20 minutes later and said his manager approved my repair with no cost to me but it would take another 20 minutes.At this point I needed to go back to work since I have now taken way too long. Upon returning to pick up my phone after work, they told me that the front screen would not communicate with my stylus. He said that I could drop it off the next morning and they would fix it, it was simply the wrong part. So I went during work and dropped it off. I came back to p8ck it up at lunch and noticed that the back of my phone no longer had the QR code sticker and that it no longer said Samsung. Didnt bring it up since this all started out to be something simple, turned into a 2 day extravaganza.I emailed customer service about the situati9n and how it left me feeling uneasy that something else happened to my phone and they didnt tell me (obviously they broke my back plate of my phone). Customer service told me that the stores are managed by the owners and that he forwarded my concerns. Havent heard anything. I even emailed customer service again and nothing. This place is a rip off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Obviously they dont live by their store mantra of having happy customers. If I could rate them worse, I would.
