Came here for the first time today. Just wanted a full set, square white gel nails.the guy with the tattoos all over his arms and small hoop earrings was very rude & unmannerly!!! (Didn’t get his name) He asked me how I liked my nails and I told him a few needed to be cleaned up & filed (mainly on my right hand) he took it upon himself to shave down the polish around all my cuticles, both hands (it looked like I needed a fill-in afterwards) then he goes to say “I was having a good day until you came, you’re very picky and looking at every nail, this is ridiculous” I was shook, honestly. He also started throwing tools around and when he polished over my nails again he pushed my right hand for me to put it under the dryer and it hit a brush which messed up the polish. I asked for the manager and he started going off & didn’t finish my nails but walked out. Long story short, management was no help (I’m not one for conflict so I cried SMH). I was there from 1:30pm-3:50pm and they really didn’t wanna help me. There were witnesses and one lady told me I should just leave because she didn’t like how they were handling the situation. It was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered, I won’t be back!!! The photos below is what they fixed, it’s about 4-5 coats on them. I didn’t get pictures of what the guy did, I was in too much shock and uncomfortable

I highly recommend Dynasty Nails! Not only is the location extremely convenient, the parking is plentiful since they are located in their own building. The inside is so chic and modern and everything from the massage chairs to the safety glass is brand new! Best of all the services are top notch with a huge selection of colors and polish types and nail styles served with a complimentary beverage (water, soda, or wine). Wait time is minimal because they are fully staffed with someone always on standby waiting to be of service.

Went in to get my nails done for my birthday and was so disappointed with the guy who did them. I’ve never gone to him as I usually go to the slightly older lady. I tried something new and clearly it was out of his range of ability because my nails looked atrocious. I wanted Ombré and even showed him a picture for reference. We picked out the powder and I got the worst nails of my life. I even told him that they were not good he attempted to fix them but instead of letting someone else take over he just continued the horrible attempt. In the spirit of not being a difficult customer I just accepted them. But I did complain to one of the owners and she seemed to give absolutely no cares. I know the picture is pretty dark but it looked so bad. I don’t think I’ll be back. And to top it all off I went back today and made him polish over it and they CHARGED ME $25 DOLLARS. 25 dollars to cover up the horrible job he did. I paid it. But I will literally never come back. No matter how good Rose does my eyebrows. Horrible customer service.

The layout of the new location is beautiful and appears to be clean, however my service with the young lady with the black eye glasses was unacceptable. Not only did she interrupt what could have been relaxing moments during a pedicure session, by constantly answering the business phone (I might add that the customers calls were placed on speaker, further disrupting a peaceful environment), she ran after a partial paying dissatisfied customer who was being serviced by someone else. She also attended to another customer complaint all while interrupting my deluxe pedicure and she failed to provide my foot & leg massage, which is included in the Deluxe package and typically included with all pedicure services. She painted my toe nails prior to completing the hot towel and wax service. The hot towel treatment and wax service was done after my toe nails was painted, which interrupted the normal flow and relaxation part of the pedicure. Several times she checked her personal cell phone and text messages. Needless to say, I wasted my money and I did not receive the relaxing experience that I hoped for. I would hope Dynasty nails would be more attentive, professional, and provide customers with top notch service or at least provide customers with the service and atmosphere that they deserve. I’m dissatisfied to say the least. Unfortunately, I was unable to relax as I observed her actions in disbelief. Terrible, Terrible Customer Service. Training in quality customer service could prove beneficial for this business. A technician that is performing a service should probably refrain from answering the business phone. I would not recommend this place, I would suggest one look for a more professional, pleasant and relaxing environment.

Thanks for all the hospitality Dynasty Nails. Rose is my prefer person but everyone there does great work and make sure you taking care of, even if you’re waiting they’re very attentive to you. Also the new location design is on point and very inviting. Keep up the great work Dynasty Nails.

Let me preface with I have been going to Dynasty for over 5 + years.. After moving out of the neighborhood I always go back to dynasty if I am in the area. Yesterday I went in for a pedicure/sns removal at their new location. During my pedicure my girl was truly not paying attention and was very aggressive with my skin. Not only did she cut my cuticles but literally grated the skin off the sides of my feet till it bled with no apology. I have been loyal to dynasty for a long time but I cannot return after this you guys.

Me and my wife came to enjoy a relaxing day together. Everything was going well till my wife said to the lady I dont like my polish. The lady got really rude and snappish. Everything went down hill from there. If you come here and dont like something please dont say it unless you are ready to experience bad service. We waited 2 hours to get treated like we had to deal with bad behavior from an adult. I asked for management 6 times before I was able to speak with someone. The lady that helped me was Rose is her name. Thanks you.

Loved my pedicure! Kevin gave me the ultimate luxury pedicure and it was great! I’m really picky how my toes are shaped and Kevin made it perfect. Rose did my brothers pedicure, Dina did my daughters and they both got the deluxe pedicure and they enjoyed it very much! Will be back!

I’ve been going to Dynasty for our four years now and usually see Rose, Jenny or Lee however everyone is great! My polish lasts forever from both my manicures and pedicures and they are so thorough. The new location is even better because there is plenty of parking now and it’s very chic inside. Dynasty Nails probably has the biggest selection of polish choices too. Love this place so much!!!

I love Dynasty Nails! The new location is beautiful and so clean. I love the design aesthetic. I go for pedicures often and see Rose who does such a good job. If Rose is not there, I see someone else, and everyone does a great job. I like to call in advance and they give me an estimate of when to come to reduce my wait time. They are considerate and polite. The new pedicure chairs are so comfortable, I love to sit and read. The tools are all sanitized and they have individual one use liners on the pedicure tubs. I sometimes get gel manicures and they last 2-3 weeks. I’m always happy with the services at Dynasty and recommend it to all my friends.

Everything was nice, place beautiful, service a little rushed, however, and I had acrylic on my hands following. Shouldve been a much better clean set considering it was a new set. She charged $70 for the set $15 to take off, $15 for length, $15 for gel $48 total, but the feet was $15 to take off and $15 to put on. If I paid $30 that should be a pedicure. Dont get me wrong I can do math and thats $93 but she billed me $120. Its sad they take advantage of new customers. Never again. $100. We were even but you overall shouldnt be this expensive without being in the mall and you dont even provide condiments or hand massages with manicures. Also cuticle removal without oils is not a manicure. Its absurd.

This company is rude and disrespectful. As I left a review for the services I had they tried to falsify my statement. They blamed me for my nails breaking in 8 days when the other person I went with had the exact same treatment and got thicker acrylic. The comment they provide differed from the message they sent and I called them out to which they tried to “prove me wrong” stating that I didn’t spend $130 at their establishment and “somehow broke my nails” when I explained that I was driving and getting dressed when they snapped. This is a completely unprofessional place who only care about their reviews than the customer satisfaction. Please do not waste your time here.

I wish I could give them a negative star. Yall are not even worth a 1 star. Unprofessional. I had an appointment and got serviced late. Myself and my daughter feet was put in in cold water for 30 minutes before anyone even started on our feet. The job for both of us was rushed. Once our pedicure was done we were supposed to get a manicure and full set but the ladies went and worked on other customers. We waited for 20 minutes more and still no one came to finish our services. Other customers that came in after us were being serviced. We didnt get anything else because we were frustrated. After all that the lady at front desk over charged my credit card. This place is unprofessional & unorganized. I will not be back here. AND This is at the new location. POOR SERVICE

I recently went to the new location to get my nails and eyebrows done. I asked for a manicure nothing else and ended up leaving with gel nails and charging me 45$. I insisted that they only do manicure but they didn’t listen to me. After i decided to give them a second chance they over charged me more !!! ended up paying 100$. never returning

This nail salon did not prep my nail bed properly amd left air pockets in my acrylic, when I went to my regular nail tech she noticed that I had a fungus on them from the fill in this salon gave me! I went in to speak with a manager they would not speak to me, all of the staff was very rude and unhelpful, they refused to refund me and then told it was my fault. I have reported them to the state board everyday! Do not go this place the techs are unprofessional and rude. And they are not trained properly!

This company has been removing and flagging my reviews because I called them out in their company. The “several reviews” have to be appealed because they have been reported. Ive always loved them but today is my last time... I was basically rushed for another customer .. I wanted pedicure and wax but only received my pedicure because I was rushed to make another customer feel comfortable I see going through the comments whos has the most issues and get treated an certain way when coming here.

Consistent service, nail techs take their time

I have been a customer for about 7 years now. Evey (manager) always do my nails and I’m always satisfied. I tell her what I want and I’ve never left her chair unhappy. They are in a very busy popular area of plaza midwood so without an appointment there may be a wait. Thank you Dynasty love you guys!

They are extremely slow. My daughter spent two & a half hours getting a fill set of nails. UNACCEPTABLE. RIDICULOUS. Unprofessional. The only extra was a few stones on 2 fingers. They don’t care anything about TIME. Beware. Beware. Choose to go to someone else.

I was there at opening, I was asked to come back in a hour. I went down the street to ICOLOR BAR.

Made the appointment at 6:15, arrived at 6:20, they started working on pedicure at 7:10!!! Unacceptable 😒 After that, manicure done soooo fast that looks it’s not fresh, make it look like a got it more that a week, because they did it sooo far from cuticles. She put the gel in a weird shape on my nail, and I tried to say something but she didn’t let me explain what I want. NEVER GOING BACK, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I had a great experience, I would definitely recommend!

From the way my nail tech started I knew it would be a different experience, a very slow session. And as we went on I was proven right! The lady applied my acrylic at almost two minutes per nail, she also filed my nails at least 6 times and went over it with the electric buffer 5 times. I was so annoyed. It felt like she was practicing on me until she polished and finished me! My nails look so good! And can you believe after the whole time I was upset and aggravated about time, my whole mood changed and I was so grateful and left a tip(as always). Let’s just say this was the worst experience that’s turnt out awesome! And they’ve never messed my nails up neverrrrr. Literally everyone here is good even the men ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sendy was amazing she really took her time and really made me feel pampered. She was thorough with my pedicure and I appreciate her. The scrubbing she did was phenomenal on top of her benevolent demeanor she was just super kind! I WILL BE BACK TO SEE YOU SENDY!!

Good pedicure. All but one wearing a mask. The lady who sets up the chairs doesnt usually wear a mask and when she does its under her nose. She is loud while talking on the phone/Skype, whatever it is. Doesnt make for a relaxing time.

Horrible i came in yesterday for a full set n pedi but ended up just getting a pedi because how I felt when I got in there anyways I asked the girl which pedicure was the best one I could get for my feet she gave one to choose n told me it was an additional 15 for gel I did that however I did their survey it tells me to call because after my pedi I still have rough feet and she tells me I have to come back for and spend more money after spending 60.00 on my pedicure they still couldn’t get my feet together for me I’m never coming here again
