I love this place. Kevin is the man for pedicures. He will make your feet look and feel amazing! He did such a great job I brought my father in to see him. Kevin made my dads feet look 20 years younger and he no longer had pain from a callus on the bottom of his foot. Ask for Kevin and tip him well...I do!

My daughters and I have been here several times but today I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure and Kay was my nail tech. She was very personable and friendly. She did a great job too! I will definitely be asking for her from now on when I come in.

Took my two pre-teen Nieces for Birthday and Back to School Manicures! The two Ladies who did their manicures were both gentle, kind, and very skilled. Their nails looked pretty and Kid Appropriate. Prices are market comparable. Shop is clean and has bright cheerful decor. LOTS of choices for color and services!

Love Beverly Nail Spa! My favorite nail tech is Winnie! She is super friendly and takes her time to get my nails and feet right! She makes it a point to remember who you are and what you talk about and I like that! I’m simple and choose the same thing every time. She knows exactly what to do when I walk in and that’s wonderful. The place is clean and doesn’t smell like most nail salons at all. Would definitely recommend!

First walked in, took a moment of me sitting before I was even acknowledged. I’m new to the area and needed a pedicure, I told her the water was cold and still she left to finish someone else’s nails and let the water fill up. I gave an extra star because she at least finally came back and dumped most of the cold water out to make room for some warm water.The place wasn’t the cleanest either.Overall felt like it was very very rushed job. There’s still a split in my nail that could have been filed or cut down. I most likely won’t return and will be looking for another nail tech in the area.

Honestly I am pretty disappointed with my experience here. The shaping on my gel acrylics are not what the picture was, the acrylic powder is far too dark and does not match my skin tone at all. The nails are not straight and have dips in them. The paint job looks rushed and could use another coat. The paint is also smeared over the acrylic on one finger. I expected better from this place especially since I payed over $60.

Not a fan. We had to wait 30 minutes even though I had booked an appointment. We were not offered any beverages but the people next to us were immediately. The nail techs rushed through our pedicures and did not do a thorough job. The prices are not bad but I will go somewhere else next time.

This nail salon provided absolutely horrible service. I called and made an appointment for 1 oclock for eyelash extensions, a manicure and a pedicure. A woman by the name of Sonny provided the eyelash service and was very unprofessional. She started off by asking me was this my first time receiving eyelash extentions and stated that if it was she would not do them because she doesnt like first time customers. If you are there to provide a service whether its someones first time or not it shouldnt make a difference. Then she proceeded to complain the entire time about my eyes watering, etc. and threatened to stop doing them at least 7 times if they continued. If my eyes are wide open the entire time with a bright light shining in them then a little water should be expected. After the 3rd threat I politely told her if she didnt want to continue it would be fine and that I could go some where else but instead she said no and proceeded to complain and threatened to not complete her job 4 more times. To make it worst her phone kept going off and she stopped 3 times to text back. Once she completed my extentions I walked to the desk to receive instructions on what station I should sit at in order to get my manicure and pedicure but as I was walking to the desk 3 other people were arriving. A male employee who Im assuming was the manager then tells me that I have to wait 45 minutes because the other three people have to be taken cared of. I arrived before them, made an appointment and they will be taken cared of before me?? That didnt make any sense and when I asked him why would customers that arrived after me be serviced before me if I was there first and I had an appointment but he had nothing to say but Im sorry, you have to wait 45 minutes and just kept apologizing with no explanation. This was a horrible experience and awful customer service. I will never go back to this establishment again and I do not recommend.

UPDATE! WENT TO ANOTHER NAIL TECH AND TURNS OUT THEY USED DENTAL ACRYLIC ON MY FINGERS!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!I asked to have my previous set soaked off instead of pryed off with with a nail..the tech tells me they dont have the ability to soak them off 🤬. After ripping my nail beds and adding acrylic powder ( that I had to argue him down about design and style) and you guessed it.. my nail beds were on fire.. decided to let him finish.. Shape is thick and square even though I asked for coffin. If your nail techs arent up on the newer techniques and they are lazy just say that. Care about your nail beds ladies. Worst 75 Ive ever spent but lesson learned so you dont have to. 🤷🏾‍♀️🙌🏾

One hand is a completely different shape and length than the other. My ring finger nail is so thick and fat it’s hideous. I had these done before a big vacation and it made me so upset to have them look like this and I didn’t have time to get them taken off so I had to wear them. 5 days in and they already are starting to lift and loosen. So so disappointed and this was my first time trying this place. 😡

The place is okay. I feel like it’s more expensive than others in the area. Also, they’re too busy even if you have an appointment, You still have to wait. It took me two hours to get my nails and get a pedi done. And of course they were rushing to get me done once it was my turn so the quality of their work wasn’t all that great.

Used to come here for eyebrows but they have a new middle aged lady now doing eyebrows, I have natural arches and I was very clear ,just a clean up and keep my arches. This person butchered my arches /eyebrows, The worst eyebrow outcome I have had . Only reduced price from 12 to 10 and was trying to go back and forth with me by telling me they were already like that! thats just pure insult to injury. At least own up to what you did and let the customer know they dont have to pay for this botched experience if you want to keep a customer and a discount for the next service. Plus I got zero apology. I was really disappointed because this was my go to spot when the other young lady was there.

Terrible. I got my nails done for my birthday. I asked for medium coffin nails. The shape was more rounded and nothing like coffin. I let that go, whatever. The next day my nail came off. Okay fine, the nail tech was nice so I decided to go back and fix it. No one offered to fix it complementary since it was their fault. But AGAIN I just let it go because its a business and stuff happens. But literally the NEXT day two fell off again!!! So annoying. So now, I have 8 nails and I just paid $40.

Not a good pedicure or manicure. Toes on each foot bled (Ive never bled during a pedicure ever!) and cuticles were not cut well and I got several bad hangnails within days.

I just got my nails done, I got SNS black nails with coffin shape and a little length to them. The tech was nice but did an awful job they are really thick and not smooth, there is no coffin shape they are more of a rounded square and the charged me $5 extra to have the coffin shape I do not have, there is black all over my cuticles and fingers looks like my toddler did them. If I did not have to go back into work I would have had them fix them, even though that should never be the case they should be done correct the first time. Needless to say I will not be returning!

I always receive great customer service when I come into this spa to get my nails done. Nancy is my go to girl! She has such a sweet spirit and shows compassion to each of her guests. Which is why I give it a 5*. The whole staff are very friendly!

The nail tech was nice but was really rushy. My nails were still not dryed. When we first got there, they said that fill-ins were $20. When my nails were done she said it was $28. She said that because of nail repair and long nails... but nail repair is $23 and it was the same height.

Gel nails started lifting in 1 week. Nancy the nail tech was made aware and she fixed 2 of the nails. She stayed the nails did that because I didn’t get a manicure with the gel nails. I have never had gel nails lift in 1 week.

I’ve been coming to Beverly Nails for close to a year now and have had good service so far. Winnie is very patient and understanding. I get SNS and I can tell she is passionate about her work from the quality of my nails. From time to time, they can get busy, so it’s best to make an appointment if you can. Ms. Kay has done my gel polish before and I had no complaints. Gel Polish just isn’t my thing anymore, as it doesn’t last and shine as long as the SNS.

I arrived and was immediately seated in pedicure chair. They turned on the water then it off. I sat there with toes in plain water no whirlpool. After 15 minutes the receptionist stopped by and added some blue tablets. Still no whirlpool. I almost left but finally a person said she’ll be here in a minute. Dipped nails uneven and not smooth, and all in my cuticles. It was suppose to match my toes but is more neon than earthy. Pedicure was ok but did great.

Never again. Showed the lady 3 different pictures and she couldn’t do NONE of them. So i settled and now that I look at my nails, my thumb is leaning to the side. I give up on shops in Charlotte. Back to making trips every few weeks to Columbia it looks like.

It was my first visit. The service i received was excellent. Wasnt rushed, the person took his time and made sure my pedi and mani was flawless. Ill definitely be going back.

I have been a patron for years and have always enjoyed the experience. The equipment had always been in good condition and is now new since the renovations. Service is top notch and Julie does a very thorough job with waxing. I have never witnessed the technicians using unsanitary tools. Some have better attitudes than others but thats everywhere.

Less than a week of getting a full set of SNS (brand which is not available here), 3 nails started lifting and 2 of those already fell off. It took more than 90 min to complete, still had a lot of roughness and ridges - and as mentioned, my nails are coming off. I usually am able to go for a fill every 2 - 3 weeks, not weekly! Will be going back to my usual spot

Expensive and in a hurry. Less patience...Every two months since I moved to Charlotte, almost 2 years ago. Im going to this place for doing my nails. Even in winter I did my pedi because I like it. But yesterday I went with my 4 month daughter in my lap. I wasnt the first time that I see babies there. So, for that reason and because I dont have anyone who care her, I decided to go and take a little time for me, I need it. Well, It was the second time when a man attended me, it was fine, the last one was really nice. And this one looked like, everything was fine with my pedi, but when he began the mani he looked nervous and suggested me to put my daughter into the car seat I brought to there. But my daughter didnt like it because she is very active and she was discovering a new place, she was excited, but not in bad way, I know how to calm her... BUT HE TRIED TO PUT MUSIC FROM HIS PHONE and calm her. He wanted to do faster my nails, I know, but in the end he finished one hand and then did the other hand. BECAUSE THATS HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE A BABY. I felt really sad. I ended putting my sandals and I didnt wash my hands because I wanted to exit running. I dont think my daughter disgusts people, but I still feeling sad. Im sorry I dont want to go back. I dont know if was my fault bringing my baby to there but I didnt have option and I was paying for that. In the end 69$. So, they could tell me: you cant be here with a baby. Or, sorry maam a cant work like this. But, not that way, not like that...

Thank God that the shop is under new management and I am actually thinking a group of people who actually care about customer service and cleanliness and updated products. Since Ryan take over all of a sudden the televisions work, you are offered something to drink And all the ripped chairs including the kid chairs are repaired. You get offered services you have lavender options and the technicians are actually friendly Now I do not mind patronising this place

Never going back ! Myself and my two girls both got full sets of nails last week I had mine done five days ago and they were already lifting so I asked them to fix it. Halfway through the service, I mentioned that I hope they dont expect me to pay for this and the lady started being rude to me . They absolutely insisted that I pay $30 for a fill. I told him they just lost three customers. It doesnt make sense to me. To lose three customers over $30.

The prices are too high. My nail polish chipped not even 12 hours later and they accused me of hitting something and I didn’t. My boyfriend only got his toenails and fingernails trimmed and they charged him $39. They weren’t friendly, seemed to do a rush job, and I keep getting hangnails every since I left.

I decided to chance this place despite the less than stellar reviews. Overall I had a great experience. I had a pedicure and SNS nails. The pedicure was your average pedicure, nothing amazing, but it got the job done. My SNS was thin (which I like) and done well, I have sensitive nail beds and it didnt burn after like a lot of other places. I will definitely be back, but will try to make an appointment as a lot of drop-ins had to wait a fair amount of time.

I got SNS with tip done yesterday. I have gaps between my nails and my cuticle as if ive had the nails on for over a week. The nail tech was nice but clearly in a rush. She complained about a late bridal party coming in after me and about being called into work. She didnt ask how i wanted my nail shaped. She just assumed I wanted it square. My nails were too thick at first. I had to ask her to file them down some more. I had to hold my hands up to a fan to dry for 10 minutes. Never going back
