I called this morning and they were able to fit me in very quickly today! Amy was so wonderful and kind. I enjoyed talking with her and everyone else in the salon! She made sure to make sure my nails were perfect which I appreciate! I will definitely be back for my next fill!

I had a great experience at Petals! I was able to easily make a reservation for myself, my mom and my sister. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and clean. I LOVED that there were not the usual strong smells of chemicals! We opted for gel manicures and the organic pedicure (awesome). The ladies worked quickly and efficiently and we were all done more or less at about the same time. The only negative for me were the bar stools at the counter where you get your manicure. It was somewhat awkward and uncomfortable trying to sit there without hitting my freshly painted toes against the bar. Otherwise, it was great! Ill definitely go back!

I really liked the atmosphere and the services here in petals nail salon. Not only they had great collection of gel polishes to choose from, they’re also very thorough with their work! My nail was done beautifully, and I’m very happy to found this nail spot. I would definitely go back again the next time I’m in town.

This has been the nicest pedicure experience I have had. The pediatrician in a box costs $35, and its such a wonderful treat, comes with a leg mask and a massage. The whole staff is so kind and considerate and listen to what we wanted. The design is so pretty and sleek and they are very cautious of keeping the areas clean. Would wholeheartedly reccomend this experience!

Fast a friendly service with complementary drinks while you have your nails done. I loved the atmosphere here and how many colors I had to choose from and loved how my nails came out in the end.I did call after having some minor nail issues and they gladly welcomed me back and did a whole new set for me. Definitely will return and maybe get a pedicure as well! :)

Wang is the best technician I’ve ever had. Got the pedi in a box and it comes with a great massage. Wang was very gentle with the massage and detail oriented with the polish. Everyone here is polite and friendly! They have vegan nail polish that supposedly doesn’t chip easily and lasts a long time. Thanks guys!

I get my nails done here regularly - usually dip and sometimes tips. I will never ever go anywhere else. When Im travelling for work, I let my nails grow out before I trust another salon to do such a good job. The entire place is CLEAN and the results are ALWAYS perfect. They really stand by the work that they do as well. Theres always HGTV and the Food Network playing so I can chill out with a little glass of wine. I also love and respect that you can tip with venmo! What a great idea! Instead of those other places that try to profit off of an ATM in the salon. I dont get my nails done anywhere else. 100% recommend!

Love the girl I had the first time! The second time was good too these manicures last awhile for me and that’s unusual! Haven’t had to waitUpdate - I love Lina she’s amazing I go to her every time and my nails always look great and she’s amazing at designs. I just wish I was able to make an apt online but they can usually fit me in day of or the next day

I found a flyer, for gel manicure and eyebrow wax for $25, under my windshield and decided to give them a try. I felt very rushed out. They focused solely on nails, didnt rub my hands at all and this is my favorite bit. The eyebrow wax was okay, but a bit thin for me. Ill stick with my normal.

The place is clearly newly renovated and very nice. As far as amenities, they have plenty. Pricing is fair and employees seem happy and friendly.So why just 2-stars? THE ACTUAL NAILS! I have had SNS done on my nails for almost three years now and never have then been this bumpy! As friendly as the employees were, and as nice as the place was... the execution of my dip powder was weak, thin & disappointing.I wanted this to be my new go-to nail salon but I am left having paid $50 for thin, bumpy nails that are close to chipping just three days after getting them done.

I watched this place turn into the beauty it is today and wow! Let me tell you! Such a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. Everything is placed in a perfect spot and looked completely organized. Not only is this place beautiful the employees were very friendly and helpful. They even had the patience for my little 2 year old girl! They took their time and painted her little nails so perfectly! Also the chairs vibrate!! 😍 I’ve been to other nail salons with the same chairs but they were just completely uncomfortable. Petals chairs are so comfortable and come with outlets! I have nothing bad to say about this place. Go there!

The first thing I look for in a nail salon is how sanitary it is. Petals used a new, (sanitized in an autoclave I assume) set of instruments on me and they line their pedicure tubs with plastic. A+Staff is very friendly. I was unhappy with my original manicure and they immediately fixed it for me. I am so happy with how my nails turned out. It is also very affordable and they just started to offer vegan manicures. I will be returning and telling my friends about Petals as well.

When I came in with my two daughters today, we were treated amazingly!!! My original nails were short (because of biting) and my nail artist was still able to give me a phenomenal set of tips! I feel so beautiful! Thank you for making me feel so great!!!!!!

Great service! Owner sold me on the vegan nail polish since I was wearing sneakers before work. It was dry in minutes and has lasted longer than regular polish. And it’s the best bang for your buck. Will be back!

Amazing service. Beautiful salon. It was unlike any nail service I’ve had before! The tech wasn’t annoyed when I wanted to change colors (because the initial one I chose was more pink than I wanted) and was happy to help me pick a new one! Not to mention they have a different way of drying nails, no sitting under that annoying dry bar!

I am not from the Charlotte area, but this is the BEST nail salon I have gone to. I was visiting the Charlotte area and needed to get my nails done. I did a Google search and read the reviews for Petals Nail Salon & Brow Boutique, and decided to give them a try. Needless to say, I am DEFINITELY coming back to get my nails done. They offer everything; a one stop shop. The staff were very professional and the salon is very elegant. You will not be disappointed!

I went to Mai and she absolutely positively awesome. Her customer service was great and I love my nails. She has definitely gotten a regular.

I was not a fan of this establishment and will not be returning. I already have a go to spot for my nails and my eyebrows. But I recently moved to SouthPark and received s coupon for this place in the mail. It was for free eye brow waxing with a discounted sns or gel manicure. I was optimistic and excited to try a new place and it got great reviews. However I was disappointed. First off they claim they couldnt redeem my voucher and said it was outdated. Which is strange as I just got it about 2 months ago and there wasnt an expiration date. So i just decided i would get my eyebrows done. Bad mistake. Prob one of the worst jobs Ive had. I have a natural arch and my eye brows are thick. I usually get them shaped and cleaned up. This did not happen for me. My eyebrows pretty much looked as they had previously just with a few strays missing that I could have done myself. Thirdly there was drilling and the odor from the restaurant next door. I will say staff was friendly but I wasnt impressed and will continue to go to my other locations.

At first, I loved this place. I got partial tips with SNS. Three nails broke and while one was my fault, the others were not and were due to a poor job. They made me pay $5 a nail to get them fixed. Not good customer service, I won’t be back or recommend them. They fixed them but were negative and not accommodating. Go elsewhere that puts customers first.

This was an awesome experience! I just relocated from Ohio and I’ve been to a couple other nail shops that were ok but this place is my new nail salon! The service was prompt and pleasant and professional I can’t say enough good things about this place if your looking for a great nail salon look no further! They also do great with eyebrows it’s a one stop pampering session!

I wanted to love this place. I have gotten a pedicure several times here and have never had a problem. My biggest complaint was the way they did my SNS. I’ve gotten SNS done on my nails for several years so I am well aware of how it should look. The man who did my nails made them so thick. It looked as if I had glued a wide piece of gum on my nails. When I complained they tried to correct it but it did not help. The manager tried to convince me that SNS should be thick so it does not chip. My nails chipped a week in and overall looked horrible. I would not recommend getting your SNS done here.

Walked in for the first time today, 2/5/18 at 6:35pm. For starters, I was not greeted. I noticed a couple sitting in the waiting area and three women being serviced. As I proceeded to sign in, a man walked up and asked if he could help me. I told him that I would like a gel polish change. He then stated that they were short on techs and would not be able to service me today. The salon does not close until 7:30pm....needless to say, I will not be returning here.

What a baller place! Organic pedi is so awesome. Its like how you feel after eating organic for six weeks, but in forty minutes.

The man at the front desk, welcome space was rude and made sexual comments at me and my friend. The girl forgot to put a top coat on one of my hands and she was so rude, complaining about how she was going to be late to hangout with friends. The tech didnt listen to my color requests and questioned me when I asked for a 3 coats of color. All around terrible experience.

Being fairly new to Charlotte from NoVa, I had to rely on reviews for nails, hair, etc. As usual I had to decide for myself what the best fit for me would be. Hair, Salon 1226, in Plaza Midwood hands down winner. Nails, I was highly recommended to go Dilworth Nails and the one by Fresh Market. Sadly Dilworth Nails was too disorganized and chaotic for me. I need some sense of calm when I get all of the craziness during the week at work. Petals is different. It has a fresh, calming ambiance with a super nice and professional staff. The music is relaxing, chairs super comfy and a beautiful spa green color. The lighting is modern and a warm, flattering white. In summary, when I come here, I feel so taken care of and when I leave, aaaaaaaaah-mazing! The owner, Mai, gets it. She knows how to set-up a spa with lots of attention to detail. Mai knows how to hire a really good team of service professionals. Alex and Amy have both given me amazing pedicures that were perfect!! If you are looking for a relaxing experience with results that are beautiful, this is it!
