Horrible. Had package delivered by UPS on 9/2/21 @4:02 pm on porch. Dog barked, went to door picked up package saw it was open . walked out to street to see if UPS truck still around it wasnt. Saw some contents of package on the ground. Called UPS @4:12pm.Was told to file a claim. I asked if driver could be contacted to see if other contents were inside truck. I was told they could not contact driver but would notify the hub and that someone would contact me . I filed a claim. Called UPS the next morning to follow up. No one could tell me anything , asked if I had filed a claim. They asked if they could pick up package for investigation since I said it appeared to be cut open. I told her pick up would have to be after 6pm because I was at work. At 5:17pm ,the same guy who delivered the package showed up, and stated to the person there he was picking up a damaged package. The person called me and I said the pick up was scheduled for after 6pm.I told the person to ask if he was the person who delivered the package. The person asked UPS guy if he delivered the package and he responded yes, but I didnt open it.The person then took his picture with a phone and he ran back to the truck and drove off leaving damage call slip on porch(which he is not supposed to do). When I got home, called UPS to report what took place. Told that again the information would relayed to supervisor at charlotte hub for investigation. I did not hear from anyone. Within the past week whenever the delivery guy past my house and someone is outside he blows the horn but doesnt stop.To me this seems to be some sort of taunt because he knows nothing is being done. So today I called , got the computer system which asked for a tracking #, gave # and it said to check back later for delivery information! So I requested a call via online chat. Got a call Shelly who could not do anything other than take down the same info again. She then connected me to Chris who said he was a supervisor( really hate how no one gives you a last name, they say they cannot at least a customer service rep ID # would help with accountability) I give him the same information I gave Shelly. Chris told me to hold while he attempted to contact supervisor at charlotte hub. He tried for 15 minutes. He promised that he would get information to them and that I would get a call back. Well 45 minutes later I get a call from Austin. And I preceded to tell everything from begining to end AGAIN. Interestingly, Austin could not find any record of me filing a claim.He then said he would relay the information to Supervisor for drivers and supervisor of investigations. I don t know how UPS has remained in business with this type of customer service. Only one star because Chris did get someone from Charlotte hub to call me .

Yesterday I visited the UPS Customer Care Center on Jeff Adam’s Drive in Charlotte. I had 3 boxes to send to my grown children for Easter. I’m not great with the computer, and needed the address stickers printed. I struggled for a bit. Then Shari came and offered to help me. She was professional and gentle and kind, and I appreciated her willingness to help me. She checked me out immediately, even though a line had then formed. She is an example of someone who cares and UPS should be grateful to have such a great employee working for them. Thank you Shari.

While delivering a package on 7/27, a UPS driver drove through a tree bed spinning tires through the landscaping as he entered our property and then proceeded to drive through our yard as he exited the property crushing our irrigation lines. I understand accidents happen but to not stop and even acknowledge such an occurrence is blatant disregard for other peoples property. Furthermore, this is a driveway where this size UPS truck does not fit, which he might have noticed if he wasnt talking on his phone..

WoW! SHAME on the customer service representatives ( and management for allowing this type of calamity) at the UPS facility on Jeff Adams Drive in Charlotte. I am shocked and appalled! They actually went into their system (or somehow mangled my package to arrive at another ups facility extremely far from where I live) and intentionally altered the destination of my package! I’m researching this to find out if this is illegal. All of this has taken place simply because ( the day before my original package pick up date I went there thinking that my packages had arrived, they hadn’t this was my error) I would not allow the representative take a look at my personal property (my cellphone) to view the tracking number. She stated, “It works better for me if I read it!” Needless to say I read her the number from my cellphone. And sure enough when I returned the following day to retrieve my packages ( both were from the same company) one of them had been redirected to a location on Wilkinson Drive! I called the UPS 1-800 number to have my package redirected back to Jeff Adams Drive. They were helpful. I’m awaiting the results. Shame Shame Shame on these individuals!!!!!

We have the BEST UPS drivers in the Charlotte, NC area. Over the past 4 years, we have had 3 different drivers. They have all been EXCELLENT. They are especially good to our dog. They always leave him dog treats when they deliver a package to us, and they will even make a quick stop to drop off a treat if they are delivering to a neighbor. Our dog LOVES them, and we appreciate their thoughtfulness as well!!

After reading the reviews at this location I am not shocked. They need to close the location for poor customer service. I got a message saying my packages was delivered, and it was never received, I call customer service they say , the driver left it under the stairs on the third floor. I don’t live near stairs nor on the third floors. Where is my package! They have left me at a huge inconvenience & let’s not talk about how much money I spent on this package.

Poor Hand to Surface delivery! In Charlotte, NC on Monday, 12/14/2020 this female UPS driver threw my package across my steps and front stoop. It was a box of wine! I saw her and advised her of what she did and what was in the box. She flat out denied it. I told her that she was on video and she walked off telling me to have a great day. What is wrong with your employee? She has no respect for her costumers, their property or you the company she works for and represents. I truly hope you take action to correct this violation of customer trust. I have the video and I would like to send it to you, please advise on how to do so.

The closing time is 6 pm. I raced over after work and arrived at 5:58. The two women in the lobby looked at me as I approached the door. One literally ran over, turned off the lights, and locked the door so I couldn’t get in. Horrific service!!!!

Absolutely useless! They sent us somebody elses phone who is in a different city! Then, we called UPS and they said they would contact the driver and we should receive a call (this is around noon) from the Driver, and an hour goes by and nothing. We call again. Same thing. And again, same thing. Then my wifes work is about to close (This was shipped Air Saver by Verizon so things are normally delivered between 3-4:30. So my wife waits at work. I get off work, and drive up there (45 minutes away) to wait with her. They tell us 7, then 8, then that the driver has until 9 .That MF never showed up, and we spent all Friday night waiting. If we were worse people we would throw the brand new Mini they left (without a signature) by then in the bushes somewhere. I used to like UPS, but now I think the USPS is somehow inexplicably the best package carrier service—and they set a pretty low bar sometimes.

I rate UPS NO stars! However, to post this review, I had to rate a star. I find it completely unacceptable to call and not have the option to speak with anyone. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. FedEx is always willing to provide you with someone to speak with when you make such a request. I dont know WHY any company uses UPS. They are terrible!!

Got a notification that a package could not be delivered because of address error, this was on UPSs part. Then after making a call at 3:00 to schedule a pickup I was notified that I would get a call within the hour, I have called three times and now its three and a half hours later and I finally get in touch with someone who is in a call center in India! The customer service center closed 30 minutes ago! Customer service for UPS is comical at best The only problem is Im not laughing! Piss poor service as always and unfortunately no one at UPS cares!

Placed an order and the person who was supposed to deliver the package stole it instead. Will be certain to never use UPS ever again. They are just as bad as FedEx. Zero accountability of the theives they employ. From now on if I cant get it myself from a store or through Amazon then it is pointless to try to get it at all. Loretta (who said she was a supervisor) at the Charlotte UPS hub was snippy and impolite. The delivery driver dropped the package and broke the item. I contacted Amazon and they scheduled UPS to pick it up the delivery driver showed up 2-3 days later at a random time saying that he could return tomorrow to pick it up he didnt when I called Loretta said I would have to pay them to come back out to pick up the package... so her manager called me shortly after posting this to tell me the driver would be able to stop by to pick up the package and was very polite so back to 5 stars.

Teresa was a life saver this weekend!! She didnt hesitate to go to the back and find my package. It took her 3 minutes, before she went back there she did tell me it may take her a while BUT that was fine because it showed dedication to helping me find my package!....In terms of UPS customer service line, they are completely incompetent! I spoke with 12 people including a supervisor before I decided to get up and go to the warehouse!

If there was a negative I would give it just that. This was the last known location of my package. But apparently it got lost how I’m not sure. It was out for delivery one day and never showed up. I needed to sign for it. My guess it was stolen. Not only was it important it was from my deceased grandmother. This is by far ridiculous. They conducted an investigation and even after not finding it they did not even reach out to me nor the shipper. I will NEVER ship with UPS ever again. There should be two options find my package or fire whoever stole it.

On Saturday I received a notification that UPS could not access my apartment. Okay sure, maybe nobody was in the leasing office to let them through the gate. On Monday the UPS truck parked outside my door and then left without delivering any of my packages and marked my address as incorrect. The truck was at the door. After spending over 3 hours contacting customer service over the phone my package is now only available for pickup 30 minutes away. I have now been on hold for another 2 hours and I do not think I will ever get my package. This is the worst service I have ever received by any company in any industry. Again, the truck was sitting right outside my door, this is inexcusable.

Sent some packages I had ordered off amazon for my grandson for Christmas down to my daughter in Charlotte. Got an alert on my phone saying package could not be delivered due to incorrect address. Mind you I have sent multiple items via Amazon delivery and through USPS and never had a problem. So why is it UPS cannot find my daughters address when nothing has changed. Customer service was no help and I had to tell them just leave packages at center for her to pick up tomorrow. I have never had a problem with UPS up here in New Jersey but I have no clue whats going on with them in North Carolina.

I would give them a zero if possible. I ordered a phone from Sprint online. I paid extra to have it rushed. I took off work and waited all day for my package. They never showed. I went online to track my package and it said the driver attempted delivery at 5:48 which I knew was not true. I called and had them hold my package at the call center for pickup the next day. I pick it up and open it and there is no phone or sims card in the box. oohh I wonder is this why you lied and said you attempted delivery. Now they are taking me through this long process for my phone.

I received a post card from UPS on 6.5.18 saying to go to this address to pick up my package, the post card said the last day to pick it up was 6.5.18. So on 6.5.18 (day after o received the post card from them) I rushed to this location 1600 Cottonwood St at my lunch break and the lady at the desk told my my package wasnt there and it was sent to a location in Matthews? (She didnt even bother to look for it at all). Between 6.5.18 and 6.11.18 I called the customer service a couple of times and also email back and forward with them. Today 6.12.18 I receive an email saying my package will be return to sender?! I immediately called the customer service line and asked why was this package being sent back to sender if I had been trying to get it for a week now and had been in constant communication with them and after talking to 3 different people including a supervisor Erfmin? and an inpatient customer service representative Zhanb they werent able to help me. After being on the phone close to 50 minutes Zhanb ended up saying I have to call back tomorrow and told me I need to be patiente?! I have been patient I have been trying to get my packege for the past week. This is unacceptable.

I placed an order on Sunday 12/15/19 and my confirmation said that I will receive my package on Thursday 12/19/19. On Thursday nothing was delivered. I checked the status of the package online and a message read, Dec 18, the street name is incorrect, this may delay delivery, were attempting to update the address. On my order confirmation that was emailed to me from the company, my address is accurate so I called the company to explain my concerns. The rep then called UPS while I was on 3-way at 11:23 pm. The representative explained to the rep with UPS that the information should be correct for my address and had them to confirm that nothing changed in their system. The UPS rep said that it was the same information and that the order would be expedited and I could expect to receive my package on Friday, 12/20/19 between 12 pm - 6 pm. When nothing was delivered by 5:15 pm I check the status again, and the same information is reporting, the street name is incorrect..... I call the company once more and explain to them that the information was not updated with UPS and that I need to get this rectified. A second call with me on 3-way was conducted. The rep with UPS at 5:30 pm doesnt see that a Case# was created which we didnt receive any type of number that night when speaking with the person. So they went through the same process in confirming my name and address that matched in their system. They then game us a case number to refer to. I requested to speak with a supervisor and I was told that to expect to receive a call within 1 hour after disconnecting with them at 5:50 pm. I called back at 8:07 pm to UPS directly to find out why I had not received a call from a supervisor after also researching the tracking number and the report now reads, Estimated Delivery Dec. 23, however the shipping activity continues to report, the street name is incorrect..... with an update with todays date 12/20/19. As I speak to a third rep and go through the details for the last 2 calls she informs me that she doesnt see the case number in the system, nor anything being recorded from my last 2 calls!! She explains to me that the case# is created to allow a supervisor to call a customer back once they receive the information when they send it over to the department. As I constantly hear others in the background, I ask if she is working in the USA or outside of the USA. She informs me that she is in South America.I dont have a problem with work being outsourced, however, it becomes a problem when it now appears that the outsourced work isnt being properly handled and we a consumer have to suffer with them not doing a job that resolves a problem. I literally live 5 minutes away from the UPS Customer Center off N Graham St! To know that you have a major retail company entrusting their shipments through UPS and rather it be the driver or the GPS that is having an issue finding my home after several deliveries from UPS in the past 2 years, something needs to be investigated. Its now after 9 pm, because I gave up being placed on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor because its a lost cause. I will encourage any company I place an order with in the future to use another company like FedEx, DHL Express or anyone else after this experience. Im afraid that the package will never reach my home and that this complaint will also be ignored along with the other reports here.

The worst experience I have ever had while shipping and will refuse to ever use UPS again. My christmas package is 10 days late. The note states that the address provided is incorrect...even though UPS has delivered to this address several times. I have had to call into this location 3 times now and still no package. If you type in my address the GPS brings you directly to my door. Not sure how difficult this is. I was told to come pick up the package...Why would I pick up the package when I have paid you to deliver the package? This is the absolute las time I ever use UPS. Trash.

I saw the previous ratings about the poor customer service and was worried about going to pick up my package today. When I got there -friendly guard at the gate, No problem. Parking-easy too. Inside I was greeted by the employee at the counter (Sorry i didnt get her name) who was very friendly and professional. Than without her having to ask if i needed assistance getting my package in the car (it weighted 28 lbs) her co-worker offered to carry it to my car. WOW Great customer service THANK YOU

Have been tracking an important package since it shipped. It was already delayed by a day, so I made sure to be around for my package all day, since it had been out for delivery since 5am. At 6:20pm, I checked the status of my package for the third time in an hour to discover that a delivery had been attempted, but nobody was home, and they would retry on Monday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Absolutely no attempt had been made by the driver to deliver my package, they instead chose to be lazy about delivering it and lie to get out of it. Now Im the one who has to suffer for this incompetence. I called customer service immediately, who refused to provide me with a phone number at the location my package was being held, and told me I could not even pick it up tomorrow. Their resolution? To send a freaking email to the center here. AWFUL customer service, and even worse drivers. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER UPS! From now on, Im paying the premium for a better and more reliable company.

Their delivery man didn’t read my address right and said that Had entered the wrong address, when i actually did enter my address 100% correct & they repay me by having me wait a full weekend and a Monday to receive my package, i was offered to pick my package up from the warehouse which is 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back and due to me just moving into my home and not updating my address on my ID i couldn’t pick up my package. And there was no trying to make something work for me or help me get my package on time, Horrible customer service , super inconveniencing. Pitiful

Uper management is the problem. CE0 READ REVIEWS....The blue collar workers are not at fault. They have put GPS On the Brown trucks expect the drivers to run. Not safe. They use GPS to time every delivery .. You are not gonna get your package On time. Especially if you live in a apartment complex these drivers are NOT going up-and-down steps. You can pay $25 express delivery , then plan on Express yourself in your car to UPS location to pick up your own package. Drivers are over work underpaid. Upper management , all the way to the CEO. BAD EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME AND A WASTE OF $$ AND TIME TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT SUX, LOOK at reviews.

UPS is the worse! I lived in a apartment complex and the office is closed due to Corona so they are advised to leave the packages at the door. However they are going to the office knowing its closed and then leaving out saying the customer requested pickup! So I contacted customer service and advised them to leave my package at the door that I will be home all day and what they do come back out to the office and leave back out the complex! Never even attempted to come to my Apartment and I was literally watching them drive out the complex from my balcony. Now I have to go out of my way to go pick up the package!.

Well, I may as well throw my name in the bucket!A free warranty repair shipment somehow turned into $930 and their customer service has turned into an international game of ‘pass the buck’. Really feeling for the UPS reps who are probably underpaid and forced to feed customers scripted lies.Understand that the UPS next day ‘guarantee’ that you pay a premium for has some fine print. In my case, “There was a technical problem”, or “We didn’t have enough staff” completely voids the ‘next day’ delivery.Please.. please. Trust the bad reviews. Go with Fedex. Terrible experience. I had guaranteed delivery by Friday evening. The driver came but didnt leave the package (it did not require a signature). So I called the 800 number to reschedule. They said that my package was at this location and could not be delivered. No other explanation. Sent my wife to get package. They refused to give it to her despite the gentleman on the phone saying it would be fine. So, 4 days later Im cancelling an appointment to pick up a package that UPS decided was not deliverable. Just use FedEx or anyone else. Save yourself frustration.

After reading all the reviews. I think the delivery drivers are stealing packages and the managers are in on it. I got a notice at 12:32 saying package delivered left at doorstep. Went to my door no package. No one knocked or rang the doorbell. Called customer service. Was told a bunch of lies to get me off the phone. On 3rd call. Asked for a supervisor and he apologized for me receiving misleading info and started the investigation that the previous rep swears he had already started. Not to mention he said it could take 1 to 8 business days. Like i didnt pay for over night shipping for a reason. After reading all the bad reviews im warning you never use this ups. By far one of the worst services. They had me waiting on a packing that said it was on the truck, but here is the funny part it was still at the UPS center. So I stayed up for nothing, and the customer service people kept saying it would be delivered by the end of night. It is kind of hard to deliver a package if it is still at the center, but the tracking says something different. The whole issue started when they said I moved and I have not! They noted that they tried to call me to confirm my address, but they had my area code incorrect so that explains why they could not reach me. Did they both to contact me by email? Since, that was the only thing they had correct according to them.No! So now they are trying to reschedule for another time that wont work for me. One of the customer service representatives said she dont know if they can change the address using a different shipping address??? That is the place where they make labels it can happen,and plus it is not on a truck! I am waiting on my phone call now!

So Ive been waiting at home, all day, because I received a notice saying my package would be delivered between 3:30 and 7:30 today. I called at 8 because it still wasnt here. The rep told me delivery times have been extended until 10:30 due to the amount of packages they still have. At 10:35 I call back and was informed it was put on a truck but never left the facility. When asked if they could then schedule the delivery for tomorrow, Saturday, I was told I have to wait for a call from the local facility that messed up in the first place. Im not holding my breath. This is why I prefer using fedex.

UPS SUCKS!!!! constantly they are leaving packages at my front door! There has been a string of missing packages within my community. You would think UPS would stop leaving packages at a front door after getting complaints. UPS.... train your DRIVERS! Even if they are covering for the original driver temporarily.UPS will do an investigation of missing packages and/or cover missing packages. BUT when you have a business to run and waiting on inventory to arrive according to the tracking number, WHO has time to wait an additional 8 days for their investigation to be complete? NOT ME! I have customer orders that need to be fulfilled on time. Of course that isnt going to happen now. Thanks UPS, yet again, for sub-par service, costing me money, and reputation! Even if you havent been told where to leave a package, common sense says........ if the recipient isnt home to receive the package, take it to the leasing office where the package would be safe, rather than on someones door step where the package is exposed to thievery. Gain a little common sense, be a better service provider.

Please people dont ship your package via UPS. they have the worst service ever. you will wait for your mails just to find out it has been returned back to the sender without leaving a notice of attempt or knocking at the door. this business should close down. USPS and Fedex are good. but not UPS

I had a next day air delivery packed because it was important. They delivered it to the wrong address. That was a new phone as I broke the old phone. Do these people care at all? I tried to reach them to fix it but it took forever to get connected. Then they said they will fix it but still waiting. Never use UPS please. Their service is really bad.

I wish could give a (-0), the absolute worst Ive ever encountered. Two packages within the last 60days. First $1200.00 investment check...next day delivery, misteruouly disappeared . Had to file a report and cancel vacation check 3days before vacation.Second package signature required also went missing. After all the calling around...finally received a return call at 6pm from customer service rep....assured me that my package would be ready for pick up Sat at 10am.Get to the center...again no package.No leadership on site to help resolve issues.Now here Im having to wait until .Monday to see if I have to file another missing package claim. Horrible service from daily deliveries to customer service.

I directed my package to be delivered to a UPS store close to my home because of vacation. But I was told the store couldnt hold any longer before I can come back. Called the customer services and was told the package would be delivered to the Customer Center, which is about 30 miles away from my home. Called before driving all the way to the UPS Customer Center, the system announced my package is at the Customer Center. But when I came here I was told the package was never delivered to the center. It was still at the store. So I came all the way for nothing thanks to UPS. Unlike USPS and FedEx, UPS doesnt have a vacation hold option to begin with, now it also successfully wasted my time and mileage. Great company!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I have unfortunately had to deal with this place twice and both times had awful customer service and delayed ship times. The first time, I paid a pretty penny to have an important document overnighted. The driver had the access code for the building, apparently did not try it around 10 am. Instead said the address was incorrect and sent back to the hub to be sent back to the original shipper. Without UPS ever notifying me. They had ample time to turn around and send it back to me, where I was waiting all day on the phone trying to rectify the situation. Instead, at about 5:45pm, they tell me to come pick it up half an hour away and they close at 6pm. I had to go to the hub and wait in line at 10 am the next day. And now I am somewhat in the same boat, as my package has been sitting in charlotte for 2 days now with a Next Day Air package I paid good money for. Customer service cannot tell me when my package is estimated to leave the facility (should have been yesterday). So now, yet again, I am stuck in a very bad predicament because of this hub. If I can keep from using UPS ever again, I will.

Most people are unaware that all UPS stores are privately owned and set their own price.I paid $160 to ship a package to another country and it took 7 days. I assumed all UPS stores were the same price.I went to my local USPS, the price would have been $45 and delivered in 5 days. They laughed and said the all the local UPS stores buy their stamps from them.....

Short of incompetent. They couldn’t find my address, so I made arrangements to retrieve my pkgs with the 800 UPS to get my 3 pkgs from 3 different businesses. Arrived at the 4200 location on a Thursday only to be told just 1 pkg was there. UPS representative told me the 800 number isn’t aware of their satellite location. Come again!?!?!? I drove 35 minutes each way to be told my pkgs are not where they said it would be. UPS rep called their satellite location and I gave a better description of where I reside and was promised delivery of the other 2 pkgs on Friday. No such luck. It’s now Tuesday and they won’t attempt to deliver until Thursday. What’s crazy is I’ve had plenty of deliveries from UPS, FEDEX, Amazon, etc. at my current home. I said short of incompetent but I was wrong. They are incompetent.

I had a next day delivery package which I paid so much just because it was SO Important, they didn’t deliver the package for three days and at the end I drove many mile to get my package myself. Disgusting service. I called them so many time and every time they said driver will be there in one hour but the driver never showed up. Super bad service like horror.

I drove completely across the city to find this place for a package that I arranged to be picked up here the next day. Not only did I receive bad customer service they did not have my package due to it stuffed in a trailer even though it was out for delivery the day prior. Worst place possible.

If I could give UPS a zero star I would!!! I have been waiting on my package since the 21st.. every time its time for my package to be delivered the apartment number is mysteriously wrong or missing!! The supervisors arent any help and the communication within the entity is awful!!! The drivers are incompetent and dont know simple geography.. they say they came today to attempt delivery however there is no door tag and when I call UPS they say no number was on the delivery, so whose lying? The drivers or the supervisors or the girl who called me this morning and said that the driver had my number and he would call when hes in the vicinity??!!! I am beyond pissed!!!! I will never choose to use UPS!!!

Folks at the Customer Counter are great folks.Put massive effort tracking my package down.This is an actual sort facility, so you can imagine the size of the place.Took about 20 mins, but they found it.Kept me in the loop often.Folks may complain about stuff like this. ...but they really need to know what these people do during their day.Hats off to UPS employees.

Dropped off two heavy boxes at this UPS Customer Service Center and before I even exited my truck, a woman opened the doors for me and greeted me with a smile and quickly handled my drop-off. Excellent customer service!

I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this company. They have no customer service skills and do not value their customers. I would never recommend using UPS for any shipping services. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued using them after having two bad experiences but three times is enough.

Nothing but lazy, ineffective and inefficient low income pos weking @ups and FedEx. Ups is the worst. They say they attempted a delivery, Ive been sitting outside the home for an hour. So, 30 minutes ago, the lazy driver stated he attempted a delivery, but I didnt see a ups truck? These people need to be on welfare and stay in the projects where they belong! Actual work and earning a decent wage is something that these people are not qualified for, yet they still hog all the jobs.

Worst freaking service I have ever received. If I could give this location -5 I definitely would. If you are able to send your package to another location, I would do it. Staff is so rude!! I always order stuff online and most of the time it shipped Fedex, but sometimes I do get UPS and this location is where my stuff is always sent. I dread coming to this location every time
