A very clean place. The food was great compared to other restaurants here in San Francisco. However, the food took a while to prepare I waited for 25 minutes until my omakase Don was served :/ . Keep up the good work but please speed things up a bit

I called ArrowMail with a last minute request to help me pick up some items, package them and ship out via FedEx out. Kristi was helpful and accommodating from the first phone call. I am located in Los Angeles so the transaction was done remotely. My request fell after hours and ArrowMail made sure to keep me posted and sent final confirmation once the FedEx was delivered.
