Terrible. Package that was shipped overnight was a day late and sent to hickory instead of Charlotte. They offered no solutions or help of any kind. My only option was to drive to hickory to pick up the package. It was an hour drive from Charlotte and FedEx denied any kind of compensation or assistance. Then the employee tried to lecture me about shipping overnight and as a customer we should not expect the same service we have had in years past. What ? Absolutely terrible and incompetent.

Have to drop off packages for work and this is a nice option since it closes super late and less issues having important packages getting lost as its nex to the hub. Staff has always been helpful at this location. Wish I could say the same for other FedEx locations.

What happens when your package is signed for and delivered but you are sitting empty handed? How does a collection of letters equal a customer signature? Yes, I am also a customer. Educate your workforce and pay them, so they dont have to resort to these tactics. As a company you should be embarrassed. HORRIBLE.

Nice lady but she couldnt help us cause they didnt had a box for our sons frame. I was surprised it was the main ship center and they didnt carry those type of boxes. They should. We found anotherfed ex office and they help us fast.

They lie about deliveries. I just got an email from Wal-Mart saying my 2nd order of bunk beds has been delivered . Thats a lie. They delivered the first set . Its bunk beds for Gods sakes! I highly doubt it was stolen since the bunk bed frames are metal and super heavy. And weve been checking every 30 minutes. So wheres my beds ya damn liars? Wal-Mart needs to stop doing buissiness with FEDEX.

Manager not fare, not professional, not polite, aggressive !!!Very disappointing and frustrating with conspiracy at this location.I stopped there to drop prepaid package and to buy a card, I patiently waited in line for 25 min, finally representative scanned my package and told me to wait few second to print the receipt, same time at the door show up manager lady with her important client, who was holding multiple packages, she pushed me to the side by telling representative to move to next register, the guy walked me to different cash register to collect payment for a birthday card, again , I have to wait for few minutes, then we walked back to obtained receipt, but manager moved my package to a pile without issuing the receipt!!!! I had to wait again while she looked for it and scan it again, so after 50 min total waiting time I walked out with very bitten feelings !!!! Very disrespectful !!!!!

Omg this location is awesome; Paul is the best (Guy behind Counter)When I first googled FedEx locations I was a little nervous when I saw the other reviews at ship locations around the Steele Creek area; I saw that this location has a five- star rating but I was a little bit confused by the address being just right by the airport; so I called the 1-800 customer service number for Fed-Ex and indeed they confirmed at this location is an accurate “receiving location” for Fed Ex packages.The fact of the matter that this “location” was only 11 minutes away from my house was amazing to me.....how did I pass this gem? so I decided to go on my little journey I got in my car and to my surprise this location is indeed right by the airport. Its a little office its not like the other FedEx locations thats a one stop shop but its very convenient and all you have to do is just drop your package off and away you go!Paul was very informative, Business oriented and customer service friendly . He knew a lot about the ins and outs of the business and to my surprise this location is one of the oldest locations in Charlotte.I would hope that FedEx read the reviews and keeps this location going as this is one of the best locations I have visited. Again, it might not have all the bells and whistles like all of the other FedEx ship/packing / print locations but this location is getting the job done with a smile!!!!Thanks FedEx and thank you Paul for a job well done😘🙃😘🙃

Do not use fedex this is by far the worst company I have ever seen on the latest issues my package was supposed to arrive yesterday it didnt they promised me it would arrive by 4 today it didnt I call around 530 again I am promised it by 8pm nope not happening I track it again and they claim to have attempted delivery with no one home that was a lie I have been watching the door all day I need this package not to mention my old mans been working in the front yard all day.. They are nothing but liars.. Last 2 visits the driver steps to the back of his truck and throws my packages under my boat slings rocks everywhere with his tires and leaves.. The first problem I had 3 gift cards mailed from Walmart. Com well they were marked delivered a week before they arrived but get this they were all opened and my money had been spent . fedex did nothing about anything . This is the biggest scam company out dont trust your shipments with fedex.

FedEx is the way to go if it absolutely positively has to be there

Fantastic. Easy to find, plenty of parking. No wait no line. As it should be.

My shipment was delayed bc it was not the right size, fit for the truck so they bumped it. Per customer service after i paid for 2 day shipping.

You cannot fill out shipping labels at this location. If you pay online print label elsewhere otherwise they want another payment to print your existing label. Disappointed FedEx.
