This was my first time with a moving company, we relocated two of our offices. Philip De Noto was the commercial executive sales representative that worked with me. He was outstanding and extremely helpful. I never had the need to call him, he was always following up with me. He went above and beyond for me. Philip not only gave me a proposal, but also a great customer service. He also sent me a super crew, Tim and Andy. Always ask for them. They did an excellent job, they care not only about the job, they care about the client 100%. Tim and his crew are the best. If you are in the process of moving and need it done right I do highly recommend Suddath to move you.... and dont forget always ask form Tim and his crew.

We are a working manufacturing plant that moved during our busiest season. We met with Austin from Suddath to see what options we had to keep manufacturing and moving into our new location at the same time. He walked our plant and came up with a plan and he came back the same day with his supervisor to make sure the plan was the right plan. He had a proposal to us within 2 days and he was thorough and understood our needs. Scarlett came on as the moving coordinator and gave us the full plan and worked with us when we had to change the plan. Of course there were hiccups, what move doesn’t. What mattered to us was how they were handled and in a very timely manner. Austin and his team made sure we could do our jobs while they did theirs. The move took several days and Austin stopped in several times to make sure things were going right and he came in the last day to make sure we were happy with the move and to see if we had any concerns.If you are looking to move and need it done right we do highly recommend Suddath to move you.Cheryl M

Armstrong Trucking was the best moving service I have every received. Both Bobby and William are excellent at packing a truck. Bobby kept everyone moving and did it with a smile and kind words. I observed 2 of there trucks unloading at an office building in Concord and noticed that they were occupying 2 handicapped parking spaces. Not acceptable

We had Suddath move our furniture and store it and then bring it to a home we were building. The crew that delivered our furniture was very impressive. The best moving experience we have ever had (7 moves to date)! They were professional, polite, skilled, thorough and just wonderful to work with. There was no damage and they took care with our home. Frank in sales was very helpful and accommodating. Theresa, our coordinator followed up nicely throughout the move and even arranged for a backup to call while she was out. What really buttoned this up was the drivers, a husband and wife team Chris and Keith. They were very calm throughout the loading and unloading. They were incredibly careful and respectful to ensure the job was done right. Overall Suddath has done an outstanding job and they are paying attention to details most moving companies do not. The hard work seems to be paying off for the management team and the team members at Suddath in Charlotte.

This being our 14th relocation in 35 years we have reasonable expectations. This company failed in most every category in what should of been a stress free relocation. Our household goods were placed on 2 separate trailer trucks with NO notice until it was too late. One would assume that the homeowner would be advised so that “essential household items would be placed on the first truck with the non essential household items on the truck not being delivered until 4 full days after the first. Our coordinator was MIA or just avoiding having to have the difficult conversation. It’s been 1 1/2 days and I finally was able to contact the company to find out that the second load is now sitting in a warehouse waiting to be loaded yet again onto another truck. Again no communication from coordinator. The good news is all my Christmas decorations, storage items,patio furniture, bicycles, spare bedroom items will arrive on time. I do believe they call this “Bait and Switch”.

Glad we didnt read some of the reviews on this page before we decided to go with Suddath. Suddath was GREAT!!!. We have used them 3 times in our lives and each time was a pleasure. We had two different teams that moved us; Jims team moved us out and Bobs team moved us in. Both teams were prompt in arriving and took extreme care in carrying furniture in and out of the homes. Every team member was courteous and efficient(Unfortunately one credenza had a broken leg for which we have submitted a claim). We would very highly recommend Suddath to anyone else planning either a local or a long distance move (we have done both with Suddath).

My 8th and hope to be last House Hold Goods move was completed last week by Suddath of Charlotte and it was by far the best moving experience I have had . The Crew headed up by Tim Morton couldnt have been better on the front end and back end of the move. Everyone was neat, professional and understanding of our particular issues. The support Staff at Suddath was also exceptional from the Move Coordinator Theresa Brown to the VP & General Manager Monty Miller. Ms. Brown stayed in constant contract with me and I even had contact from Mr. Miller! Lord help us if we have to relocate again, but if it comes Suddath of Charlotte will be my only consideration!

Very easy to schedule and adjust the timing to meet my needs. The driver and his team were very extremely careful when packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking...nothing broken or even scratched. They put down runners for the wood floor as well as wall and doorway protectors and not even a scratch or a scuff was left in my new house. Wonderful move!

Best move of my 20 year career. Friendly, professional staff with company longevity. Demonstrated teamwork; another team stopped by when they finished their account to see if the team assigned to me needed any help.The destination property was much smaller than the origin property. The guys stayed as long as I asked to get as much packing out of the house as possible. I know this is part of the contract but Ive never been assigned a team who wasnt in a hurry to get to another job and/or treated my property with as much care.Most importantly, my HHGs made it to destination in perfect condition!!Perfect final move!!

Suddath Relocation Systems contacted our agency to see how they could help with our Thanksgiving Food Box program. We met with Monty and he offered a solution that was invaluable! Suddath loaned us 5 SAMS units for the over 1,600 food boxes we collected. For two days, their drivers drove the SAMS units around Charlotte helping us distribute the boxes. Not only did they drive, they assisted us in unloading at each location. Bottom line - they provided us with services that helped make our food box program in 2016 a huge success! I chose this company because I was ok with paying more then other companies for better service, however, I am deeply disappointed with the service I received. The company sends out a rep to provide a quote for your move... its an estimate so the cost can go up but I did not expect it to go up 150%. I spent 2 hrs with rep walking him through our 3 bedroom home... so I dont understand why I went through that to get a quote that was so wrong. When I tried to inquire on how the pricing could have been off, customer service was horrible. I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend it to friends and colleagues. If I knew Id have had this experience I would have gone with the lower quoted companies, so much for paying more for what I thought would be better service... very disappointed.

It was the worst move ever. They packed their on garbage along with my personal items. Small parts from all furniture were packed together and lost somewhere during the move. Furniture arrived damaged, because it was not properly packed. The communication was terrible. Claim process is painful. Next time, I would avoid this company at all cost.

Very professional kept in touch with us the whole time quick and clean

We are a military family who pcs from Washington ft. Lewis to NC fort.Bragg. We are now going on 2 months without our household goods with 4 kids in the home with nothing but air mattresses and a tv we had to buy just for something to have in the home. We have called over and over to this company to find out about stuff got 22 voicemails and I even find COO on Facebook write him and nothing return even after telling him I can’t get an answer from his company. I told him I was sorry to go on Facebook to get ahold of him but that I couldn’t get anyone to call us back that I had no choice. I got nothing back from nothing. We are still dealing with this problem in a home with 4 kids and have nothing and the one time we got a person on the phone she said we maybe and or might get our stuff in the 2 week in August. My wife has been crying and is loosing her mind because what do you do when you have a home with none of your belongings and I have to return to work next week with none of my uniforms for work. This company broke its contract 4 times already we were told our house would be here July 6 and it’s now July 20 and being told maybe 2nd week of August. I am so lost on what to do military can’t help and I have already Yelp them and made a Facebook page about this.. I guess we get to be just another family without until this company feels like giving us our stuff..

We used these guys to move our Charlotte office from Pinevill to Ayrsley, they did an amazing job. It was incredibly efficient and everything was there and set up exactly when they said it would be. Monty Miller was a great help, he made a few suggestions about when we should make the move to make it as seamless as possible. The drivers and movers were curtious and helpful. I am super impressed and will be using them again for any future moves we make.
