HORRIBLE COMPANY. It’s really to much to type but I would recommend a soul to do business with them they will lose your package and have you waiting know they lost it. They tried to deliver me a package at 1:34 am just complete BS !!!!

I have an online store and i get my products from all over the world and a few of my venders use DHL...(I didn’t know they were still open 🤦🏾‍♀️) Everyone of my packages that come though DHL always comes 3 or 4 days after DHL has it out for delivery in my city and state, the website is out of date, the customer service is trash and i wouldn’t ship a roll of toilet paper though them

Customer service is horrible. I work for a major automotive supplier and DHL consistently avoids attempts to make contact and verify shipment status. Shipment materials go missing, or rarely arrive when scheduled.

Service quality is horrendous...you will be much better served with Fedex, UPS or even the US postal service. This companys Customer Service is non existent. I will never use this company again and will not buy from a company who uses this company to ship with. The idiots are running the asylum at DHL.

Driver called yesterday and said he was in Huntersville and would call me back - never called back and never delivered. The phone number on this listing just rings and rings. Customer service is not good!
